Adobe XD

Hi all,I would like to know if there is any option to create a share link that can be updated by different team members and always points to the same URL. Our problem is that when we share our designs through a link in order to be reviewed by stakeholders, it can only be updated by the person who initially created the link. If any other team member makes changes to the layout, you can't update the link, just create a new one. Is there an option to share the document between team members or at least keep the same link URL between them? Thank you.

Hi, I am not able to generate link in Adobe XD for the past 3 days. Not able to save anything in Cloud. Udated XD, rebooted several times, nothing works.  Attaching the error screenshots. Please help. Version:28.8.12.1OS Windows 10 Pro 1809 Error 44.116,Error 131

Hey everyone, I am trying to prototype an app that allows elements to scroll to a certain point and then remain at the top of the page for the rest of the scroll. There will be a default heading to my page that collapses into a miniature version with a few remaining elements after the users has scrolled a certain distance. How can this be done? Thank you

Hey just wondering quickly if anyone over at the development team at Adobe XD know what they're doing. Because the support people were unhelpful.I'm leaving my role at my company, and have to transfer ownership of our design system and design files to the remaining members of our teams, so they don't have to spend 3 months updating links for our developers.But this wasn't thought of, because XD wasn't built for designers who do professional work. It was built for people who want to pretend to be designers and post pretty pictures on Dribbble. Scale, who needs that. We can just create a program that lags. Saving local is a waste of time because all the links will be dead. Saving the design system local, means I'm killing all the links to our base components. Utterly useless. Thanks Adobe. Because for some stupid reason, RELINK TO XXXX isn't an option in the dropdown. CHANGE OWNER also not there. Wow, way to drop the ball. I downloaded a font from Dafont (northern lights) and used it while making a prototype on my macbook. However, after doing some research, I still have no clue how to somehow download that font on my Samsung Galaxy S21 ultra and be able to use (and see) it when I'm testing the prototype on my phone. Does anyone have a detailed explanation of how I can do this? (If it's even possible)

Hi,I'm new in Adobe XD. I made a prototype that works fine in preview console. But when I published the link to share with client, the transitions are not working. You can see the transitions in the video.Prototype link: Adobe XD CC Video: Set 1 11 18 2018 10 12 48 PM - YouTube I did auto-animate and added other transitions. Everything is wired correctly, artboards are same size although there are components coming in and out of artboards for auto animation. No overlays, just transitions.I'm working on Windows 10 Pro, 64 bit.Any help would be greatly appreciated!Many thanks.

Cant invite others to collaborate on a project.And it takes for ever to load, i have uninstalled several time.Please🙏 i need help ASAP!!!.

This is a new issue as I've not encountered this previously. I've got all the fonts installed that need to be there, but when I load the XD file now, it says none of the fonts are there, but in Font Book they are all there. 

Okay this is really annoying....I have now spent 100 of hours to make a prototype for a website in Adobe XD.Now I have handed over my prototype to a developer and when he showed me his first work I thought he had made a mistake, because every font and element appeared to be 25% bigger than the prototype... It turns out that he had used the right font sizes and everything. It's just XD that make everything look smaller... So now he have to spent more time downscaling everything....Has anyone experienced anything similar? Do you know how to fix this so it won't happen again?I use Windows.Thanks for your help./Chris

Hello,I am having an issue with the tap trigger when making a prototype. I have two artboardss on which I set a tap trigger on the exact same UI element respectively. When tapping on the element, it will trigger transition to the other artboard, and vise versa. It works on one of the artboard, but when I try to link back to the artboard from the other, it doesn't work. The two artboards have the same structure. The only difference is that the artboard that is working has the component set to a none-default state, and in the other artboard, the same component is set to the default state. Please check the screenshots. My XD Version: 44.1.12OS: macOS Mojave 10.14.6 This tap trigger works. It will link to the below artboard.This tap trigger doesn't work. It should trigger the transition back to the above artboard. 

Hi, My shared links have stopped sharing on other people's devices all together! I saw that this has been an ongoing problem and have tried all the suggestions. How do I fix this? I need this feature to work.

This guide is not necessary for me right now and I can't figure out how to turn it off.

Hi all, I am writing because I have a question about how to present our wireframes to clients and stakeholders. At the moment, we have our own presentation format, but it is quite difficult to manage when you have a lot of wireframes in the same document. Our format has a leading index to help viewers easily locate any screen among the entire presentation, and keeping that index up to date is quite tricky. Every time we delete one of the artboards or change the order of the presentation, we have to rename the artboards and update the index ... So I was wondering if there is a plugin to create this type of index or maybe you know of an alternative template or format to create wireframe presentation decks with Adobe XD. Thank you very much in advance for your help.

My colleagues and I have for about 2 weeks been unable to work in shared Adobe XD Cloud documents. Whenever we open up a shared XD CC document, it instantly shows the "X" over the cloud icon in the document header, and we get a prompt saying "Disconnected. We'll save your work to your device until XD reconnects". I've tried troubleshooting, and found out that this is only the case on our Work WiFi, meaning that, when I change to another WiFi (at home or my own iPhone hotspot, or LAN cable) the document is able to connect to the server almost instantly after I've made a change in the document. As soon as I go back the my Work WiFi, it disconnects again. The weird part is also that when I'm on the Work WiFi it shows within the CC desktop app, that File Syncing is active. So it seems to be an issue specifically for the XD documents and our Work WiFi that is causing the disconnects. My my best bet is some router / firewall / settings I've missed? 

I need export XD to PDF,But only for 2 twice,now it's can't export to PDF.and i can't level up my XD.Any one help me??Thank you!

When i want to share my file with my frinds i go to the button up on the right but the only thing i can do is share my file by email. The link is missing and the options about how my co-workers work on my document are also missing.Below you can find a printscreen of the menu i am talking about.Is this related to the fact i am using ADOBE XD in the first 7 days of my signature?Thank you  

Hi, I were working on adobe xd and I noticed on the Design dashboard that some layers got that pen icon and if I want to drag it to move between layers doesn't let me. All the layers that have that pen next to it keeps them locked for me and I can't move them between layers, while the ones that don't have it I can move them between the layers. Like in the picture when i am on my way to click and drag it to move it between the layers that shows me.  If someone can helps me.Thanks lots in advance

Is it possible to add background fill Settings on the overlay interaction, so that the mask layer can be made more easily? Figma has this feature, which I think is very good.

Hi all, I have created a template where there is a 0s timed transition to animate a banner on a home page, so that when you land on it it will just automatically pan in an image from the side. This works fine on the XD preview tool but when I create a shared link the timed transition doesn't work. It stays static on the first page leaving those viewing it without seeing the image sliding in.  Please could someone help me into fixing this issue or providing me with a work around? TIASimon

I started using Adobe xd over a year ago, I can't remember ever having to pay for it but recently it's stopped working and says it 'can't verify user subscription' Im certain I never paid for a subscription before and I want to know if I need to now pay to use it again and if so is this a new thing? Is there anyway around this? Any answer are greatly appreciated!  Thanks!
