Adobe XD

Is it possible to make a partial micro interation? I'm designing a website that has different slides sessions to show pictures, kinda like netflix you can say. Is it possible to move one line of pictures without moving the others in one sequence? Or do I need to create tons of sequences for this? Please help, thank you!

Hi, my collegue made web design containing objects with 3D properties in XD. I'm trying to export them into After Affects so I could animate them. Here's the catch. If I manualy retype all properties (Size W,H, Position X, Y, Z, Rotation X, Y , Z) I get completely differently looking object position. And yet, if I type the same properties in Adobe Animate, or Figma - the appearance of the object's possition matches in those 3 softwares but in XD looks different. And I can't replicate them manualy either without using 3D camera layer in after effect (witch is not an option since i want to export as lottie Animation). So my question is - Is there any 3D camera layer in XD that i don't know about, how to see anchour point position of the layer in XD or any other properties I might be missing missing.    <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hello,We started developing a design system to be used throughout our clients products. Instead of having different components for component with a label and then the same without a label, we decided to have a single component and then hide the label, when we don't need it. So far, so good, but then we started seeing components shifting positions inside the documents that use the system. The most weird thing is not all instances of the component with the hidden label shift their positions.This usually happens after update to the component - simple change of color, making the font a bit bigger, saving and sharing the file. It is really a pain to go through all of the screens and fix the issue manually, so I am asking for help. Is this a bug or there is a workaround it?Any help will be much appreciated,Hristo

I think this graphic explains the issue. When I preview work on my phone using the XD app, the headline type is shifted down in the layout. This shift is not shown when looking at the art in a shared presentation link. This is just one example of several vertical shifts like this that are happening in my document when previewed using the XD app. Wondering if this has happened to anyone else, or if maybe I have a setting wrong somewhere?

  I'm sharing an XD file for development and have always had the ability to allow for my dev team to toggle on and off the grid that I am using. I updated XD yesterday and the entire share experience is different... I am no longer seeing the ability to toggle the grid and this is a HUGE issue for our team.  Does anyone have any guidance - what am I missing? I am hoping this important feature was not omitted in the recent update. I've attached an image of the development panel before and after updating XD. Please help.  

Hi Adobians, I am using Adobe XD for the past 2 yrs but never had problems I am facing now. It is a wonderful application. But for the past 1 month whenever I am updating design assets and updating the link, the link is updated but assets/icons are not included in the Dev Link. Please resolve this issue. It happened with layers too, I changed the stack of the layers and it was not been shown in the updated XD Link. After multiple trials, I could not resolve this. When using the "text" tool, the program flies. It is impossible to write both new text and highlight the old one

For the last couple of days, any time I try to open any projects sent to me or any of my own projects, I get the error message: "This was created with a newer version of Adobe XD. Please update Adobe XD to open it."  My XD is fully updated, my mac has been fully updated, I have uninstalled and reinstalled XD (twice) and yet the message is still there. At this point I just never want to use the app again, I am on a deadline and this is beyond frustrating.    {Renamed By MOD}

Since the last update, I have had really bad issues with copy + paste within XD. It severely lags the application and the mouse input becomes sporadic, causing items to move around. This only occurs with copy and paste (both keyboard shortcuts and edit menu), not option + drag.  I initially thought it was my system but this does not happen elsewhere (I have not had any issues with Figma) and I have tried reinstalling XD but that has not helped. It also happens on multiple files so I think this is a bug with the software. I am on an M1 machine (running through Rosetta 2) but I have not had issues before so I think there may be an issue with the current version. Machine: MacBook Pro M1, 16GBXD version: 36.2.32.5, Creative Cloud Sync 4.5.1.1

I cannot create a prototype because the links on the buttons do not refer to the right pages ... I started again several times, test several types of tansition, nothing works.  For example, my community button should link to the community page, but still links to the center page. Please, help !

Is it possible to force the update? On my client the version is 35.2.12 when it is already avaible version 37.   How can i resolve?   Tnx   {Renamed By MOD}

Hey there,  Well,  I have been updating XD from CC regularly and it didn't have any issues. Until, today, that I wanted to use the English version (previously, it was Chinese version). Then I realised that the language settings have been dimmed, so I changed my OS language to English, but it didn't affect XD. My CC program is set to prefered language English, but after I reinstalled XD, not long it was still Chinese, but also I got this empty welcome page, I can still open my older files no problem, but I lost the default artboards entrance shown on the welcome page. Later today, I have contacted Support, suggusted that I uninstalled XD and logged out CC, using Cleaner Tool as well, and rebooted my Computer, still, after reinstalled XD, same thing happened with language and blank welcome page. Some information:XD starter v36.2.32.5(Jan 29th, 2021).MacOS  I really like the previous language settings, that it goes with your OS language, but now it's dim

I am sure this is one of the dumbest questions, but for some reason I cannot adjust the zoom in the Windows 10 version. How do you adjust the main interface (working area) to move from left to right or vica versa.  It can move from top to bottom but not left to right. Is their a "Hand Tool" or zoom where i can move around between ArtBoards.  I have tried everything the arrow keys, mouse options, etc but nothing allows me to adjust the "zoom area" in correspondence to an ArtBoard. Hard to explain, for example, I have made 6 Artboards, for me to change the "view" to the 1st Artboard I can't do unless I zoom out to see it, but when I go to zoom in it does not permit me to adjust it to the right (right in this case since it being first) so I can't see the content in the 1st Artboard.  The Zoom In feature only works on the last Artboard I created.  I think i have doubled clicked on everything on the interface thinking I am just a click a way from being able to change the

Hey, I wanted to test if my protoype would work on other devices and created a link. However, when I or my test clients test the link, the prototype does not load after the first slide.A loading circle appears and it the prototype freezes. If tested on mobile, you can zoom out and a home button appears, when you click on it the prototype shrinks a little bit in size but you can run through it properly. So basically it only works when you click on the home button, which is very frustrating because I my test users won't know what to do when it freezes. When you open it on a desktop, it also freezes and you have to press Esc in order to see the home button and start over. Is there any way to fix it? The animation on the first page is basically the circle expanding onto the second slide and getting smaller on the third slide again. If you want, I could include the shared link for you to see. I hope you can help me out.

I have a bigger XD file stored in CC, with ca. 20 artboards, 80 multistate components, 50 character styles and 80 colors. Usually it takes between 5-30 seconds to save a change (at least XD title says "Saving...") and during this time the UI not only partially freezes, but also other limitations appear - e.g. it is not possible to rename layers or change element properties in right sidebar. Due to continuous saving is then the editing of such a file quite problematic. Configuration: Adobe XD 36.1.32, Windows 10 (1809)

Hello everyone,I recently noticed importing images into Adobe XD using import command or drag and drop will make the images half it's size,like 1920 x 1080 px will get imported as 540 x 960 px and scaling it up will lose quality. is there any other way to import? to keep the original sizethank youusing Adobe xd  37.0.32.10

Good afternoon everybody,I am trying to unistall the free XD trial...I have already seen the video here:https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.htmlbut in my plan ( https://account.adobe.com/plans. ) there is a Free registration to DOCUMENT CLOUD and a free registration to CREATIVE CLOUD; no "Manage plan" button to select, I  just see "View plan" and there is nothing to do with my free tryial anyway. No contact center to call... no idea about it.   

Hello,I have a design and everytime I press preview it shows black image with a whiete line in it.I have set a Home artboard, additionally when I create a link to share, I can see the overciew of all the artboards but when I select them I see this black screen again.What could be the issue?I have the latest update installed.

Adobe XD appear on my doc. I click to open it and nothing happen. The little black dot is there under the icon just for a second and disseaper fast. I was having the message before Check with the developer to make sure......etc etc. I chat with a tech and we do this :Reinstall Cloud - not workingTry older version - not workingRestart in safe mode and change usur - not working My Imac is up to date (INTEL) and etc and work very well with others adobe apps and etcI have to work with XD and i pay for the service and i can not......it's very bad for me and my business.Any help here ? I know we can use anchors within an existing artboards, but does anyone know if it's possible to click on an element in one artboard and have it resolve to a specific anchor's location on a whole other aboard? Thanks!

For some reason every time I try to create scrolling on XD artboards and open preview I only see the header and upper part...the lower part is empty on preview.

Adobe XD application keeps on prompting a window that seems to be loading. The prompt keeps on looping while the app is open. The loop doesn't stop, and I've been waiting for an hour. Solutions and fixes? I tried killing the process with task manager and restarted it multiple times. Seems to not be working at all.

I'm not able to access my CC libraries even though I am signed in.
