Adobe XD

Hey! So I've been asking support about this but alas, no clear answer- hopefully someone can help me out here. Is it possible to creat a prototype that has a drop-down menu whos listed select items act as an achor link? Meaning ( in case my question doesn't make sense),when a user selects a subject/title in a drop-down menu, the user is scrolled down to that subject/title's area, and the menu closes. Can I do that on XD? How?

While publishing my content in XD I accidentally closed that window. Tried opening and publishing the file again, but I am getting this error. I will lose old link of that published file if I create new link.  

Texts designed with Adobe Source Code Pro font look always black in design/proto/share modes. Only underline, if there is, appears in chosen color. On published prototype on the web it is OK. The bag appearing on v 35.0.12.14 of XD and the previous one on macOS Big Sur.

Whenever I create my file and post it as a link for a design review by my clients. I am always faced with this problem where objects just look blurry or missing in the XD link and this caused me so many problems for me because the clients think that the design is bad when it's actually working just fine.using the latest Adobe XD version with the latest windows 10.

Hi, I can't publish my prototype. Error 40;47.  At 50% of transfer, it stops. Even a old prototype which worked before doesn't work. Hox can I test my prototype if I'm not be able to publish it ?   😕😕

when sharing the prototype link and clicking the icons to move with the flow, the icon jumps each time we move to a new screen.how can it be fixed?thanks 

Hi, I recently tried to update my link in my XD-file and got an error message (Error 44:63). Anyone who knows or have the same issue? Best,Mattias

Yesterday my Mac began crashing during video calls. Usually it takes out the app itself first. Then if I try again it takes out the whole OS. I realised today that it is happening exactly as I open any XD doc that has co-editing enabled. Tested this morning by opening XD and Photoshop. Viewing local files and Cloud files fine. As soon as I opened a co-edit enabled XD file Slack started throwing network errors and it crashed. Then my whole OS crashed. 

I'm using Adobe XD latest version on a Windows 10 PC.I recently installed iOS UI Kits from the official Apple Designer resources.When I open the .xd files from the package in Adobe Xd, the icons for Back, Information, Tab etc. are not visible and simple rectangles are displayed in their place. Please see attached images. I tried going into object properties, but could not find much help there.This happens on iOS 13 & iOS 14 Beta both versions, and on two different computers.I'm very new to Adobe Xd, so I might be missing something here.Is there a procedure to load the actual icons here?

I have a navigation bar which has a fixed position when scrolling. However, buttons that falls behind the navigation bar when a user scrolls can still be clicked eventhough they are behind the navigation bar. Just wondering if this is normal?

(this is cross-posted from the Uservoice forum, but if this form has a 'feature request' category then...) Pasting anything into an XD file automatically places that object at the top of the hierarchy. For files that have "always on top" elements (such as pinned menu bars), this has you constantly having to move things up/down to correct the stacking order. What I'm suggesting is a line/bar that you could pull down in the Layers pane that would serve as the "paste below" threshold - all pasted objects would appear just below that line until moved elsewhere. A different way of helping deal with the problem would be to always paste *just* above the selection (if nothing is selected, it goes at the top). All I know for sure is that the current "always paste on the very top" behavior is a time suck and a nuisance.

I was trying to create a micro interaction in adobe xd with frame size 1080x1080 using time trigger and auto animate. but whenever i am trying to play this it is broking somewhere and i don't know the issue what is going on.

Hi, guys XD is getting slow and getting closed by itself in the middle of the work and data also getting lost. what might be the reason for this?Most of the time its asking for re-login also.

After trying to open Adobe XD, I was asked to log in again and once I did, I was able to see all my projects except for my most recent one, I can see it when I right click (its the one named food web) but nothing happens when I try to open it. I didn't find anything on https://assets.adobe.com/cloud-documents , It's a local file, I have tried going to ~/Library/Application Support/Adobe/Adobe XD CC but I didn't find any file named "food web" there. What can I do? How do I retreive back my file?

I am new to Adobe XD so maybe I'm just doing something wrong. But when I drag in assets from my CC library, they come in super small and blurry if I expand them. These are vector graphics created in Illustrator so theoretically there should be no issue here. I'm also using some graphics from Photoshop and I am not even able to drag these into my layouts as they are grayed out completely. When I try to drag them in, I get an error message. Please help! I know I can workaround by simply importing, but I really want to make use of linked files in XD. Thanks in advance for the help. I've attached some screenshots so you can see my screen.

I've been trying to PM moderators regarding several open issues I have here, but when I click "Send message," the message does not send. If I try clicking again, I get an error message saying I am trying to send too many PMs and have to wait. I have tried this on Chrome and Safari and have gotten errors on both.

Hi,1. Create a shaoe2. Save a color to the document assets panel/colors3. Apply the color to the object you crearted.RESULT:The FILL color of the object from the properties panel does not update unless deselecting the object and selecting it again.

Hello to everybody. I am currently working on a project for a client and the job was basically done. Now some last changes came in and I added them to the document, but the link I sent to the client is no longer available in the list where I organize my Links. My question now: can I somehow save over existing links even if they don't show up in the list (share developer data)? Thanks in advance for the answers. Kind regards, Maya

I'm wanting to create a design library that contains components, screens, etc..., in XD that I can put up and share for things like rebranding future projects. I'd just associate the library with a new XD file, spin-off a copy, and rebrand, (change colors, fonts, etc...).I also want to share this library between not only XD but also InDesign, so I can automate the updating of collateral documentation, and I'm not clear on how to accomplish this. Any ideas?

I sent out a private link to the stakeholders in my company for review. It is requiring them to create an Adobe account to access the link. How can they get around this? Kind regards - Judith
