Adobe XD

I asked a teammate to share an asset with me in a specific library but once it was updated, they could see it on their end but I couldn't see it on mine. I tried quitting xd and creative cloud, I also tried to unfollow and refollow the library. I now can't see the library at all or find the asset. The library is visible when I click on "manage libraries" and when I browse libraries in my creative cloud. It says that I'm following it but it's not showing up in my xd.

Hi there  very new to adobe Xd and I'm using it to develop a simple app. I can't seem to open two boards or templates at the same time. this is going to be an issue when trying to link them for the final protype to work like an app. I am using a macbook.  

Is there any possibility to extract all assets at once from a XD file whose assets are not defined from beginning??

I have purchased the subscription, and I was the one who shared the link. That means, I am the author for the same. But, as an author I am not able to delete the comments made by the guest user. I'm just getting an option to 'Reply', and nothing else. 

I would like to know how many people can use Prototype's share link at the same time? Is there a limit on the number of connections?Do these links live forever as long as I don't close the Prototype links?

I have recently set my supported graphics card and my screens to 10 bit colour output for best colour performance in Photoshop. Due to this change XD shows errors in the colour selector – selecting colours is no longer properly possible: There is a white gradient in the colour selection field + selected colours are not the ones effectively shown in the viewport. I want to stick to 10 bit – is there a way to force XD to only use 8-bit colour for the display?   <Title was renamed by moderator>

I have been trying to export two artboards to a PDF.I checked everything on this list but it hasn't come up with anything.I'm not able to export artboards that I've been able to export in the past.I can't export a blank artboard either.I've also tried exporting to PNGs and other formats as well, but I get the same "unable to export" error every time.I have quit and restarted XD as well as tried restarting my PC. Any suggestions? Has anyone else run into this?

Hello, I have updated the new XD version. And started to add hyperlinks in my file. My problem is that the "URL Copy" area automatically inserts a space (%20) at the end of most hyperlinks. I have tried to remove this manually, but unfortunately, it still inserts it. How can I prevent this?

When adding text the apostrophe looks normal and everything is fine but as soon as I click off the text box a superscript 9 replaces the apostrophe. I cannot use a different font here as this is the standard font for the client. Please help.

Hello,   I was hoping that Adobe will fix this as XD is relatively new but it doesn't seem like it's happening. The colors in XD are more saturated compared to every other app if I open the same image no matter photo or vector graphic via any app on my Mac (photoshop, illustrator, default preview app, etc) the colors are exactly the same but when opened with XD colors are way more saturated and that's just one side of the problem. What bothers me the most is when I work in XD and set the colors the way I want after exporting the colors become very dull, the only way around is to take screenshots instead of exporting, imagine making screenshots of 50 or 100 artboards instead of exporting?Adobe can you please solve this? It's so ridiculous that the color might be an issue across Adobe apps.   {Renamed By MOD}

HI there very new to adobe XD! I am finding this diffiuclt, at bottom left of interface - I can see the 'asset' and 'plug in ' icon - but no symbol icon (looks like a set of glasses on the wonk!) is adding symbols now availble in assets? or is there a way to set up the interface to show this?

Since this morning having issues on cloud documents on Share tab... All I get is a  Loading, please wait... All apps up to date, adobe status seems fine. Local docs are fine

Hello,First off, apologies if this has been answered previously - but I was unable to find a solution.I am having difficulties replicating prototype links from a master component to other instances.For example;I have an artboard which I am using for a side navigation - this is my master component. It contains all of the prototype links to other artboards/pages. I am then copying this and pasting it to other artboards using the Prototype tab, so that it maintains the existing links that I have already added.The issue comes when I need to add another NEW nav item and page. I add the new link to the master component which then updates and displays across all instances of my side nav - however, the new prototype link is not replicated meaning that I have to go through all other instances on my other artboards and re-add the new link destination.Is there a solution to this or is this something that has not yet been implemented?Thanks,Alex.

Hi! Currently working on an exam and I´m trying to find a way to create a "random generator" in Adobe XD using my own images. Example: random outfit generator in three parts - tops, trousers, shoes. I´ve googled a bit and struggle to find solutions, plugins etc. Is there any way to do this without coding? 

Hi, I'm working on a project which has 2 themes versions: Dark and Light.Some colors on dark theme needs to be converted in white on the light theme.The issue is that when I edit these colors in white, they will disappear from components palette and there is no way to keep them. This is quite annoying... about text for exemple, it will not be possible to change them with a single color palette edit and all the components and text wich are in white, will be no longer editable via the color palette assets.I'm wondering if there is a way to have so a white color which can be interpretated as a custom swatch by Adobe XD, just like Adobe Indesign do with "Paper" swatch in order to differentiate this from white. Any toughts?

Hi. None of my fonts (custom or adobe fonts) are showing up. It keeps giving me that "Missing Fonts" warning even there are no fonts. Please help. Thanks!  

im having trouble to scroll group. i have limit the space for horizontal scrollling. but when in prototype mode its showing more space that i didnt do in main design . please see these picture. now plz help me ?? 

Hello,I have the following issue : First, I create a smart object in Photoshop and then add it to the CC library. Then when I import it from the CC library to Adobe XD or After Effect, the smart object shrinks and looks totally pixelated. It doesn't preserve it's original size and quality. But when I double click on it (from the CC library panel) I can edit it in Photoshop and it looks just fine.Do you know what's going on here?Thanks.

As you can see in the photo I noticed that the preview and exporting of my screen's for whatever reason made the screens much darker for no apparent reason. Very confusing, can anyone help me find out what I am doing wrong? Thank you. 

am using xd for the last 2 months, i am facing issues while sharing the prototype with the client, i dont see any device specific preview ( like InVision do) option in xd, people usually want to see the preview in the devices which was designed for,  is there any option to include  the same ( i pad or mobile frames) in the preview?

Hello this is first time i decide to write here to trying to explain my problem/question.. Actually right now im not feeling totaly upset about apple or adobe. . Both side blame each other but anyway at the and of the day I ll be person who is gulity .loll.LAst month i had m1 macbook pro 2020 with 8gb ram and 256 gb ssd I was tried to learn somethings with After Effects and was so anoying time we spend with it.. was so hard days seriusly I was see 5TB of kernel whic is even dangerius SSD health.. anyway..  ANd exactly before 10 days i bought new macbook with apple's m1pro (16gb/512gbssd (I know the things that i wanna do, needs more bigger flash memory but im living in Turkey ( dolars 15 liras and with taxes i have to pay 60.000 70.000 -twice with taxes!- liras the model i need it)  With the new computer everythings start lovely like older one but day by day i feel low performance..  anyway im even doesnt use After effects,, just illustrator

I have a weird issue with XD on Mac OS Monterey (Mid 2015 MBP). XD 'launches' on Mac but I can't actually do anything. If I open a file or create a new one, I just get a blank window for lack of a better term. The toolbar is completely unresponsive, the tabs at the top are completely unresponsive, the whole program is totally unusable. The image below is what I see when it opens.I can access the menu at the top but a lot of the options are greyed out. I can't even close XD from the menu or dock, I have to Force Quit it. There's no error or any messages or crashes, it's almost like it just doesn't finish loading. I've uninstalled and reinstalled, I've tried an older version, I've used the Adode Cleaner to uninstall and the problem still persists. It's simply unusable.

C25.2.12.3 on MacOS 10.14   So still major issues with typography when using google fonts: Hyphen is not displayed correctly, apostrophe becomes a superscript 9...  (this issue is for many versions now. my fonts are correctly installed, they behave as they should across other applications, adobe and apple)   When using preview in the XD app on iOS, fonts are not displyed correctly, i.e. Ubuntu bold and regular look the same (bold).   Prototyping is almost impossible, in complex systems links get lost, you can't click them, the don't work in the preview, etc.   Undo stops working randomly.    Frequent crashes.    Really qwish I had skipped this update. <The Title was renamed by moderator>      

Hi!I think this is an XD bug:When I have a group with two text objects and I try to increase the group's width, the XD doesn't let me increase it, only decrease it. Both the group and the objects have the Responsive Layout feature enabled. Strangely, if I "alone" group (Cmd+G) the text that is on the group's side that I want to extend, then XD lets me do it. It doesn't make sense to me.Please, view the attached video demonstrating this problem.Thank you!
