Adobe XD

I have several transition interactions setup on my prototype. I have selected "Preserve scroll position" on a couple that I want that on, but ALL of my transitions are preserving the scroll position even when that option is not selected. I have never had this issue until today. Is this a bug?

Hi there,I have a problem with drop downs. On the project I have the list of few clicable drop downs. Everyone shows some text. Unfortunetly when the drop down is extended it covers other components. I would love to keep seeing everything when I click on the drop down (for example when I click first drop down and text is appearing others are moving below that text). Is it possible to prototype it in XD?   Best,Wanda

Hello, I heard that there is new version for XD which is 36.2.32 But on my CC, i can't find any updates and it says my XD is up to date.   +    I also can't find place to downgrade to older versions. You guys actually called me last week and couldn't figure it out. So you guys were supposed to call me back but no call back.   Please see screenshots. Hey guys, I have designed some art in Adobe XD and would like to export it to a PDF File. But it is light grey, so I can simply not even click on it to export. I have a Mac Book Pro from 2014.   Has anybody a solution for this? What do I need to do?   <The title was renamed by moderator>

Hi guys. I wanted to ask after exporting an artboard from XD to AE, and adding animations to it, how do I get it bcak to XD? to I have to render it as a video?

Dear Adobe XD department As customers become more and more demanding for alive prototype designs, I hereby request the posibility to import animated svg's inside the prototypes. And there are no topics to find related, so please read.   SVG's animations is the new black, and has become quite popular since GIF's are rather big and can be heavy for websites + they arent vector...   It could be super cool if you could support these svgs animations.   If you are unsure of what i mean then please check out his codepen of an animated svg. https://codepen.io/kristianBan/pen/OJRqNMr   Making this possible will give you a big lead prototyping since my clients were baffeled this animations. Hello, I have the latest version of XD from Adobe CC app. I even uninstalled and reinstalled it. There is no newer version to get other than 36, but it's not being offered via CC.   When I open an XD file it says that it was made with a newer version and to please update.   I've read every thread I can find on the internet. Is there something else I can try?   What the hell is going on here? It's happening all the time. Hello,   I cannot share protoypes. Always get an 4005 error although my e-mail address is confirmed. Yesterday publishing worked, today not. None of my documents, even new one, can be published.    I'm using the most recent version of Adobe XD.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Right now we can auto-animate based on components states. This feature is absolutely useful. However the animation has to be triggered by a click or hover actions. Currently, if I want any parts of my desing to start animating as soon the artboard loads I would have to use them on the global scope of that specific artboard with a time trigger. The downside to this is that it is not modular. Using components you have all the parts of your animation self contained in the same element. You don't have to duplicate the artboard as many times needed. My question is: Is there any way to create self contained animated elements to run on "artboard load" without the need to duplicate the whole artboard just for a frame change?

Hi! I use XD for prototyping and illustrator for drawing icon, illustrations etc. Last week i draw some illustration and import them from AI to XD, all was ok. Today i change some illustration in AI and try import them to XD, but all gradients doesnt show, only curves or fill. What can happened? All was ok. How designer can creat design without normal import from AI to XD? As usual there's some nice Adobe surprise gifts after each update, this time they blessed us with new problems in the prototype section:- All my connectors / links in my prototypes are deleted.- Prototypes play but with no connectors.- Some of my art boards in prototypes are now with black background when played. - Overlay feature doesn't work anymore. Total mess.Swell! Just what I needed two minutes before a presentation. If I try to repair my prototypes and re-connect them the overlay effect doesn't work. When I move the overlay it includes the artboard that is placed before it and a whole lot of mysterious stuff is happening, to put it short the new and so called "improved" prototyping in XD is totally messed up after last release. Could you please test before release? And do include Windows. You know the operating system from Microsoft that you claim to support.

I am having the biggest problem with the type tool. I don't use it super often but whenever I do it force closes the app almost immediately. I'll reopen and try again it will work fine and then ill try to type again and it will force close. this is extremely frustrating and i feel like i am the only one having this problem.. any advice?     <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hello. I was sent a link to open a project designed on XD, but I can´t open it. The msg says I don´t have permission to open it. How can I solve this issue? Thank you Patrícia

XD keeps crashing all the time, not saving the work done, some tools disappear time to time, sometimes blending modes get to crash the app totally. I don't know why I pay for the version that I can have for free When you choose blending modes it crashes whole program, Sometimes Shadow color picker disappears, top right corner tools disappear if you don't restart the app.I thought I would get a decent bug free app if I'd get a paid version but no sir.I don't understand why I should pay anything if the difference is only shareable links,Do something!

When I either copy and paste from one document to another in Prototype mode, or save an existing file under a new name, audio files that I had uploaded disappear and have to be re-uploaded to the document. I'm using Windows.

Hi, can anyone help me regarding this issue? i cannot access the cloud shred document in my adobe XD. this issues has been around last year. It says that im disconnected but i have no problem regarding my internet.

I have tried for so long now to find out if there's a name for this sort of presentation and equally whether there's a plugin that can automate this by identifying text fields and the colour of the text. It would be helpful when we are taking an XD prototype to market and being able to showcase products without using data populators. Slack uses this presentation technique often but wondering how cumbersome it would be to try and replicate this ourselves.

Hi, Since I get 44:76 errors so often, I decided to reduce my assets (Mark for Export Assets). However even though I tried to reduce them, it's not getting updated on my xd link and even on my link settings bar on the right. Is there a way to fix this problem? I tried restarting my computer/making a copy of the file/reinstalling XD but the downloadable assets are not updating at all.  

Hello,  i have a design on desktop and mobile with hover effects which i want to show to my customer. The share link function doesn't work. Nobody can open the link even after checking browser settings. Is there a plugin or something so that I can export my design with the hover effects.  

I'm stuck on 77% on creating a public link https://prnt.sc/xy2iy8I waited almost 2 hours and still no progress. What seems to be the problem.
