Adobe XD

sorry guys . i have some question.I made some prototype but if i have to scroll down that can not see due to FNB.I try to set vertical scrolling but still can not solve problem, can you tell me how to do it?without extension artboard. 

To explain the issue, the problem that I'm currently trying to solve is that I have an XD document I would like to use as the foundation for projects I create in the future. In other words, when I start a new project, I want to be able to just duplicate this document and then customize it for the new project. Using linked assets instead wont work, because I want to be able to change colors, typography, etc at this base level. The problem is that this takes quite a while to duplicate the file. If I had to guess, the Creative Cloud app is probably duplicating the file locally and then syncing it, rather than telling the server to just make a copy. Is there a better way to accomplish what I want that doesn't involve duplicating a document? If not, is there any faster way that I can deal with duplication?

Hi! I was animating a slide menu using the drag trigger + auto animate from one artboard to another. It was working just fine, until i started wiring buttons from withing the menu itself. Now, I can`t see the drag effect on the preview mode, both on my computer and on the XD app on my android. I tried re-wiring everything but it still doesn't work. I can`t figure it out if it`s an sudden bug with the preview or if i messed something up by wiring other elements (i tried deleting all wires and start from scratch with the drag animation, but it's still not working.) thank you very much!

Hi,I am unable to edit a master component.  When I attempt to "Edit Main in source document" an error appears which states: "Sorry, we can't open this document" with instructions on contacting the owner for access. The trouble is the error does not tell me which document it is trying to access, so it leaves me in the dark.  Has anyone else come across this?  How should I fix the issue?  Maybe I can pull up additional information somehow, somewhere. Thank you.  

Hello,When i drag and drop a graphic i added to my library into XD, it doesn't show up. It remains blurry after loading.  How do I fix this issue?

I need lang="pl" for AXD. Maybe smbd have.   

Hi Team,I am using Adobe XD to prepare prototype. while creating prototype link I select view setting as custom with link access to anyone with password and I share the same prototype with my sales crew and let them demo it as a presentation with interactivity. However, my users have different OS platform with different browser, Few of them getting the Redirect Notice before landing the password page if they access from mail, In general, the link is working after confirming such a statement (PFA) regarding to forwarding to another link. attached is screenshot for reference.Sharing here for further clarification on this,  mostly it occurs when user access the link from MS outlook mail. This might confused the user when he/she get such warning message, Request to @ADobeXD to address this issue and try to resolve in upcoming release. RegardsNilesh

Aloha XD Community!My colleagues and I seem to have hit a snag working with our XD Files. Here's the scenario:We have a published Library file where all the necessary components are defined. We also have a design file that is linked to this library, where we're using the components from the library. When one of our colleagues hosted these two linked files on the cloud yesterday and invited us to edit, we noticed that the component links between the two files were all broken. Ruth (@21816821) spent a good three hours reestablishing the links between them. Although Ruth had updated the library and was able to see the Green link status on the top-left corner of the components, on my end I still saw the broken links highlighted in Red. I didn't find any highlighted in Blue, which normally suggests that there's been an update. Is creating and updating a link in Adobe XD it automatically uploads in Amazon AWS?

For some reason I see scroll bars in the shared designs when the Comments section is open. 

I am having an issue with components with many states performance When I am editing the component state, and I click to open another state, it does not work properly, I need to click the right next state one by one until getting to the one I want.  Also on this, when I open a state, and I click an element to assign a behaviour or link, it takes some time to load the in formation, if I don´t wait for this time, it just "grabs" the element and locks to the mouse pointer, like if I was dragging and not dropping the element. It is very frequent situation. 

Adobe XD started to crash unexpectedly from today morning, and it's happening while trying to open the cloud documents. I have tried it reinstalling the software but still the same. Kindly let me know why I am facing this.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>  

Hi again,Just after you guys helping greatly with one issue i had with my animation i stumbled upon another one. My animation has a very strong ease effect for the background-card opening and closing. If you check the attached JSON-File via Drawer JSON Webviewer (1) you can see the proper animation working just as created. Adding it to XD somehow flattens the ease effect. So i though maybe XD+Lottie has an issue with easing so i created a little ease-test in AE and added that to XD. The ease-test works just fine (See Page1 of my prototype). Hello,I am making a map that is suppose to be scrollable and then have pop up animations. I referenced this video to make my components for my popups. However here is the problem I am running into. I can't make my popup stay attached to the click point. So when I click on my map icon a popup with the country name pops up but then when I scroll around the map that popup doesn't stay in place with the clickpoint where I clicked it to appear. I've attached a video of the issue. 

I´ve never used XD before. I need to make a website and I like this program, but I dont´t know how can I make my prototype into a real and usable website. Does this requires and extra cost? or extra programs?

Hi there, Using Suitcase to manage fonts at the moment.We have OT fonts used (for example, Arial MT).These are not being recognized by XD, is there a reason for this? They said they are missing even though we have them loaded.  Thanks so much,Nicole 

I use MailChimp regularly to produce a newsletter for e-mail distribution. When finished it can be viewed on a multiple array of devices (smartphone, tablet, desktop). While convenient, the service is clunky and limited in its features. Does anyone know if I can produce an electronic newsletter for e-mail with an Adobe product? Thx

Hello There,  I was working on a XD file (saved on the adobe creative cloud) when suddenly i receive the following message (see screen shot below). I did not delete (nor did any of my team members change/delete anything)  the documents and i am still logged on to adobe creative cloud. But i can find the documents in "Published" section (SS below). But i cannot find the source materials (the XD files) which was saved in the cloud. I do not know what happened suddenly. I need immediate support as these were my main master files for work ! 

Is there a fix for this? I sometimes even have to delete the file I need to overwrite. That works sometimes, and doesn't other times. I then have to close out of Xd and try again, sometimes multiple times (like today).'There was a problem exporting your asset' 

This magaically appeared (when I probably missed my key commends). I'm not a newbie, but am a learn-as-I-plod-through user. What is this called (I can see what it does), and how do I get rid of it?

i am designing an app & i want the user to add their username and password just for formality. i just want the user to be able to add text in the boxes. May i know how to do that or any other way in which it will look more realistic. I appreciate your help.
