Adobe XD

Hi ! I have the Xd sfotware but not the last version, the 2022 one. I have the 2021 one, the 45.0.62.17 one... So when I want to invite my friends on my projects, they can't do anything on it or even see it. When I go into the Cloud and look for Xd office (not the mobile one), I can't find it. I have uninstalled and reinstalled it via the internet but still nothing on the cloud. I can't find it.  And if it helps anything, my computer is the MacBook Pro (15-inch 2019) and I have the macOS Monterey 12.0.1 version.I need help and I don't know what to do... 😞 Thanks in advance ! 

Hello,  I would like to report an issue that frequently happened when I was using XD. When I export artboards into a single PDF file, the images that were masked with shape  get appeared in the back. I provided the screenshot of the images below to show you the issue. Hi, I recently started using XD and creative cloud. I have 2 Macs and while working on one on Catalina when I saved my design I could not open it on the older mac on High sierra.  The issue is that my desktop cannot be further upgraded from Sierra and now I cannot use XD from home. Is there any solution to this.  Error:This was saved with a newer version of Adobe XD. Please update Adobe XD to open it.Error 2: Automatic update failedTo get the latest version of XD, check for the latest updates using the Creative Cloud Desktop application. Learn more Please help!

I don't know if it's just my problem or there really is something wrong with it (or it's been changed over the course of the updates), however I have encountered a problem:In this series of images I explain the steps I usually take for the auto-animate to work properly:1) as you can see the names of the various elements within the slides are absolutely identical being duplicated;2)Through the component "let's get started" I activate the auto-animate through the trigger tap;3)When I finally go to work on the target board, and move the elements outside of it, they are moved to the pasteboard instead of being connected to the "passage 2" board.Is it me that I'm doing something wrong, or has something changed? Because I have ALWAYS used this system and have never had any problems.Thank you and I hope you will pass me help....

XD keeps crashing on Windows 10 and 11, I get a blank window when trying to either open an ai or create new file and then the program closes. Has anyone found a fix yet?

Is XD able to push colapse accordions when the one on top is expanded automaticaly when viewing the prototype? I know how to create and move the accordions manually already. Can anyone provide any insight? Thank you.

Hi everyone,I've created a accordion where you can interact with the first option. So the idea is that when you click the "close" button (because the default state is open), it closes and so all the content that comes after should be pushed up, and when you close it, all element should go to their previous place, how can I achieve this? In case that's not possible I thought about having a second artboard and linking it to it, but the issue is that I can only link to the top of the page, is there a way I can wire an element to a specific part of another artboad instead of just the whole artboard?  Thank you!

Hi Yes I know it is as simple as going > File > Import > Select .PSD file or dragging the .PSD into XD using mac but all .psd files are greyed out I know I can drag in a .svg file but in my case I need to drag in a .psd according to a parallax scrolling tutorial (Shown here)Simple Parallax Animation using Adobe Photoshop and XD - YouTube

Hello!I didn't want to post at first and try to search in this forum and saw a lot of people with the same problem but so far i still have the same problem :My XD is stuck at launch :I did in order :-Restarted my computer-Erased the temp folder-Gave the neccessary perm to msvcp140.dll and vcruntime140.dl -Update XD-Update Windows-Update Drivers-Performed a clean reinstall of XD with the dedicated tool-Performed a clean reinstall of the creative cloud with the dedicated tool-Tried with a new account on the same pc and it work on this account only.Thanks in advance for you response.

When I try to open XD it opens up a file with it that I have no access to since it was a file in my cloud - the file has been deleted, but it keeps opening with the program. I cannot choose the file or close it down.I have tried uninstalling everything, use earlier versions, delete my cache etc and nothing works.Anyone who knows what to do to fix this issue? Because right now I am completely unable to use XD. I can't create new files, and I cannot open and edit existing ones.

When I go to share my document I click update Link after I've made changes, and then i'll click on the link associated with the document to view it in the browser. For some reason when I click on the web link, it's showing on the bottom right of the prototype, that it hasn't updated my changes for the past 5 hours, so none of my changes are showing. How can this be fixed?

I received an XD file from another person, which was created via using a free XD. When I was trying to open it, my XD said a newer XD created it, even I updated it. Therefore, I was trying to download a free edition from the Adobe website after uninstalling mines. However, once the downloading page reminded me to open my cloud from my desktop, my XD showed me this. Then, the download option of XD also disappear from my Adobe plan except for the mobile edition. Right now, I need my XD back for an extremely important presentation in two days, so I am mad and feel so helpless now. I saw another dude who also had the same situation as mine, but I never saw an answer. Anyway, I need help. HEEEEEEEEEEEEEELP!!!!!

Currently we are using Jira Server version 8.13.10 and now we got critical vulnerability (CVE-2021-42574) affected this version. So that we should need to upgrade our Jira Server to latest LTS version 8.20.1 but we could see the current AdobeXD plugin version 2.0.6 is not compatible with this version. Please find the attachment for reference. Can Adobe release compatible plugin version for Jira Server 8.20.1?

Is it possible to share a folder with a member of other organization who has a Business licence same as we have?

XD plugins don't appear in the CC Marketplace, neither in the already downloaded plugins page, even if they actually are. Therefore, I cannot install them. CC seem to be fully updated, desinstalling it and reinstalling it didn't helped.Maybe I missed something obvious, but I am kind of stuck here right now. Any help ? 

I renewed my adobe subscription. I had to use my new university email. As soon as I want to share my project, it tells me this organisation doesn't allow me to. How can I check my 'organisation'? Where can I turn this off? My university is baffled and no one else in my class has this issue, its just me.  I already checked the helpx adobe page on this, logged out and turned my pc on and off. Nothing seems to work. I need to share my projects.  Before this, I used my personal e-mail for 6 years. I've never had this issue on that account. If theres no other option, I'd love to transfer my subscription because this is breaking my mind. 

I cannot open a file, which has been shared with me, because of XD version problems. The dialog says that I can go back to a previous version, but I have no idea, which changes that will include.  The work with shared files in a team becomes more and more tiring. Why is this happening, what can we do to avoid this problems?

Hi,   Is anyone else having an issue with layers becoming transparent on XD shared links.   I am working on 2 designs and menu drop-down layers and overlays are now all transparent and anything that has an image underneath for effect.   Please can anyone help?     {Renamed by MOD}   <Title renamed by moderator>    

Hi, I can't drag and drop SVG files with base64 format I can export them if they are in another format but when I try the SVG format it doesnt work. I'm trying to animate a circle to the opacity of it fades from say 100% to 40%. Is there a way I can animate it so it plays immediately without having to tap on it, and also to it constantly loops. Here is a video clip of what I'm trying to achieve.

Yesterday I have encountered a brand new mystery.I went back to one of my XD files, created two weaks ago and was horrified to see that it was an old version opening that missed may last edits. But I discussed the latest revisions with my colleauges - so i searched the last shared link I provided my team with. There they were - the additional screens. Now there is only one file version saved in the cloud. The file name shown in the link is the same. But the content is different. What is happening? What can I do? Is there a way to trace back or open the version provided in the link?  

I couldn't install Adobe XD on my mac, how can I fix this problem?  

Can anyone help with how to slice up a design for hand over to dev? Particulalry when you want to slice through overlapping assets? (similar to how this works in photoshop). Also, when I save out a group the background fill colour is not included. 

Is there a way to slice an image that you have created in Adobe XD, and then save the slice at a guaranteed file size of 100kb or smaller? I am looking to eliminate the extra step of saving artwork as a .jpg or photoshop file from XD, then slicing it in Photoshop. Please help your loyal UI designers save time!
