Adobe XD

I have a bigger XD file stored in CC, with ca. 20 artboards, 80 multistate components, 50 character styles and 80 colors. Usually it takes between 5-30 seconds to save a change (at least XD title says "Saving...") and during this time the UI not only partially freezes, but also other limitations appear - e.g. it is not possible to rename layers or change element properties in right sidebar. Due to continuous saving is then the editing of such a file quite problematic. Configuration: Adobe XD 36.1.32, Windows 10 (1809)

Hello everyone,I recently noticed importing images into Adobe XD using import command or drag and drop will make the images half it's size,like 1920 x 1080 px will get imported as 540 x 960 px and scaling it up will lose quality. is there any other way to import? to keep the original sizethank youusing Adobe xd  37.0.32.10

Good afternoon everybody,I am trying to unistall the free XD trial...I have already seen the video here:https://helpx.adobe.com/manage-account/using/cancel-subscription.htmlbut in my plan ( https://account.adobe.com/plans. ) there is a Free registration to DOCUMENT CLOUD and a free registration to CREATIVE CLOUD; no "Manage plan" button to select, I  just see "View plan" and there is nothing to do with my free tryial anyway. No contact center to call... no idea about it.   

Hello,I have a design and everytime I press preview it shows black image with a whiete line in it.I have set a Home artboard, additionally when I create a link to share, I can see the overciew of all the artboards but when I select them I see this black screen again.What could be the issue?I have the latest update installed.

I was trying to recreate a website's scroll effect but am stuck.I tried explaining the problem on a Reddit forum, have a look at the problem.Any leads are welcome.🙂

Adobe XD appear on my doc. I click to open it and nothing happen. The little black dot is there under the icon just for a second and disseaper fast. I was having the message before Check with the developer to make sure......etc etc. I chat with a tech and we do this :Reinstall Cloud - not workingTry older version - not workingRestart in safe mode and change usur - not working My Imac is up to date (INTEL) and etc and work very well with others adobe apps and etcI have to work with XD and i pay for the service and i can not......it's very bad for me and my business.Any help here ? I know we can use anchors within an existing artboards, but does anyone know if it's possible to click on an element in one artboard and have it resolve to a specific anchor's location on a whole other aboard? Thanks!

For some reason every time I try to create scrolling on XD artboards and open preview I only see the header and upper part...the lower part is empty on preview.

Adobe XD application keeps on prompting a window that seems to be loading. The prompt keeps on looping while the app is open. The loop doesn't stop, and I've been waiting for an hour. Solutions and fixes? I tried killing the process with task manager and restarted it multiple times. Seems to not be working at all.

I'm not able to access my CC libraries even though I am signed in. This is causing a major problem because I can't use or share my libraries at any adobe app.  I have tried everything from this post https://community.adobe.com/t5/indesign/signed-in-to-cc-but-cc-libraries-keeps-asking-me-to-sign-in/td-p/10915413?page=1  I have attached some images. 

I can't update or download plugins, access cloud, etc.  Help!  I'm already on the latest version of XD. How do I resolve this?    {Renamed By MOD}

All my Adobe Apps are installed on my secondary drive as specified in the install location folder of Adobe  CC settings. But for some reason Adobe XD installs on C drive. Why in the world is that happening??

I've been trying to update my prototype and everytime I try, I receive an Error 55:42 message. I haven't deleted any of the older files. I just made a simple update and I've never faced this issue. I checked my other files and I cannot create a link nor can update it any of them. Please help me with this. Thanks!

Adobe XD version 37.1.32.2I've created a fly-out component whose expanded state overlaps other buttons. As this simple wireframe shows (video attached)...the circle button is threaded to switch between the two artboards. The rectangle drop-down component opens in front of the circle, but still allows for the button underneath to be active. This happens on multiple files/tests.  Is there a way to make the button beneath not function when covered (especially when I start adding states and buttons to the fly-out component)?

One of my developers is running into an issue when viewing a prototype link in browser. The menu overlay shape (white) does not show up in his view and instead there's a bug where it shows a weird pattern where the white shape would normally be. The menu looks fine for all of my other developers. Not sure why this is happening to just one of them. Below is the screenshot from him that shows the bug. That should just be a white shape. What my developer sees in his prototype link:  What it should look like (and what it looks like for everyone else):  My developer's machine specs: OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 ProVersion 10.0.18363 Build 18363Browser: Chrome, Firefox, Edge (bug happens for him in all browsers)

Hello. I work an iMac 2010 that solve perfectly my work needs. However, as I understand it, I'm paying for the plan with all the APPs, but many of them do not run. At the moment I need to finish a job in XD and I can't because it's not updating in my system. I would like to receive (I consider it fair) a version that I can work with. I'm not the only one, sure about it... so Adobe, please don't forget these people that pay the same monthly cost as others have a brand new Apple.    Waiting for a solution, thanks. I am increasingly frustrated with Adobe over the last 5 years. Persons in the Caribbean cannot purchase a license directly and the "resellers" Adobe contracts only sell to companies or not at all. How can I subscribe to Adobe and pay them money they clearly dont deserve?

I want to use link asstes between two layers on adobe xD i found there isnot (+) to add assets and when i open new layer to make link asstes i found out the button was browse libraries

I can not drag an image on to my art board from my Apple Photos appWhen I select 'Import Image' from themenu, most of my images are missing from my Apple photos app!....So how are you meant to import images in to this program??

Hi, I'm new to Adobe XD.  I'm facing problem which is I cannot change the value of the viewport through the keyboard and it has to be manually.  I mean, when entering a value for the viewport then press Enter the value doesn't change.  The only way to change the value is to grip viewport by the mouse and change up or down.  The version I have is 36.2.32.5 Starter. I am unable to update an existing prototype after making design changes. The only option after selecting share again is to create a new link. It works sometimes, but if I save the file the update link option is gone, only create new link is available. This issue itself makes the whole sharing experience less than optimal as we have to create new links over and over again. Clients don't like that, the dev team doesn't like that. I am on a Mac, latest version of everything.
