Adobe XD

I am the owner of our companies CC library and have this icon XD page where my team can download icons. For some reason the library assets aren't able to load into the XD page anymore. The new ones have this loading blurred look, after a minute the "refresh" icon appears. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling XD. I have a Mac OS 12.0.1 and have been having this issue for the past couple months. I can't remake the library because dozens of people are using it now and assets are linked in hundreds of documents.

Hello, I made four different format screen for my website to be responsive (1920,1280,768,414px). It was working well but then when I renamed the titles of each page to export in html code a white space appeared on right and left sides. Could you explain to me why? I renamed each page otherwise the website is not working with the links between each page. Enclosed you will a picture. Thanks,

Windows 10 here..  Create a new artboardPlace a lottie animation set to play automatically, it works.Add a rectangle and apply a video to it. Set it to play automatically.Video works, but lottie no longer animates on start up. I've tried attaching the XD file, but these forums won't let me: "The attachment's lottie.xd content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed."

I'm aware the adobe xd is not colored management, however, if I choose an element (like a rectangle) and give it a color fill of red the red is very saturated, which is fine because I'm working on a mac and I have a wide gamut display.Here is the problem: if I take another element and I want to sample the red color from the other element VIA the color picker, the red is now less saturated (like "regular" srgb). 

Hello,   I hope you can help me.  I created Adobe XD file and publish it as Library. I shared it with my colleagues and they were able to use it no problem. Since then I added few icons and colors to Library and as I was working I was pushing the changes with "Updated' CTA. Hi there,I'm building a prototype for a platform and would like to include videos in it that play triggered by hover. The small video animation is supposed to run in a loop as long as I stay with the cursor over the area. After that the animation should not only stop but change back to the default state ("start screen" of the animation, so that it can start again from the beginning).Currently I can only start it by tapping - but tapping should have another function: that is, to get to the information page about the animation. I have also tried to start it key controlled, but when I press the specified key again to stop the video, it stops in the middle and does not reset to the starting point to start.I really hope someone has some advice for me or a clever work-around.Translated with www.DeepL.com/Translator (free version)

Hi there When I export my design I see a greyish jpeg instead of real colors. When I ask my collegue to send me the jpegs then I got the correct colors. I don't understand why I see not correct on my XD. Could you please help me?  this is what I see. this it should be.  Thanks in advance. Ezgi

Hi there, i am trying to design an app where i am using cards which i want to move up and down with drag effect. but i dont get the animation properly as the card below overlaps the first card and the first card moves up over the hambuger menu & profile pic at the top. I want the cards to move up & down smoothly so that the first card moves up and behind the hamburger & profile pic, also the second card should move with the first card so that the second card becomes the main card.   You can see the video in which the drag animation is done smoothly. I was inspired with the design and animation, so i want to get the exactly same animation for my design as well. Kindly help   {Renamed By MOD}

hi all, is there literally anyone out there that can answer a simple question for me that I've had for some time now? Once you guys have designed a site in XD and published it live (I was intending on using a 3rd party plugin like anima) how do you go about adding a CMS to it so clients can make basic changes? Would you need someone to turn it in to a Wordpress site, and if so would they need to re-build or just use the code you could export from Anima? PLEASE HELP!  Matt   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi! I have accidentally deleted all elements in the main component state. I have two other states that have elements. How do I get some elements back into the main state. Hi All,OK my problem is very simple and it revolves around publishing from XD to a live website..._ I'm close to finishing a website layout I created in Adobe XD and was going to export it directly to the domain address via the Anima app. As you know Anima converts XD files to CSS/HTML/REACT code. I only realised a few days back that if the client wants to upload their own images or text to specific pages of the site they would need to go through me. Moving forward I would much rather give the client the autonomy via some kind of CMS. Is it possible for a developer to 'bolt on' a CMS to the Anima code I provide? It would only be for simple small business websites, so nothing complex. If anyone knows how to do this, or can point me in the direction of someone who can, or weather this can be acheived through Anima/XD etc please let me know!! ThanksMatt

I'm very new to Adobe XD and I can't seem to scale text or objects. I'm following the Music App tutorials by Howard Pinsky and I can see he is clicking on groups of text/objects and scaling them. However, I'm unable to scale on my IMac. When I click on a group of text it just scales the text area, keeping the text on the same weight. Am I missing a keyboard shortcut (like holding down SHIFT or CMD) or is there some setting I need to turn on? Please help!   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I want to create a text component with basic list: indented alinged bullets with an increased space between the indivudal bullets.   1. As I yet cannot find a way to have mutliple line heights in one text box Ive used a work around to create one text box for the copy and one for the bullets.   2. The bullet text box has increased paragraph spacing. However some bullets go over two lines. I need these to be indented and aligned. I cannot hit return and tab as the increased paragraph spacing can't be disabled for one line and there is no soft return meaning the only way I can figure out how to do this is to write random words to fill the space and set them to the background colour.   Is there a way to either: Soft return Have mutiple line heights in the same text box Have multiple paragraph spacings in the same text box Tab  <Title renamed by moderator>

Hello I Am A Ui Web designer I have a problem with Adobe Xd When I Reset My Computer I realize that it got deletedI  can see it in Start Menu in Windows and it works but I can't open new files because it says update when I press update I see that adobe got deleted Note: I am using a multiseat program called ASTER but it was working fine till lately If You Have any ideas Help Me And Thanks

Hello, Adobe Xd updated yesterday and since then I can't create new links. An error saying "you're disconnected, please check your internet connection" keeps showing up even though my internet connection is fine. And awkwardly, the error shows only when the progress reaches 64%.  This happens with both cloud files and files on my laptop. Any help?  

I was working Friday on a couple of files in the cloud. Comes Monday, I can see my file(s) on the XD home screen, but when I try to open or download them, it doesn't work. And if I go to assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents the files don't show up, I can see the folder I saved them on but when I open it, it's empty. It also happens to any new document I try saving on the cloud and opening later on (error 47). Yes, my XD and CC are updated. Yes, I tried uninstalling and installing them both again. Yes, my internet connection is fine. I did try to duplicate/rename the files on the CC Desktop, tried opening/downloading them on the CC Desktop, none of those worked. The one thing I couldn't try was opening them on a different machine, cause I only have the one. I spend the entire day yesterday (Monday) trying to fix it. Any idea what I could possibly do to get those files to open so I can save them locally?  (windows 10, intel(r) core(tm) i7-3612qm cpu @ 2.10ghz, 8gb ra

Im not sure if this is possible in XD. I want to create a template to give to other people.When they open the template, they cannot move certain text fields but they can do things such as change the color of text, write/rename/change the text itself but they cannot scale or change the position of that texts location.  This is just to make sure that whoever uses the template does not make a mistake and everything is positioned as it needs to be..I would probably need to do the same for images/vectors/logos etc. I have attached an image of small example of what i want to include in my template. As you can see, theres are artboards, i would need to do the same thing.. so that no one mistakenly moves or changes the dimension of the Artboard... However, if someone where to add an image i would want the artboard to mask the image.. so i would have to lock positioning and lock the changing of dimensions (width, height, etc) but they could apply a mask, change backgrou

Hello   I am writing with deep frustration at how XD experience is super inconsistent (one day works fine, most days freezes at the simplest tasks like opening a document, adding/modifying text, creative a style etc). I have been trying to get in contact with the support department but there are NO PHONE OR CHAT LINKS ANYWHERE that I can see.    How dare you (Adobe) charge me hundreds of dollars annually and not offer accessible support on your products? It's quite unheard of.    Thanks in advance and sorry for the rant, I can't get any work done.    p.s. running the latest XD, the file is empty, my laptop is a Dell XPS 15 with 32gb ram and 1T of memory.
