Adobe XD

Hi team,The file I was working on yesterday, has disappeared from my cloud documents. I've tried to look for it in the deleted folder and on the web creative cloud files as well. I can't seem to find it. Can someone help me with recovering this file. I didn't get an opportunity to save that file in the local.

Hello Adobe Team,           I'm currently using student plan with Adobe Cloud, and I believe I have access to XD publish services. And I'm also sure I'm using a US Adobe account (I know there's an issue with Chinese Adobe accounts accessing to Adobe Cloud).  Now I'm having problem sharing my prototype. At 50% of the link creating progress, it shows share failed everytime. I read through the troubleshooting post, but none of the solutions matched with what I encounted. The message I got in XD says "We are unable to create the link, due to your storage is full. Please check ‘Published’ online, and delete some links to release some storage space."   I found it so confusing because my Cloud storage is at 50MB/100GB, and I don't have any published links. I also belive the current Adobe XD version (45.0.62) that I have installed on my laptop is fine too, because I managed to publish a link with a f

Why new people in creative cloud all apps don't find adobe XD for download?Whe need it for work purpose and we payed for all apps..We are very disapointed.Before you stop/remove specific application that we pay for ( in your website says that XD should be included in the package) at least make it so that files from XD can be opened in Figma.And when Figma going to be in the bundle with all the apps.If Adobe XD does not appear, we will ask to terminate our contract.We are very disapointed.

We have encountered a major problem where XD library has disappeared, and as a result, all files are now plagued with broken links, making it impossible for us to work effectively. the XD library we had been using suddenly vanished from XD. Could you help on this problem. 

I have a master cloud document and 2 other documents (A and B) with linked assets to the master.If I make overrides to a linked component in doc A and then pasted it into doc B, the overrides reset.How do get linked components to maintain their overrides when pasting between documents?

Hi there,   I am interested in creating a fixed position navbar that starts off screen and as you scroll it stickys to the top of the page. Then each item on the navbar scrolls to a different part of an infinite scroll web page. The goal is to have each item on the nav bar start in white, then when you click it or scroll to that section, it changes to a different color (essentially an active state).   Example: see navbar (on desktop) of this page, and how it works   Is this possible with Adobe XD? I have been playing with it all day but haven't figure out how to make that happen yet.   Thank you!

I have noticed this behavior after today's XD update (v20.0.12.10). When on Preview mode (Cmd-Enter), artboard elements that have "Fix position when scrolling" checked on them disappear from preview mode. Unchecking the "Fix position" box shows them back.As I'm working on a set of wires that rely heavily on the fixed position option, let's say I'm not exactly amused and that this is more likely a new bug that should be fixed ASAP.STEPS TO REPRODUCE1. In Prototype mode, select any given element2. Connect selected element to another artboard3. In the new Interaction panel, check the "Fix position when scrolling" option for the linked element.4. Launch Preview Mode (Cmd-Enter)5. Notice that the linked element does not show on screen. Unchecking "Fix position" checkbox, while not ideal, fixes it.

Using Adobe XD, I have created a library containing all the components that I will need in my projects. The only thing that will vary from project to project are the colors of each component.How can I set up a color style in my library so that I can change the color of all my components at once in each project?I know that I can add my components into a new project, create a local color style and start applying that to all the components that I need to, but that means going component by component. If I could assign a color syle to a component in the library, which I could change once in a new project, that would be a huge time saver.

I purchased the Infinite Tool plug-in and I am trying to download the software to my Macbook Pro via my Adobe Creative Cloud. When I attempt the download, I receive an error "Compatible app required. You do not have an app compatible with this plugin installed." can someone assist me?  thanks

I've had this option on XD mobile for years but it's never been working. The first year or so it said it was a Mac only feature on this very screen, but I haven't seen that disclaimer in a long time but still, when I have a Xd document open and connect my Android phone to my W10 PC nothing happens. I suggest Adobe just close the project for Windows and Android instead of having a menu option that doesn't work.

I'm about to go on maternity leave and the CC subscription for my seat/account will likely be cancelled for the duration of my leave. I 'own' several XD links that have been shared with various clients, account managers and team members. What happens to these links? Will they still be accessible by others?

Warum erhalte ich ständig diesen Fehler? Ich habe mein Telefon Android mit meinem Computer verbunden und sehe die App, die ich entwickle, in Echtzeit, aber ich bekomme ständig diesen Fehler und ich habe es satt !! Weiß jemand wie man das macht?

Trying to use XD for the first time.  I can download the app and open it to the 'Welcome to XD' window. I can select all the options (if I select learn it takes me to a webpage etc). But when I open a new file the artboard appears, but then it's like nothing else works. I can't select any tools or menu items (can't import, save, quit etc). I can only close the application by force quitting. It's almost like there is a pop-up window/dialogue box somewhere that I can't see.I'm on a macbook pro m1, running ventura 13.3.1 (I upgraded from 13.0.1 today in the hope it would help). The XD version is 56.1.12.1 arm64, Creative Cloud Sync 6.5.0.24. I've uninstalled & reinstalled a couple of times, both via creative cloud and moving to trash, both before and after updating the OS. Any help apprecaited. 

A bug keeps happening where XD will ignore the hierarchy in layers. See screenshot. no matter how I try to move the text in front of the object it wont move to the top (in view). Moving the objects to a new document doesn't fix it.   <Title renamed by moderator>

Hi there, Would appreciate any help with this.I went back to work on my project on xd having not used  it for a couple of hours..and then i just cannot do, what i had be doing a few hours earlier. I mean im sure its some setting glitch i have to switch back on or off, but i have no clue what..But maybe someone can help...? Thanks a lot Niall

Estou com problema na exportação de ativos.Dentro do software os componentes estão com uma dimensão e ao exportar estão com dimensões maiores.Já testei exportar diretamente pelo Adobe XD e não do protótipo disponibilizado na web e continua exportando com as dimensões erradas. Gostaria de saber o que fazer nesse caso, pois preciso que as imagens sejam exportadas exatamente com as mesmas dimensões que estão no protótipo.

I have a 7th gen i5 with windows 11 on it but adobe XD is not showing in the apps section on creative cloud when i tried to see on browser its also not there. I started searching and got a link which led me to all adobe product I found XD there but when I click install It showed that you are not eligible to download this app or your your device does not meet the minimum requirements. Can I get an help on this please.

Hi!  It's my first time using XD and I have created a prototype for an app. Everything works correctly when I view it and click all the buttons on my computer both on the app and on my browser but when I share it to others and use it on my phone, the back arrows work inconsistently or dissapear. Bonjour,Il m'est impossible d'utiliser ADOBE XD.Je le lance, je créer un nouveau document et la il crash. Ceci à chaque fois c'est très pénible.J'ai désinstallé et réinstallé le logicle 3 fois, avez-vous une solution ?

hola desde hoy en la mañana estamos experimentando problemas en la carga de archivos en desde cretive cloud, no podemos acceder a los link de invitados, desde ayer a las 6 que terminamos de trabajar no guardo en la nube. Desinstalamos intalamos reinicinamos. escribo para que soporte nos pueda asistir con urgencia.

tried logging out and back in, tried to force end all adobe related processes in the windows task manager, tried to end all sessions in my adobe account, tried restarting the PC, nothing works. Very frustrating. Like others, I have only used a very small part of my cloud storage. single digit number of files on the cloud. Surely this is not about storage? Is there anyone from Adobe on this forum who can talk to the engineering team to PR this issue? I have viewed all other posts here about this issue. 

As of this current version I noticed that I cannot change letter spacing to negative values within the text element's properties panel. Could you please fix/implement this, thank you.
