Adobe XD

Hi there, when I share my Xd project with a client, the link provided by you are too slow, At first, I thought it could be the resolution of my images, so I did resize all of them to a very basic resolution, however, the slow loading is still persists. this is very annoying for clients and also for the designer. Can anyone give me any advice? is this happen to all of you guys?   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hello. Was wondering if anyone else on here is having an issue with "export selected" on a Mac. I have recently updated OS and have the most current version of XD but the app is not opening the export window when selecting "export selected." Also, when in Photoshop, I am getting a similar problem from the save for web window. I can update my export settings but when I click on the button to export, nothing happens except for the hover/active state of that button initiating.  Is anyone else encountering this?

I can't launch newest version of Adobe XD:When I click to open button in Creative Cloud, Adobe XD opens and closes in less then one second.When I try to open Adobe XD from file, I receive the error listed bellow  I'm using lastest version of Adobe XD (45.0.62) and Windows 10 Pro - 64 bit (Version 1909). I have uninstalled and reinstalled Adobe Creative Cloud and Adobe XD, I also tried all steps from this post https://helpx.adobe.com/ca/xd/kb/xd-crashes-when-launched-on-Windows.html. Other specifications of my lap top:Processor: Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-8550U CPU @1.80GHz 1.99GHz, 8th GenerationInstalled RAM: 8.00GBScreen Size: 15.6'' Error which I recieve in Event Viewer is listed bellow: Best regards,Petar

Plz help, I can't run Adobe XD's latest installer on WIn 8. I don't want to upgrade to Win 10. The Creative Cloud app doesn't allow me to installl XD it says Not Compatible, so how can i download older version? Why has adobe made it such a fuss to always keep the latest version of OS. Some of us like to stick to older lighter OS such as Windows 8 or 7. Plz provide asap. I am using Adobe Photoshop CS 6 coz i know my system can't run heavier OS and software, Thanks 

Seems that this issue is back again after the latest update XD v 45.0.62 Loading a cloud document kills my machine, when working on a cloud document my pc dies during auto save. If I work on a local document the application is just really buggy with freezes and crashes, usually around the point where the document is saved. Previous version was fine. Although I can't roll back to it because my latest cloud documents won't open in it.

Hi there, I'm getting these 2 messages everytime I try to create my preview link with my home iMac.At the beginning I thought my file is too big but I try to trouble shoot it in a small file that within 5 Mb, the problem still persist. When I try it in my office iMac, it works magic even the file is big. Is this something to do with my home iMac setting?P/S: I'm using 4G hotspot to trouble shoot the issue, I'm upposed it shouldn't be the internet issue. I'm using Version 44.1.12.5.   Regards,Amber 

None of my shared Xd links are working and I recieved the attached error all day. Also, when I try to report a bug I am denied log-in access.  Thanks for any guidance.

Adobe XD does not allow me to create the link from macos monterrey it always throws me the error 44:76 I have already tried all the steps that you recommend but none works, I tried creating the link on a windows pc and I believe it without problem. In my Imac it loads up to 79% and it always throws me the error 44:76  

After updating to latest XD version I get message that I need to upgrade my plan to "get unlimited linked libraries". Why? Is this new limitation" How many can I link without upgrading? Can't find this information anywhere nor was I notified in advance     {Title Renamed by MOD}

It experienced this issue(error:86) today(Oct.17 1PM, GMT+9). I worked it a few days ago. It worked at that time. Also, this problem occur only with a specific file. I reinstalled the Creative Cloud, and xd. And I did download log collector but I have got the same error. I did almost everything to fix this problem. But I have still same problem. macOS Big Sur version 11.6(20G165)Version 44.1.12.5 x64 Thanks.

Alt key problem, a major issue as it is really irritating for the professionals, who are using the key from long time. If there is any solution to that please suggest.

Hi immer wenn ich ein Design als Link zusende wird immer nur ein ganz schmales Fenster angezeigt. Und es liegt nicht an der Prozentzahl der Ansicht. Die komplette Ansicht findet nur in einem schmalen Schlitz statt. Weiß jemand was ich meine?

Hello there, I am designing a website in Adobe XD with bright, saturated yellow tones and food photos for a client right now.In the app itsself and in the normal preview (command + enter button) everything looks fine and as it should be. But when I create the preview link to send it to the client for feedback – and open it in the browser – the website looks completely diffferent concerning the colours… the yellow tones are a lot more desaturated and the photos do not look crisp enough at all. This is a massive problem concerning CI-Colours and Photo Style…I attached two screenshots (Adobe XD app and preview link in browser). How can this be? And what is the solution for this? I never had this problem on any other projects before… Thank you & Best wishes,Ben

Expected behaviour: If you have a 'Time' triggered transition (or auto-animations) in your prototype it should move to the next screen linked in the prototype based on desired time. What's happening:If I have any Lottie animations playing it will never proceed to the next slide. happens both for looped playback and play-once.

Every time I try to start XD I get the following error. I have tried reinstalling the software but the error persists. Error 5719 

hello !i have a problem i cant start adobe xdit stuck on splash screen i have try all but nothing worked pls help me

I have a set of artboards and connected components that I need to duplcate as a template and preserve the relaatinships between the artboards and screens.  However these need to be separate so that changes made to compoents in the new set do not affect the artboards in the orignal.  I have no issue with getting a copy via copy or duplicate commands but the links between the compoents and artboards in the new set are then broken.

I have an overlay with a Lottie file—which acts as loading spinner—. Such animation has a duration of 8 seconds. Nevertheless I set it to play automatically in a loop. The problem is that when previewing the prototype, the time-triggered animation is not triggered at all. I though that the fact that the animation duration (when removing the loop option) is greater than the time animation delay, could be the problem, so I edited the animation file so it has a duration time less than the delay yet the issue still occurs. When hiding the animation Lottie file, the time-triggered animation is triggered just fine. Any ideas on how to fix this?

When I work on Adobe XD it saves the work automatically. But that time xd did not respond. It takes at least 30 seconds to get back to work. Please solve the problem or tell me how to stop auto-saving. 

Hello if I create a prototype for view when sharing is that kept in the cloud? Or can I share work not using the cloud? For security reasons?

Probably a dead simple issue here, but I'm working through one of those Classroom in a Book manuals. I've created a Master Object then created an Instance of it on another artboard.   The problem is, when I change the size of the master it does the opposite change on the instance - see below.   Probably super obvious help but it's driving me mad!       <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi there, everytime I try to share my project, an error 44:76 occurs. I reviewed all my image and convert it into PNG but it doesn't seem to work.  I have the latest version of Adobe XD, running on a Macbook Pro Intel. Can someone help me with this ?

Having critical issues since updating to MacOS Monterey. I can no longer export documents or take any interface actions. I can move elements on my pages, but menu actions, such as simple copy and paste, no longer work and are seemingly disabled. This only began happening after an update to MacOS Monterey, and I can't find any other users with similar issues and potential resolutions. This has brought my workday to a grinding halt, and outside of rebuilding the entire interface in Figma, I see no other option than to hope rolling back to the previous version of MacOS via a system restore is going to fix the issue (I've already started that process).  I am moving my workflow to Figma, and coincidentally started that process this week, but I'm probably a good week away from transposing my design system and rebuilding my component libraries.  Has anyone else run into a similar issue?  Export disabled:  Copy and paste disabled, along wi

hello team,  I'd like some help but I'm unable to share this publicly. I have read a few known issues of this happening in the past.  The share link has been given to my client and we all can only open it on desktop (even though its a mobile preview link). On mobile it opens and then crashes the site.  Is there a known issue with this? Thank you
