Halp! I'm trying to learn XD by designing a UI synthesizer (no sound, just the design). Im stuck when it comes to the dials aka rotary knobs. So if I set the trigger to drag, I only can rotate the knob by moving the mouse along the horizontal axis. But software-synthesizer use the vertical axis. Coulnd't find any option to change the axis or something. I also searched the web and couldn't find at least one tutorial for that kind of knobs. Afraid that it isn't even possible in XD. Or is it?   Thats what I am talking about. Start and stop position:

I'm working for a large organisation who are using XD across design teams to centrally manage templates and libraries.We seem to have a a couple of problems which randomly effect team members.Major issues are1) Can accept a invite to a library and see that library on the Web version of CC. However that library or file will not show in the CC Desktop App or within the libraries panel in XD.2) Someone who has access to edit the XD file that controls a Library cannot publish changes to that library. They try to update the library and get an update error. There does seem to be an active connection as the document is still auto saving.Sometimes it seems to make the change but its not visible to other library users. Sometimes the update/publish button just doesnt show.I'm guessing it may be a Synching or connection issue but it doesnt effect all team members who are using the same interent connections and systems.Any ideas? 

Whenever I have multiple programs open and I move from XD to another one and back to XD, XD takes a while to respond again. I can still move around the screen using the scroll on my mouse but can't zoom or use the program for several seconds until it responds again. Just wondering if this is a global bug or something to do with my computer/settings.

Hi, I have this problem: I have the main file as a library, there are components, colors and text you know. Second file connected to this library. The third file is also attached to this library. Now how to do to replace only the colors in this third file and so that it still has components attached to the library?

Hi all, I've been having issue creating the simples tab interactivity in XD. If all the elemts in the tab table are just plain graphics (boxes and text), it all works fine. The moment one of the tabs is a component (hover and active state), I can't select any of the states while in prototyping. What am I doing wrong? I;ve attached my file (ignore the colours). As you can see the first set of tabs works fine bu the second one doesn't. Anyone can help?  Thanks!

Is there a way to set the default view of shared prototype and/or design spec XD links to 100%? Currently if the artboard is larger than the persons screen the default is always to fit, so scales down. Often people don't realise there is the zoom functionality to change. It's also pretty annoying to have to always be changing it to actual size.

After the latest uppdate i get an "error 52" when trying to uppdate links. I can still create new link with new name, and after creating a new link, the new link kan be uppdated.  But the old existing link, cant be uppdated. This means that all links that i have created and shared with the client has to be uppdated, and all the clients comments are "in the old link".

Hey guys, I'm just experimenting in XD with a phone app that allows users to secure a booking appointment whilst using personal information stored on their device instead of a server and I was wondering if someone a bit more experienced with plugins may be able to help with a problem that I've run into. Basically what I'm trying to achieve is to put a button on the screen that will access their device's camera and photos so as to take a photo of themselves, another of their ID and match the photos to each other and some basic information ID to what they entered into a form stored on their device when they first registered through a different screen and if it matches up, they get logged in. I realise that it could be a bit ambitious but basically what I need right now is a plugin that will access their device's camera and photos even if it is seperate plugins but currently cannot find a plugin for XD that does that. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi there, when I share my Xd project with a client, the link provided by you are too slow, At first, I thought it could be the resolution of my images, so I did resize all of them to a very basic resolution, however, the slow loading is still persists. this is very annoying for clients and also for the designer. Hello. Was wondering if anyone else on here is having an issue with "export selected" on a Mac. I have recently updated OS and have the most current version of XD but the app is not opening the export window when selecting "export selected." Also, when in Photoshop, I am getting a similar problem from the save for web window. I can update my export settings but when I click on the button to export, nothing happens except for the hover/active state of that button initiating.  Is anyone else encountering this?

I can't launch newest version of Adobe XD:When I click to open button in Creative Cloud, Adobe XD opens and closes in less then one second.When I try to open Adobe XD from file, I receive the error listed bellow  I'm using lastest version of Adobe XD (45.0.62) and Windows 10 Pro - 64 bit (Version 1909). Plz help, I can't run Adobe XD's latest installer on WIn 8. I don't want to upgrade to Win 10. The Creative Cloud app doesn't allow me to installl XD it says Not Compatible, so how can i download older version? Why has adobe made it such a fuss to always keep the latest version of OS. Some of us like to stick to older lighter OS such as Windows 8 or 7. Plz provide asap. I am using Adobe Photoshop CS 6 coz i know my system can't run heavier OS and software, Thanks 

Seems that this issue is back again after the latest update XD v 45.0.62 Loading a cloud document kills my machine, when working on a cloud document my pc dies during auto save. If I work on a local document the application is just really buggy with freezes and crashes, usually around the point where the document is saved. Previous version was fine. Although I can't roll back to it because my latest cloud documents won't open in it.

Hi there, I'm getting these 2 messages everytime I try to create my preview link with my home iMac.At the beginning I thought my file is too big but I try to trouble shoot it in a small file that within 5 Mb, the problem still persist. When I try it in my office iMac, it works magic even the file is big. Is this something to do with my home iMac setting?P/S: I'm using 4G hotspot to trouble shoot the issue, I'm upposed it shouldn't be the internet issue. Adobe XD does not allow me to create the link from macos monterrey it always throws me the error 44:76 I have already tried all the steps that you recommend but none works, I tried creating the link on a windows pc and I believe it without problem. In my Imac it loads up to 79% and it always throws me the error 44:76  

After updating to latest XD version I get message that I need to upgrade my plan to "get unlimited linked libraries". Why? Is this new limitation" How many can I link without upgrading? Can't find this information anywhere nor was I notified in advance     {Title Renamed by MOD}

It experienced this issue(error:86) today(Oct.17 1PM, GMT+9). I worked it a few days ago. It worked at that time. Also, this problem occur only with a specific file. I reinstalled the Creative Cloud, and xd. And I did download log collector but I have got the same error. I did almost everything to fix this problem. Hello there, I am designing a website in Adobe XD with bright, saturated yellow tones and food photos for a client right now.In the app itsself and in the normal preview (command + enter button) everything looks fine and as it should be. But when I create the preview link to send it to the client for feedback – and open it in the browser – the website looks completely diffferent concerning the colours… the yellow tones are a lot more desaturated and the photos do not look crisp enough at all. This is a massive problem concerning CI-Colours and Photo Style…I attached two screenshots (Adobe XD app and preview link in browser). How can this be? And what is the solution for this? I never had this problem on any other projects before… Thank you & Best wishes,Ben

Expected behaviour: If you have a 'Time' triggered transition (or auto-animations) in your prototype it should move to the next screen linked in the prototype based on desired time. What's happening:If I have any Lottie animations playing it will never proceed to the next slide. happens both for looped playback and play-once.
