Adobe XD

I have Creative Cloud Abo. Adobe XD was included. Today Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop says that I need test the Adobe XD or buy abo for that product. [cursing removed]

Hello there, I'd like my students to purchase a monthly plan of Adobe Xd, but I cannot find the option anywhere. It's just available as a 'starter plan', which doensn't include all of the options available. Am I missing something here? It used to be available a while ago, students have had no problem finding the monthly plan before.  Thanks Jaleesa

Hey guys, I want to link Modals with semi transparent background as type=overlay.When doing that, the background will be set as invisible. That's really annoying, since in most use cases I really want an overlay...  Seems like a bug on xd side

Hi Everyone,   I'm sharing XD flows with my developer, and see there is an option on the bottom to "hide annotations"...   But how do I actually add annotations?  It seems like a feature built into XD but I cannot find any info on how to add...    I've attached a screnshot of the icon at the bottom of my Flow Share screen in the browser.      <Title renamed by moderator>      

I've noticed that Adobe XD mouse scroll direction is unchangeable or it doesn't follow the macOS user preferences for mouse scrolling.   At first, it might not seem a big deal but if the macOS System Preferences > Mouse > Point and click is set to "Scroll direction natural" when moving around from other Adobe Apps, e.g. Illustrator, Photoshop, etc., the behavior in XD creates a bit of stress, especially if the Scroll direction natural is checked, meaning that scroll > up zooms in, scroll down > zooms out.   A nice feature to either have it in preferences or assume the user system preferences.   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

I've been using Adobe XD Starter Plan for about one year. Today the app had a glitch, I searched the community looking for information, and the official recommendation from Adobe was to uninstall the app and install it again. So I uninstalled the app. Now, it's impossible to download the app again! All the information that Adobe provides is super confusing (is the Starter Plan available? Where can users download it?)I contacted support and they said that the only version of Adobe XD is paid (which is not true, I've been using the Starter Plan for free for a long time)Even when I log into my Adobe account, it says that Adobe XD Starter Plan IS INCLUDED in my current account. However, there's no information about HOW to download it. When I open my Creative Plan app, > Apps > Adobe XD > the only 2 options I see are TRY or BUY (btw both buttons give me an ERROR message when I click on them)

Hi, The Share link of my prototype works well on MacOs, but when I open it on Mobile iOS, the buttons hover, nore the tap/click interactions work, so I can't move to the next screens. When I test in my desktop opening the link in the browser and by clicking the Plahy button in the XD desktop app, everything works fine. I also shared the link to 2 different iphones, and the issue remains, so it's not just on my iphone. Please help!

The recent "Sharing restrictions for asset protection" update has caused all my previously generated Adobe XD links to be restricted.Our IT support have changed the settings to "no restrictions", and this works for my newly generated links.However all previously generated adobe xd links, which had no restrictions to begin with, cannot be accessed without an account! These links have been disseminated to stakeholders and developers and they are not able to open the links now. Which means we need to manually generate new links for all our work! This is a really really badly thought out feature for users paying for your product.Is there anyway to reinstate the same sharing restrictions of our previous adobe xd links?? PLEASE

I have a style guide that is linked to my prototype with all the assets and styles. I made an update to change the line spacing for a specific link style. Once I published that update, it changed all the links in my entire prototype to say exactly what the link text is in my styleguide! Why is this happening? How can I fix it so it doesn't happen again? This is so frustarting takes so much time to go back and change the text on all the links!

I am designing with multiple breakpoints and devices, and need to have separate character styles for desktop, tablet, and mobile. With the current system I can't create a separate type set for each device type because we can't duplicate font styles.eg: An H4 on desktop may be the same as an H3 on tablet, but I can't duplicate the same font+size and rename it as something else for my tablet type set.

Hi, I'm trying to create a numeric counter in a page with different sections. But I'm having some problems because the counter is functioning when in the board there is only itself, instead if there are other sections in the page what can I do?

Hi for all.I have a plan wich includes Adobe XD desktop app to install and use. But when I open my CC in web or desktop I can't see Adobe XD in all apps list. So I can't install and use it any way. Search says that's no results.I have different tries to solve this issue, also log in to personal use account and result is the same. I can't see it. Also tried to open special link for Adobe XD, as reccomendation for previous posts on this topic, but this didn't help too. 

Clicking on blend mode freezes the application.

I cannot share any files. I deleted 3/4 of my shared links and still wont allow me too saying I have no memory but when i look im at 200gb out of 1 TB so tons of room.  Any suggestions

I am having issues accesing my Xd libraries. When I open CC in the browser I can view them but when I try to open them in the desktop app or a Xd file, the following error populates: We have detected a problem with your network settings  has anyone had any luck with resolving this issue?

Hi, I have 2 questions about that:1. Should I ungroup all components? if I don't, the developer can't inspect each item seperatly.2. Even if I mark all the artboards for export - some of the items can't be downloaded as assets - why is that happening? Thanks,Rachel

Hi, i am working on a Website and now im using the new Hover State functions.I just got 2 rectangles wich are using the Hover state. They are positioned next to each other in the center of the Screen.I wnat them to both get bigger and extend on size if you hover over each of them seperately. I got the right one to get bigger with the reference point on the upper left corner. The problem is that i want the left one to do the Same but extending to the left side.So i just want to move the hover state reference point to the upper right corner. If my bad explanation didnt get th right Image im hope the Screenshots will help.I tried so look for the anchor points or just mirroring the object but i didnt found anything.I hope there is a simple solution. Thanks!!

 Hello, Woundering if someone can assist. Our team has an issue we've encountered regarding text boxes used as components in our design files. When we make changes to the text on the main component, we've noticed that the positioning of the text boxes on multiple art boards shifts or moves slightly, resulting in slight variations among them. While these differences might not seem significant at first, they become more pronounced, especially on smaller sizes. As we strive for consistency and precision in our designs, this has become a concern. Has anyone else experienced a similar issue before? We are unsure whether this is a bug in the design tool or a known issue. Any assistance or insights regarding this would be greatly appreciated. 🙂  I've attached a screenshot example, you will notice very so slightly the shifts.                       

Hi to all! I need your lights!! I create the link using the prototype so my clients can tap and browse on the designed website from the menu or by taping on the webpage. When using the arrow of the presentation area  so I can move from flow1 to flow6 ,  but when taping on the arrows, the pages are different. they don't follow the correct flow.
