Adobe XD

 Did the following step:1. Uninstall XD.2. Quit the Creative Cloud Desktop app and kill all related processes from Task Manager.3. Delete temp files by going to run(Win+r) then %temp%4. Delete the Adobe XD CC folder from  C:\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe.5. Repair the Creative Cloud Desktop app and restart the machine.6. Then Install XD again.but did not work and also uninstalled the creative cloud app and reinstalled it but did not fix the problem. Am using a personal account.

As a type designer I test my fonts in inDesign and I use this path to load the fonts /Users/xxxx/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Fonts.It seems that XD is not loading fonts from this folder. Is there a particular reason for this?

It's just like the title. When I use a gradient it crashes and freezes. This issue has been around for 2 years and it still hasn't been resolved? Any new solutions? It's too painful.

Hi everyone,I wanna design a multiple step state over a button (search button):1. Default state:2. Hover state:3. Open state (you tap the button and it opens):4. Active state (you tap the search area and it transforms to ready to type field with blinking cursor).At this step I have to make the white box inside the search box (you can see in state 3 above) a new component so I'll be able to add new states to this area. But I can just make a new component with a default state and another state is not possible to be added.Is there any feasible solution to this?Thank you in advance.

Hi,We have an XD file of 53 artboards and links that connect them in order to demo it. Now, I want to share only one artoboard to get the specs for the development without the devs having to search in all the artboards.Is it possible to create a direct link to an artboard which is in a prototype (flow)?Thanks!

I'm 1 of 2 editors on an XD library file hosted in CC. The other editor was the owner but has left our company. At first, I retained full access and could edit, publish changes, and send invites directly from the XD file we created the library from. This worked for several months, but I contacted my IT department to see if they could make me the owner in case something went wrong. They weren't able to do that. Now, I can make edits to the XD file, but I've somehow lost the ability to publish changes by clicking the Publish then the Update button, as it's now greyed out. The Share button is also greyed out, so I've also lost the ability to send invites. I found I could send invites via the web interface (assets.adobe.com) but not through the XD file and not through the CC desktop app.  Note that if I go to https://assets.adobe.com/shared, I see two copies of this file, one is an XDC file and the other is a LIBRARY file (is this expected?) What could ex

Hi, in my country we have been using ADOBE products for many years but cause US sanctions we couldn't buy any account and purchase directly from your site, it's very important especially when using adobe XD that is a great tool in UI design, how could we deal with it? 

I was trying to clip an image/photo using two rectangles both angled at -30 degrees.  Whether I use one or both shapes to subtract from the image/photo, the clipped result is always shifted left, and over justifying the image doesn't change the result.  The image will be cropped somewhat properly, but the crop will cut off more of the left side than visually selected.  I tried manipulating things many ways, but couldn't find a workaround.  The attached screenshots show what I did the moment before subtraction the right shape from the photo, and the result afterward.  Notice the phone was clipped, but shifted left of the original position.  It does not clip where I originally selected it.

Hello all,I am facing a problem with my hard drive storage. Short investigation shows that Adobe XD program is using more than 100GB locally. I can not find the stored files on my computer.All of my working files are store on Adobe cloud. As far as I can see the stored files looks a bit low than expected only 3.9 GB.Windows says that Adobe XD is using: But when I look in the adobe cloud folder - no files are found:The questions are:1. Why is happening?2. How to free up my local computer store and to force Adobe XD to store everything in the cloudThank you in advance

Hello everyone, I have a question - I started using Adobe XD two days ago and I'm a tad confused with something. So I have this image as a background. I want it to stay that size, but I want it so when the user is using the app, they are able to move the map so they can see the parts that are hidden. I also want the red dots to drag with the map when it is moved. Is this possible? thanks in advanced everyone 🙂 

When prototyping, if the default (last used) action is Overlay, there is a long delay or XD becomes completely unresponsive when creating a new interaction. If it doesn't eventually work itself out, I'm forced to terminate XD, losing any work if I had not saved earlier. I only started getting this when I updated to Version: 40.0.22.12I'm on Windows 10 (latest).

Hey there,I'm trying to mock-up a fairly simple cookie banner, using the overlay feature in prototyping mode. The banner is built as a component with different states   But and the states differ in height because for the second and 3rd state there is more information to show.   But now using overlay to slide up this banner from the bottom of an artboard, I can't figure out how to keep it sticking to the bottom without having the content offscreen when the state change.See this example: As you can see expands down pusing content off the viewport.Is ther somehow a option have the overlay move up when the state changes of the component when clicking that link?     <Title was renamed by moderator>

When creating a stack, it would be great to allow for some overlap between objects within the stack via negative numbers. I would also like to more precisely pad with decimal numbers as opposed to whole numbers.

Hellou Guys,  I kinde of long time searching if is possible make overlays in scrollable area, cus for prototyping i need to have setup 1080, them i can see webside like should to be, but then i canot make overlay outside this area, is there any options how i can do? or is just long time not fixed problem from adobe side? Thank you for any advices and help BestLukas

I'm working on a prototype for my website., when I hit on preview, I just see a line. It's working fine for the mobile version of the artboard, but the issues is with the desktop version. How can i fix it? Attached Screen shot

HelloI design on xd adobe and on the prototype i made componentta and than sent it to destination, the page of the destination become gray and when i play it, it becomes black. Does anybody know what i did wrong?

Hello everyone and thank you in advance.I'm a UI Designer wannabe and i'm approaching this world and i'm still figuring out what are the best ways to showcase my personal works and prototypes. I know that Adobe XD doesn't export in interactive pdf (yet) so i was looking for a way to showcase the projects i'm currently working on. Any ideas? How do you show your work?If you could suggest me any documentation / website, i would be so happy. thank you again.

Hi, I have Adobe XD installed into my system and it is updated as well but it's not working. The app doesn't start/open at all. I tried reinstalling the app but it didn't help. I work on windows 10 OS.

I am learning to use Adobe XD after coming from Figma. My main issue is no matter what responsive setting I set for the objects/board the objects don't scale in proportion with the grid. See below examples of Figma vs Adobe, anyone has a solve for this? THIS IS HOW IT WORKS IN FIGMA EXAMPLE (how I want it to respond in XD)You can see the squares resize exactly in proportion to grid columns when you scale the board, everything stays nice and aligned.After  THIS IS WHAT IS HAPPENING IN ADOBE XDBefore (I set each square with different responsive setting, none worked as intended)After

What the hell is going on with Xd.? Its showing color entirely different than photoshop and illustrator. And cant eve  copy paste colors or images with accuracy.  And illustrator is now automatically shifting colors here and there evrytime the file is saved. You close and then open it. Ta da.. A diff color code which you have to sit and edit.  Pls don't bring in any new features unless you are able to fix the extremely annoying current problems. 

Hi everyone! I hope you're well and healthy! So I have my website on Portfolio. And I like it. It's simple, shows my work buuut it lacks on photo carousels, so I made one, interactive and all on XD. On desktop browsers looks badass but the problem relies on the mobile version. I already tried activating responsive resize, create another version under iPhone templates, updating the link. And I don't know about coding but I think it could be it. Or what do you think? I'm a first time XD user doing part I of the prototyping workshop as part of the Adobe MAX conference. The session instructor has the "point text" and "area text" buttons in the text section of the inspection panel, but I only see "auto width," "auto height," and "fixed size." Any ideas as to how to get the point text buttons to show?

I used to be able to open an XD document, go to the Share tab, and click on a link that was created so I could add comments, etc. I was able to click the link though not manage it because I don't won the file. Well now I am no longer able to even see the link...I really hope this is a bug because I would like to access my links from my files and not the stupid "Manage Links" library which is a giant pain in the ass!   <Title was renamed by moderator>

OS:  Android OS Issue:  An update from Adobe XD was not working.  So I uninstalled Adobe XD on my Samsung Android mobile device, using the inbuilt uninstaller.  Now I can not install a fresh copy of Adobe XD.  It just won't work.  I need it in order to view as close as possible the actual mobile experience on Android mobile.  Help - what can I do?     <Title renamed by moderator>
