Adobe XD

Since Adobe Xd only allows for 20 imported videos per document I’m trying to remove the ones I’m not using but no matter what I do, they can’t be deleted even when the video isn’t used in the canvas. There is no delete option when I right click the asset (even though this article mentions that it should be possible).I’ve also tried putting the videos in a new group and then deleting the group but the videos would then still reappear.

If I cancel my plan what happens to my existing files and links to designs. Also will I be able to access my .xd files at all? Will the links remain accessible? Will I completely lose access to Adobe XD? Will the links to my designs remain accessible?If I do lose access to Adobe XD, is there anyway that I can view the content in the .xd files?

Hello everyone, Last year I pursued a minor in design and received an Adobe license through the school.Now I my own Adobe account again, but unfortunately, I lost all the files associated with the school account. Despite attempting to sign in, it seems I no longer have a valid license. Does anyone know a way on how I might get access and transfer the license to my current account? Thank you in advance for your assistance!

Dear Adobe, I don't know if you actually read this, or if this message will be seen by anyone who has a stake in the decision making process around what software you actively develop. Your decision to discontinue Adobe XD is leaving your customers who work in web design without a tool that we've come to depend upon. While I do appreciate you keeping it around in "Maintenance Mode", you are forcing us (yet again) to look for another tool to use in our workflows. Another tool that we'll need to pay for separately from the CC subscriptions we're already using. Another tool that we'll need to spend time learning and which may not integrate into our existing workflows as well as XD has. Another tool which may or may not be around in another few years. Yes, change is inevitable and I've faced similar situations many times in the 28 years I've been working in web design and development. Since yesterday, the XD program hasn't been syncing to the cloud and isn't saving my last work. I uninstalled the program, but when I tried to reinstall it, it said it was unavailable.How do I download the XD again?

Hi I started a new XD project and stupidly continued working in the file without first saving it so it's still in its untitled state. I also stupidly shutdown my computer. When looking on cloud I can see the untitled file but it appears to be empty. I have followed some ChatGPT advice for checking my local cache after I restarted my Mac but I couldn't see anything cached on my local machine. Is there a way I can recover my work? 

I’ve been using creative cloud libraries & XD for about a year now. Today I tried to add an asset to one of my workspaces today & received this error message. I’ve tried deleting & reinstalling XD, unsyncing & syncing libraries, starting fresh on a new workspace, restarting my computer & nothing seems to work. Hoping someone can help me get up and running again!

I get these errors when I try to update a link or create a new one in Adobe XD.I have no issues with my internet connection. I thought about finding a workaround and created a new empty project. I managed to create a shared link in it. However, when I pasted a mockup from another file into it, the error about no internet connection popped up again.

Hi.I am using Adobe XD for my Pitch Decks and Treatments. I think its the easierst of all the Adobe products for that use case. However, there are some limitations to XD as far as formatting goes. I wish XD had the capabilities like InDesign in the UI of XD. Also, what's a huge issue is that when saving to PDF there is no compression feature. It saved the PDF as a massive file. It would be so amazing to get options for pdf compression build in.

Hi,I have some broken links to the libraries, even though they come from the same library. The library is up to date, but unfortunately some components are linked while others are not. They have not been removed from the library. The library still belongs to the same user account. Could you please help me resolve this?

After updating to the latest build last week (1/5/26), I am no longer able to publish updates to my libraries. From the Import button, the screen stays stuck in the "Loading" state. I basically cannot add or update my Design System file or create new ones. I've already restarted my computer, logged in/out of CC, and tried installing the previous build. Since I've already opened my library in the new build, it's no longer compatibile with the previous build. Running:- Mac OS 15.6 - Adobe XD 60.0.12.4 x64 Creative Cloud sync 7.8.10.1

Hi everyone,I am currently working on improving the frontend UI UX of a client’s website and would appreciate some feedback from the community. The site is on the topic of FAB Bank balance guide. The website works fine from a functional point of view, but I feel the overall user experience and visual clarity can be improved. I am redesigning parts of it in Adobe XD and want to make better decisions around layout structure, spacing, typography, color usage, and mobile usability. The site is fairly simple and focused on a balance checking flow, so my goal is to keep it clean, clear, and easy to use without overcomplicating the design. I would love to hear suggestions on what could be improved from a UI UX perspective and how you would approach refining this design in Adobe XD.Thanks in advance for any insights or feedback.

I'm currently trying to learn about the XD plugin, and I'm wondering if it's eventually possible to put interaction into an object or create an object with interaction using plugin. if it can't, I don't want to waste my time for that.If anyone knows, please reply my question. Thank you.

I read the official XD manual and it says, "If you set time triggers with the same time delay on an artboard, video, and Lotty, the priority is: artboard > video > lotty." I understand that, but then what are the criteria for which objects work first when it comes to end-of-play triggers for a Lotty animation that can play multiple times at a time? From what I experimented with, it seems that a particular object has priority when it comes to triggering, even though it's the same animation file. What is the criterion for this order? Layer order? Created order? I was also wondering if I could set these two end-play triggers to overlap and activate them so that either of them is a single tree or randomly one works with a different probability for each run.(Because of I use a translator, Sorry if it sounded weird.)
