Adobe XD

There is a paragraph with 3 hello world.font:arial; font-size:16px; line-height:24px;So, the height of paragraph is 72px as you can see in the picture, because every simple line is 24px;In ADOBE XD, I create a same paragraph, font:arial; font-size:16px; line-spacing:24Then, its height only 65!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!You know what? it's becaue the line-spacing don't do the same thing as same as line height in web browser, its a stupid ADOBE OWN LINE SPACE SYETEM. Every time, you only get the wrong result which can't give to delvelopers let them code it.  TWO years ago I reported it, now the stupid useless thing still not fix, because stupid ADOBE team thinks it's not a problem. I can bet that, adobe team will never fix it, so I suggest everyone just switch to Figma, much better than this s-h-i-t. 

HeyMy XD is crashing post Mac OS update and also crashing post updating XD Need help

1. The size is reduced (half) when exporting pictures as JPG,The size of the exported image as PNG is the size of the design draft.2. The exported pictures are of poor quality and blurred.3. After updating to version 36.2, as mentioned last time, when the name of the artboard is in Chinese, the abnormal display bug has not been fixed yet

HiI have selected an iPad Artboard with 1024x768 .. Now I'm doing a device preview with the adobe xd app on my ipad.. but screen is not fullscreen.. it has a black border around. Why? 

Hello, I am fairly new to Adobe XD. I am also very fluent in InDesign and come from a print background. I am laying out a large website and was recently asked to design the phone and tablet versions as well. So I began using XD since it comes with my subscription. But I'm having some problems: 1. I can't figure out how to have two styles in one text box. (Currently each style is in it's own text box in my layout - not ideal!) 2. I can't figure out how to set consistent space between headings and body copy (right now I'm guessing!). I know how to set the space between two paragraphs of the same style, within the same text box, but not when there are two styles (such as a heading and a paragraph of text). Is there a way to set a consistent 'space after' for each heading style? Any help would be enormously appreciated!! - Lila   {Renamed By MOD}  

This is my view when I share my design with my developer. In the other views I can see the complete document (page) but not where I can comment. Guys my sprint with this starts Wednesday, so please fix asap. The comments are vital to the process and the link is already shared with the customer.   

I did not make any changes to the prototype but anyone with the link is unable to access it. Hello,We have enterprise adobe account with Adobe XD. If an employee leaves the company and his account get deactivated, can the files saved in cloud for Adobe XD will be transfeer to another user or will it get deeleted with the account. Thanks,Tapas.

I have two issues that are devastating my workflow/productivity. First, when I duplicate an artboard using the keyboard, the links to not duplicate with them. I found a workaround that resets the issue by using the dropdown menu. I can then use keyboard commands for awhile before the problem arises again. The second is that when I duplicate and artboard or elements from an artboard, I get multiple items sitting on each other. For example, if I copy an icon from one artboard and paste it to another, I will have two to three of those icons sittig on top of each other. I have cleaned up artboards to make sure I only have one of everything. I then duplicate that artboard and the same issue arises. I am soooooo behind on this project playing whack-a-mole. 

I have a technical issue with Xd, I was working on a file since this morning and saving on adobe cloud until Xd asked for an update, after the update I can't find the file anymore, the file is gone. I still see it when I right-click on Xd from my dock, but it's not opening when I click on it.   how can I call or chat with an Adobe support? please help me 

After installation a white, empty menu or a macbook. And no solution via the helpdesk. Really bad. And turns out to be a long-term problem. Do not come up with an excuse now, but provide a suitable solution. No reinstallation or formating of an OS. The problem has been with other users for much longer. Shame for such an expensive product.

For months now I have been facing an issue with the Layer panel not redrawing following user action. So far this was very sporadic and came up after many hours of use (similarly how symbols within the UI of XD can get messed up after many hours, seemingly from some kind of mapping mismatch from whatever sprite sheet is used by XD) and resolved itself after XD restart, but in the past few days, this happens to me almost immediately.In short - the Layers panel is "frozen" in time - I can still scroll it, but selecting an object on the artboard does not cause the Layer panel to select it. Object name changes are not reflected in the panel, and I have to click several times there for an update to occur. It just looks like whatever function is there for the contents of the panel to redraw following some change, it does not get triggered, and the contents displayed in the panel lag behind the actual state of the file. When I am working with Adobe XD CC, It is working using cloud  document but I am not able to see live preview using datacable even it is not synching. I am using windows 10 Laptop and my mobile is iPhone 7. Please resolve the issue.

Hi,I'm just leanring Adobe XD and I can't find the symbols panel anywhere?  Can someone please help me??  I've tried searching online and only see responses regarding Windows version but I'm on a Mac.  I've also tried changing the workspace and no luck there either.  This is incredibly frustrating as I'm just trying to learn this program and can't follow my video tutorials without it! Thanks in advance,Marie

Hello, As I try to invite other users to my XD-Project I get an error message that I reached the maximum amount of invitations. However, I bought the Creative Cloud which should have an unlimited number of invitations for XD. How can I fix this problem?Thank you for your help!

Hello, I am wondering if I am able to insert a video with sound?   I am only able to insert a video (that is muted - although the muted option is not filled in) or upload a recoring of the video in Mp3 Format by using the prototype "Action." However, I cannot insert the recoring and Video on the same slide... Is there any way I can upload my video with it's sound? If so how will I go about this?    Thank you so much for any answer. Hello everyone, I'm designing a sports video platform with many pictures for the thumbnails and logos for the teams and today XD crashed. It's not the first time XD crashed BUT this time, when I re-open the file, my modications are there BUT NOT the images and logos!?!So I have a design with all the thumbnails and playlists, etc. but the images and some logos, not all oddly, are blank. They are still in the file, I can see them in my layers but it's empty of visual, like a dark rectangle... (Attached img 1) A very strange thing! When I copy/paste another design on this specific XD file, the half of the images are blank too, as if the file corrupted the design inside. When I do the same but in the other way, the destroyed design to the clean XD file, the pictures are now with the classic "mountain and moon" white rectangle (Attached img 2). Did you have a solution to resole that? As an application designer (web/mobile), I really like using Adobe XD for early stage designs and small projects. Its minimalism is a joy to work with.However, as a project grows in size, XD quickly begins to shows its limitations.My prototypes often involve several hundred screens – and placing all of these on a single canvas becomes unworkable. At some point, you simply run out of space – even after spending time moving and organizing your screens around the canvas.XD starts to feel very claustrophobic and limiting.I can think of two possible solutions.Allow for multiple canvases (pages) in single XD project. And make page transitions and interactions work across canvases.Allow interactions/transitions to work across separate XD files.I think either of these two suggestions would make XD more practical for larger projects. Until then, I will only use XD for smaller projects – or for time-sensitive early stage designs.The Tittle was edited by Moderator.

When modifying the gradient direction of any shape (using that line that pops up on top of said shape) there's a brief pause where the program is unresponsive and then an immediate closing of the application. Upon rebooting the app, the dialog for the crash report does pop up.   Version is updated to 24. Is anybody else stumbling upon this glitch? I can't recreate it with my own computer, it seems to be unique to my designer roommate.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

If you’re still having issues, please see our connectivity troubleshooting guide.```I downloaded installed it and currently i am on dataplans and why it even needs internet. Is there no way to run adobe xd without internet.Not everyone has a priviledge to run software on internet all the time what a mess.

 I was trying to adjust the radial gradient size on the cropped object, but I don't see the on-canvas gradient editor. Is there a way to fix this?  Thanks
