Adobe XD

I can't update or download plugins, access cloud, etc.  Help!  I'm already on the latest version of XD. How do I resolve this?    {Renamed By MOD}

All my Adobe Apps are installed on my secondary drive as specified in the install location folder of Adobe  CC settings. But for some reason Adobe XD installs on C drive. Why in the world is that happening??

I've been trying to update my prototype and everytime I try, I receive an Error 55:42 message. I haven't deleted any of the older files. I just made a simple update and I've never faced this issue. I checked my other files and I cannot create a link nor can update it any of them. Please help me with this. Thanks!

Adobe XD version 37.1.32.2I've created a fly-out component whose expanded state overlaps other buttons. As this simple wireframe shows (video attached)...the circle button is threaded to switch between the two artboards. The rectangle drop-down component opens in front of the circle, but still allows for the button underneath to be active. This happens on multiple files/tests.  Is there a way to make the button beneath not function when covered (especially when I start adding states and buttons to the fly-out component)?

One of my developers is running into an issue when viewing a prototype link in browser. The menu overlay shape (white) does not show up in his view and instead there's a bug where it shows a weird pattern where the white shape would normally be. The menu looks fine for all of my other developers. Not sure why this is happening to just one of them. Below is the screenshot from him that shows the bug. Hello. I work an iMac 2010 that solve perfectly my work needs. However, as I understand it, I'm paying for the plan with all the APPs, but many of them do not run. At the moment I need to finish a job in XD and I can't because it's not updating in my system. I would like to receive (I consider it fair) a version that I can work with. I'm not the only one, sure about it... so Adobe, please don't forget these people that pay the same monthly cost as others have a brand new Apple.    Waiting for a solution, thanks. I am increasingly frustrated with Adobe over the last 5 years. Persons in the Caribbean cannot purchase a license directly and the "resellers" Adobe contracts only sell to companies or not at all. How can I subscribe to Adobe and pay them money they clearly dont deserve?

I want to use link asstes between two layers on adobe xD i found there isnot (+) to add assets and when i open new layer to make link asstes i found out the button was browse libraries

I can not drag an image on to my art board from my Apple Photos appWhen I select 'Import Image' from themenu, most of my images are missing from my Apple photos app!....So how are you meant to import images in to this program??

Hi, I'm new to Adobe XD.  I'm facing problem which is I cannot change the value of the viewport through the keyboard and it has to be manually.  I mean, when entering a value for the viewport then press Enter the value doesn't change.  The only way to change the value is to grip viewport by the mouse and change up or down.  The version I have is 36.2.32.5 Starter. I am unable to update an existing prototype after making design changes. The only option after selecting share again is to create a new link. It works sometimes, but if I save the file the update link option is gone, only create new link is available. This issue itself makes the whole sharing experience less than optimal as we have to create new links over and over again. Clients don't like that, the dev team doesn't like that. I am on a Mac, latest version of everything.

My team and I are having trouble with adobe comments. Both in XD and in Creative Cloud. All was working well this morning, and suddenly all previous comments are no longer visible and commenting is disabled. 

Anyone know the latest upon XD projects for savign work, as accessing across teams, avoiding everyone having files separately... and that deadren not be able to update share link

When copy& pasting content (e.g. a component / picture ...) from one artboard to another, it is not displayed in the top layer (even if it is shown correctly in the layer view). When I use the 3D-Transformation tool to resize the content, I can manage to get the content to the top layer again.

Hi everyone, I am a real newbie to Xd so I apologize in advance for what I suspect is a very trivial question. I'm creating a web page for my research group and I have made a home page that has a text banner and a series of buttons that take you to various parts of areas of the website. In the center of the page, I have a B&W image. In fact, there are 5 such images that I would like to have rotated through when one views the home page. This seems like it should be easy but I can't seem to get a simple solution. I duplicated the home page 5 times and put a different image in each one. That worked but of course, I am swapping the entire home page out which is pretty clumsy, moreover, the various links from the buttons to other pages then have to be made for each home page. I suspect there is a straightforward simple way to animate the images when inside the home page but I just can't quite figure it out. The auto animate feature is really fun in XD, but as I google about for how to turn those into viable code, I’m not finding any resources on how to do it. So what is Adobe’s intended workflow in giving us auto animate? The Specs/Variables information is essentially only about placement, so what is Adobe’s development vision for these interactions? Somehow export items as HTML5? SVG? Animated gifs or APNGs? HTML with <path> and <animate> classes..? With what tools, apps, workflows? Surely the answer is not “that’s not XD’s problem, because it’s just a prototyping tool.” What would be the point of giving us a tool that can’t be developed – or at least, can’t be developed efficiently and with basic standards or workflows? That would lead to increased project costs, frustrated interactions between designers and developers, and unhappy clients – surely not what Adobe wants for us.  So again, what's Adobe's anticipated workflow here? Either way, what are

When I try and send certain Adobe XD file through Outlook it reports possible jar-related malware.  I have done extensive tests to try and narrow down the issue but have come to an impasse and need help from Adobe.   When I try and paste the offending document into this community board it results in: "The attachment's 210223 test6.xd content type (application/octet-stream) does not match its file extension and has been removed."  Therefore @Adobe, please reach out to me for a sample file that shows this issue. 1. My team is having some trouble when it comes to formatting text for different localisations, particularly wrt quotation marks. I.e. someone running their Mac OS with German language settings will be unable to type “English” quotation marks, and „vice versa.“ It's obviously not feasible to set and re-set the entire OS every time in order to avoid this, and often both sets of quotes are needed in the same XD document. Is there any way to keep quotation marks from auto re-formatting to match OS language?

Hello, I am unable to create any new projects in Adobe XD. Neither Command+N or File > New work - nothing launches at all (no new XD windows or error messages). Launching XD shows a blank screen for Home, as one of the attached screenshots demonstrates. I had recently downloaded XD to test it out on Tuesday, but only just got around to actually trying to play around with it today. XD Version: 35.0.12.14 (Starter)macOS version: 10.15.7 (Catalina) Steps I've taken to troubleshoot:Uninstalled and reinstalled XD from the Creative Cloud desktop app.Made sure the Catalina OS was up-to-date.Rebooted computer.Ran the Creative Cloud Cleaner Tool, following all steps listed here: https://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/cc-cleaner-tool-installation-problems.htmlAfter following all the steps above and reinstalling XD, I am still unable to create any new project files in any way.
