Adobe XD

This is the second time it's happening, and it' driving me INSANE. I open a file I worked on just the other day, and ALL THE FONTS ARE MISSING. But I never disabled the font that I used from Adobe Fonts. AAAARGHH   {Renamed By MOD}

I am in a panic right now. It was two weeks work and all it took was a click - "yes accept the changes from another" (I don't remember exact wording).   It was only a cloud document, I never had a local copy (because that is default behaviour of adobe xd). I shared with file with that designer some time ago. I also have only a free plan, because I never needed anything else. Only place this work is currently saved is within a shared prototype link (which is not even linked to file anymore).   Can this be undone? (Please say yes 😞 )   Edit: probably how this happened is that other designer two weeks ago created a diverging history branch and today his history got caught in cloud. Simply I've lost one client, time, money and health with the suming amounts of bugs and insane unusability of XD user interface. Realy... I'm tired, very tired.Just built an "atomic" approach of buttons, dropdowns, etc... invested weeks learning the anti-intuitive way to make states work, with hours and hours googling for hacks to overcome XD bad design and bugs... yes, even the "group" a component in itself to be accessed from a sibling component's state.All that, with promises to my client to deliver a "near" reality experience, ended just moments before the live presentation,  when made my final testings: broken structures, random resizing, text changes, movements in position of internal components...etc, etc.For short, the so hyped and over promoted "States" don's stand a simple linkage from an external assets/component/whatever library. Even worst... breaks when we try to overide any of their components (something basic that works like a clock in other design apps out there)A

Is there a way to repeat an artboard inside an artboard OR at least place child components inside different arboards and maintain the verticle scrolling cut off?  I would like to add a scrolling menu to several pages, but if I just copy the components in, the scrolling can't take effect.    

開発チームでXDの共同編集機能を使っています。XDのアップデートが来た時に、チームメンバーの一人がファイルを開いたまま古いバージョンを利用していると、最新バージョンにアップデートをしたメンバーが、ファイルを開けなくなる現象（添付画像のエラーが出る）がよく起きてます。「更新してください」という内容のエラーですが、最新バージョンの状態です。今は、他の（アップデートをしてないであろう）メンバーに連絡して、一度ファイルを閉じ、最新バージョンにしてもらってから開いてもらってます。（ファイルを閉じた時点で最新バージョンのメンバーはファイルが開けます。）こちら何度も起きているので、何か解決方法がありましたら教えてください。

Hello, I am in so much critical condition when I write any text it just hangs like a statue I want to submit my project tomorrow and xd will not run while am write any text please help me while updated version which I installed tomorrow after that I give so much problem while writing anything in the text box. Please help me otherwise my project will reject am a student mam please help me.

I saved a XD file to the Adobe Creative Cloud. And it's saved under Cloud Documents. When I go to the creative cloud website I do see the file is uploaded. But when I open the Adobe XD app on my Android phone the cloud document does not show up. Please help.   {Renamed By MOD}

I maybe working way later than I should be, but it seems there's no way to close a document in XD withough closing the application instance. If I click Home, it opens a new instance of the application.

When attempting to update XD on said computer, the update fails and I get an error 301. I've noticed that the latest updates of Photoshop 2020 do not fully support the GPU on my Mac. Is this the case for XD as well?

Hi Guys, I have fresh iPhone SE 2020 iOS 13, I wanted to try out the real-time live preview on my device in Adobe XD, I have installed the newest version of iTunes, but it does not work.   Any help appreciated 🙂   Problem solved, needed to reinstall adobe xd   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi! I'm encountering an issue that is unique to XD (does not occur in Figma or other design programs). Here is a portion of my font selection menu and as you can see, it's the same font but they're listed as though they're different and I'm only able to choose "Regular" for font weight even though I could be using bold or book.   Is there something wrong or how can I group these into one?   {Renamed By MOD}

I've downloaded the Adobe creative cloud application, and also installed Adobe XD. I logged in. But when the program window opens, I can’t create anything. No artboard created. Any botton or operation does not work!   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hello.I want to know how to edit the size of the view on a XD link.I noticed that a blue line is the control of this view, but when i drag it outside of the window, i'm not able to bring it back. At least i didn't discover yet how to do it.I hope someone could help me.Thanks.   {Renamed By MOD}

Hi!! I´m using adobe XD and I´m trying to link one object to another, but the problem is that in the interactions menu the only option that appears is the artboard, not the components. How can I make the components appear as destinations? Thanks 🙂    {Renamed By MOD}

Hi there,   I'm hoping you can help?... I'm designing a new website for my company on XD. I'm just designing the mobile screens at the moment, I went with the iPhone X/XS default layout (375 x 812). When I review the design via the published prototype review link it fills the entirety of my iPhone 7 screen, however when my manager previews it on his iPhone 7 plus screen there is a white border on the right and left edges, similarly when the Marketing Director is previewing on his iPhone X, there is the same white borders on either side. Apologies if this is a bit of a "noob" question, but I could really do with some help on this :-s. I've recently started setting the element's responsive resize settings, but this doesn't seem to affect the prototype preview via the review link:   https://xd.adobe.com/view/617709da-0c0f-415a-5864-c0b2e31f715d-1746/   As the layout I went with is the iPhone X/XS one, I'm not sure why it would be shrinking the prototype down.    A

We shared link with client but the prototype just endlesly loads - all we get is a spinning wheel.    {Renamed By MOD}  

Whenever I work in Adobe XD and I close my laptop (I don't shut it down or hit any button, just close the screen to take it with me) it tries to close Adobe XD. When I next open my laptop I get a 'Do you want to save changes?' message. If it wasn't the last program I had open and it was minimised or in the back, it shows the Adobe XD icon in my taskbar as if it is not launched. Then when I click the icon it suddenly appears it is still open with my last docment and shows the save changes message. When I have several documents open, it will keep doing this. If I close one of those documents, it again appears as if I shut down Adobe XD. But if I click the icon again, it shows another document I was working in and displays that same message. Thankfully it is not a huge issue as it hasn't happened to me yet that it completely shut down without requesting to save changes making me lose work, but it is still strange and can lead to some moments where I'm worried I lost work. &

Hi there,i have a question.We are a team of 2 designers. We have 2 seperate Adobe CC Accounts and created a lot of prototypes with XD over the last year. The XD files are mainly saved in the cloud. Several links were created from a single document. The links are the documentation to our work and are shared within our project management tools. Now one Member is leaving the company and the account will be deleted. Is there any chance to keep the rights to the many links that are owned from the leaving member? Thanks for helping
