Adobe XD

Hi, I have a local XD file which can't be opened with error code: 47. Infomation: - I don't have any cloud saved XD file, and other XD files are fine. - The local file is 213MB with lots of design work, so it is very important. - I have used the file last Tuesday 2nd December. It worked fine. - I use PC to design, not Mac. and I'm the only UI designer in my company. What have done: - restart XD, restart PC(win 11), reinstall XD(59.0.12.2). - uninstall Adobe XD(59.0.12.2) and install Adobe XD (58.0.12). - open the file in Mac(Sequoia15.5), and open the file in MAC with another Creative cloud account. - use Creative Cloud Cleaner to uninstall XD and reinstall. - seems no local copy in Local state?

Hi Adobe Team,I need help recovering my Adobe XD cloud files. I had two folders saved in Adobe Cloud Storage named “namrata” and “nikhil”. These folders contained my XD project files, related my office work.I last accessed them around 3–4 months ago, and now both folders are completely missing from:Creative Cloud web (assets.adobe.com/files)Creative Cloud Desktop appDeleted folder (assets.adobe.com/deleted)My cloud storage shows 724 MB used, so some data seems to still exist, but the folders do not appear anywhere. I did not delete them manually.Could you please check:If these folders were archived or auto-deleted from Creative CloudIf there are any recoverable versions from the server logsIf my Adobe Cloud sync may have been interrupted when Adobe XD was discontinuedThese files are important, and I would appreciate any help in recovering them.Thank you.

Hello,I have a paid, active subscription for Adobe XD. I am using a Mac running macOS 12.7.6 Monterey.My issue is that the Adobe XD application is not appearing in my Creative Cloud desktop application's app list under the "Apps" tab.I understand that XD requires macOS 13 or later for the latest version, but I need an older, compatible version that runs on macOS 12 Monterey.I attempted to use a direct download link provided in forums (creativecloud.adobe.com), but this resulted in a "Page Not Found" error.Could you please assist me in one of two ways:Manually force the correct, compatible version of Adobe XD to appear in my Creative Cloud desktop app list.Provide me with a direct download link (a DMG installer file) for the last version of Adobe XD that was compatible with macOS 12 Monterey.Thank you for your assistance.

Hi! I'm in an online course to learn to use Adobe XD, but I haven't been able to find where to download it... It doesn't seem to be in any adobe link nor listed in the creative cloud apps. Can someone help me please? (I'm in Canada)

Why is it difficult or almost impossible to acess Adobe XD ?? all other Apps are easly accessable, but why XD

Hello everyone, I got a new laptop a few months back and haven't been able to download Adobe XD ever since. I understand XD is in maintenance mode but would've expected it to at least be downloadable. We have heaps of XD files that I now can't open. XD is include in our plan, so frankly I'm baffled.

Hey everyone, I’m working on a quick project in Adobe XD to create a mockup of a simple calorie calculator. The idea is to allow users to input their food items or drinks, and the design would show the total calories – similar to what you see on the starbuckcaloriecalculator.com .I’m wondering if Adobe XD can handle basic functions like input fields and calculations, or do I need to switch to something like Adobe Animate to add more interactivity?Also, I’m adding a screenshot to give a better idea of what I’m working on. Please share your thoughts or suggestions on how to improve this.Has anyone tried building something like this? I’d love to hear your tips or experiences!

I'm using XD for mac. I have to deal with this headache multiple times a week where I get "Error 2081:5" when trying to create a new link or update an existing one. I always have to close out of my file and reopen it, and that tends to fix it temporarily until maybe a day or two later.    But like I mentioned, the fact that I have to do this so frequently is getting really annoying. Why does this keep happening? I saw another thread about Antivirus causing this. I'm on Mac, there is no antivirus software so that's not going to be the culprity.  

I’m currently facing an issue while trying to create a link in Adobe XD for my application. Every time I attempt to generate the link, I receive the following error:“Something went wrong. Error 44:23”I’m working on an office-provided laptop with Adobe Creative Cloud installed through our enterprise license. Is there no way to download xd anymore? I know XD is maintance mode, but there are probably hundreds if not thousands of designers that still use that program. I just started at a new company with a new adobe ID and XD is not even shown anywhere to download. My new team still uses XD for some projects and I am unable to even download the app. Adobe way to go!!!! Thanks for thinking of your customers.

I'm having trouble creating or updating links. The load stops for a few minutes at 50% and then the following legend says "An error 'More information' has occurred (Error 44:124). Entering the information it offers me in the link does not solve the problem. I tried it from different networks and it doesn't work.   <Title renamed by moderator>

In the stock images, there are files that are billed as EDITABLE TEXT. As advertised, you can edit the text with your own wording/font. But is there a way to change the COLOR of the text?

Hi there,   Adobe Creative Cloud is not showing any plugins installed not its allowing to install any plugin. It is keep throwing the error like in the attachement.   I was trying to install "Lottie files for Adobe XD" and realised that its not allowing me to do so. I own and run a Dell Inspiron 15 3510 that incorporates an Intel ® UHD Graphics 605 card. I even upgraded the RAM in the system from 16GB to 32GB. Ever since I began to use Adobe XD it always took me more than one attempt to start it up, usually several times. Now, it just shows the logo then doesn’t start up at all. I already attempted to uninstall then re-install, but to no avail. How do I rectify this problem?

Hello Adobe Community, I recently launched my website flip a coin online, where users can flip a virtual coin for fun or decision-making. I designed most of the graphics and animations using Adobe Illustrator and Adobe XD, but I’m facing an issue with the coin animation performance on certain browsers and devices. The SVG assets I created look fine in previews, but when I implement them on the site, the animation feels laggy, and the quality drops, especially on mobile devices. I wanted to ask if anyone in the Adobe community has faced similar rendering issues when using Adobe-created SVG or animation assets on live websites? Is there an optimization workflow or export setting in Adobe Illustrator, After Effects, or Adobe Animate that can ensure smoother performance and better compatibility? I’d love to get some expert advice on how to improve the user experience on my site using Adobe tools.

When I open the pre formatted Android phone template art board the art board size I get is 360x900px, but in this size device metrix guide from Material that size is not quoted anywhere? Device Metrics - Material DesignWhat is the size criteria in XD for documents like this? I know that XD doesn't offer device specific templates (perhaps a good idea actually) but if 360x900 is not on that list, then what is that dimension based on? I see that the metrics list operates with dp and px but in the dp definition I find 300 widths for Samsung mobiles and the closest I get to what I have in the XD template, but the heights are not in correspondence. I thought dp was more about pixel density and px was the actual physical screen size?

Please Adobe, remove the ability to click on/near the page title and starts a new flow as I am constantly accidentally creating flows all the time when all I wanted to do is pickup the page to move it. Can't you make that ability/function so its only possible to do in prototyping and not in design? Its so annoying that after accidently creating the flow, I have to then rename my original flow as its name has been automatically changed too. Grrr.
