Adobe XD

 When sharing a UI prototype link which is set for development view so the developers can go in and get the CSS styling and source the exact icons used from the Font awesome library, it should tell the name of the icon within the content tab. But Instead it displays a box with a cross ?  ( see below ) the font awesome font is uploaded via the adobe cloud so this should be working. Is this a current bug/issue with XD and font awesome within development links?    The font awesome library Im using is the latest pro 6.2.1 

I have been trying to get this interaction workng and  I cannot get past the active/disabled states to work accross all tabs, I am trying to recreate the trational tab interface in aterial design as shouwn on this page inder "Interactive Demo" the scrollable example: https://material.io/components/tabs Is there a tutorial I can follow that explains it? 

Hello i have this problem. All the pages are conected correct, but when i use the prototype option it doesn actualize, and get stuck. please If someone have the solution for this i will be thankful.  

Seems with the last update, now when I click on a text box to edit the text, on random occasions the text will disappear.  I work in almost exclusively Helvetica Neue and Open Sans fonts that have not changed in years of working with XD and I have never noticed this issue before the last update.  It does not happen all the time just randomly when I click on a text box to edit the type and my cursor will disappear.   System notes: Mac Miini 2.8Ghz Intel Core i5 OSX 12.3.1 Monterey XD 50.0.12.14 x64 , Creative Cloud Sync 5.8.0.19 Helvetica Neue - True Type Open Sans - True Type   <Title renamed by moderator>

When I open Creative cloud Adobe XD is not in the list. I do have a valid license for it. I have reinstalled Creative Cloud, restarted my pc, tried everything under the sun. To no avail. I have previously contacted support who gave me a direct download link for Adobe XD. However; this is not the most recent version, therefore I cannot open my projects. And; having Adobe XD installed this way doesn't fix the issue. Meaning I cannot update the app either...  

Adobe XD is very slow and laggy in Desktop Preview (MacOS 14.0)It is unusable

Well... think I wrote about it some time ago, but haven't found it. So here goes again... its a time wasting and annoying issue, that prevents to update libraries between XD files, becoming tedious and frustrating to work and keepping updated any design system.As you can see in the picture, it is what I see regularly after constantly jumping from original component libraries back and forth. Usualy, I've to wait for a while or repeat adjustments to update it into the linked files.Now this looping prcess is getting more and more often. I log in-log out almost each day fro Adobe CC to avoid the daily issues... but it should to be solved. It's another wasting of time. <Title renamed by moderator>

When I view my prototype via the XD mobile app I get fonts missing. I'm using Roboto, something my Android device should find attractive and my prototype is generated from an updated XD on W10 OS. When I preview the same mobile layout on desktop the font is not missing, however I get another font missing message that regards a totally different font that I'm not using in that prototype at all, as I'm only using Roboto for this project.What's up with that?

I had an issue yesterday which I was able to solve but, at the time, couldn't see any help articles with this answer (Mac & iPhone). The problem was I hadn't used XD for a while and when I went to device preview my recent design I was only able to see a really old design that wasn't even on my computer anymore.  It was loaded fully but wasn't the file I had open on my desktop. I read about deleting offline docs, I also tried an original apple cable but then I was just getting "open XD document" screen.So I deleted and reinstalled the XD app and then it worked.So I would make sure:- you're using an original mac cable- go to XD app > Settings > Preferences > Remove Offline Docs- delete and redownload the XD app- quit desktop app (and maybe even restart comp if convenient) Hopefull that list works for someone if they have the same issue.

Everytime I try to view my xd prototype in google chrome, some of the screens break and the elements within get distorted. The same wireframe works fine within the XD app but fails to work on google chrome.  This is the only message that I see in the console ----> container.buildInfo.environment is deprecated.Please use `container.environment.stage` instead Please can someone help me out. 

I have been working on an application for a month and suddenly the file does not want to open. What do I do now? The error code is 86

Recently, XD can no longer be opened. It doesn't crash properly, which is why I don't get a crash report, but it simply doesn't start and doesn't react. The icon bounces for a while during the start-up process, then nothing happens. I have now uninstalled and reinstalled it at least 10 times. I have also logged out of CC beforehand, terminated all CC processes and used the Cleaner tool. All without any change in the situation. I am a bit desperate as I am in the middle of a project and need the tool.

Dear all,I'm trying to open an XD file that was locally saved after emptying the adobe cache with a mac cleaner program. I had to clean the cache, it was taking up 430GB, but now the message that I get when I want to open that 60 MB file is: "the document xxx cannot be opened — please try again, if failing please quit the program and restart".Any help is highly appreciated. I like the Auto-Animate feature, but I'm having a small problem that I can't solve.In my prototype for an iPhone Xs app, I have a few cards for blog posts on my home screen. I created separate artboards for every post which contain the same elements as the cards. The elements have different styles and positions on the single-post artboards, which creates an excellent opportunity for Auto-Animate. And in fact, everything works pretty well as long as you don't scroll.And that's the problem. When I scroll down on my home artboard and then click the card to get to the full post, all elements are being animated as expected, but XD doesn't scroll to the top of the artboard – even though my image element from the card is on the top in my single-post artboard. Hi there, Hope you all doing well. I have a question about the color consistency. I have seen some e-commerce platform using for different categories different interface and CTA color. So the thing is I have a UI design project for same e-commerce application and diveded to 4 categories ( market,food, grocery, lifestyle) so what's your opinion about choose different design interface and CTA color.  For example for food orange themeGrocery green themeMarket black theme  Is it good decision? Please share your thoughts Many thanks 🙏

Dear Adobe Support, for 3 years now I get the error 47 out of completely unfathomable things. All the solutions proposed in the forum are absolute crap. They are all according to the pattern you already tried to turn it on and off. I just don't understand how you can open a file in one moment and not in the next. So downloading the file and working locally is not a solution for me. Then it can't be shared and colleagues can't see my changes. Also, as a developer, I don't understand why XD can't just retrigger this download itself.Since we all pay money for XD and the cloud I would like to urge Adobe to solve this problem. I have a macbook on m1 and a starter plan. The info says adobe xd is included in the plan, but it's not in cc

Since I started using XD instead of sketch I have had issues with file sizes when prototyping web designs. To deal with this I wanted to install a plugin called "Image Optimizer". When attempting to install this plugin I just get a loading wheel with no type of progress it just keeps running. I attempted to install other plugins and get the same issue. No errors it just keeps spinning. Full Adobe Create Suite 2020Windows 10 

I've created a component that has multiple states. When I went to edit one of these states, as I moved the element shown in the gif, odd things happened to the other elements within the component. Any ideas?  

As written above. I got stuck in different kind of (really annoying and time consuming) trouble with multiple embedded components (that derive from a master document).#1 When resetting components in the client document, XD duplicates layers although the master component did only contain the layers once. #2 When adding *just a component state* in the client document to a component that contains a couple of instances from components of the master file (which I expected to be a copy of the default state) XD resizes components in an absolute weird way. Things are minimized in width and also duplicated (as written in #1)   #3 Having defined a component in the master document and trying to copy it into a layout document moves elements within the component when it is pasted. As I have to do some real complex forms it is absolutely painful to rearrange dozens and dozens of things just to realize that XD crumbles them from time to time without any warning. We've got a policy to only share links to invited people only, but since a couple of days ago, those newly invited people cant open the links shared with them. They see a message as follows:  What's wrong here and what can I do about it? It prevent's my colleagues to accurately do their jobs.

Is there any idea to remove padding inside the text box?In particular, Is has been so difficult to arrange top and bottom space in text.If it is possible to remove that space in Adobe XD or with any plug-in!!Please help, If there is any solution for the same.Thank You.
