Adobe XD

Hello! first of all i want to say that i'm from Argentina so i don't expect that my english is good, now what i want to ask for is that when i click on "get on adobe xd" it says that my PC don't have the minimal requirements but it's not true, somebody can help me ?My PC:-AMD fx 8330(3.5 ghz)-Ram: 8gb-Graphics: Amd RADEON 550 (2 gb)Thanks a lot !

 

When going through presentation mode, if a user clicks a component that doesn't have an interraction attached to it, it will take the user to the next screen in the flow instead of just doing nothing (like I  want it to do) Is there a way to disable this?

Durante un día entero he buscado la manera de que pueda funcionar el Adobe XD. Lo he desinstalado y reinstalado, he reiniciado la laptop, he desconectado el internet, he cerrado todas las actividades en segundo plano... Nada. Adobe XD permanece en su pantalla en blanco, mostrando el logo, y no avanza a ningún lugar. ¿Qué me recomendarían hacer en esta situación?¡Espero su valiosa ayuda!

I have encountered a problem with png files that contain transparency. The quality of PNG files that the developer downloads significantly differs from the quality of PNG files that are in the XD application. The files exported from the application also look good. The problem arises when sharing the development link. The files when downloaded from such a link seem to have anti-aliasing disabled and have a black border around the objects. It seems to me that the problem lies on the side of the server hosting the assets? Are the files there additionally compressed? This is a brand new problem for a few days, I have not seen such errors before.

Not able to make the ruler plugin work on XD, software constantly crashing.

I am having trouble getting an XD file into Illustrator as a layered file. I know you can export all the individual elements as PNGs and SVGs. What I am looking for is a way to get the entire design into Illustrator with each of the separate elements as layers. Hello, I have a bug in Adobe XD + George font (Envato Elements), fonts weights seem to not apply correctly. Some font weights in this font work fine. But Light, light italic, regular, semi-bold, semi-bold italic are all the same. Normal italic, bold & bold italic works fine.. I've added a video to reproduce this, if someone at Adobe who tries to troubleshoot this needs the font please DM me. I'm on Windows 10 1903 & Adobe XD 26.0.22. I tested this on a friends Windows PC and it is the same, haven't tested on a mac yet (don't have a mac laying around :P). It seems like there are many more bugs on the Windows version, maybe there has to go more budget to bugfixing on Windows? When the file is large for example input fields are getting buggy, the program freezes & since the latest update export doesn't always work... Please go and test your software on Windows because I don't pay so much to have such a bad experience on Windows... Thanks in advance,Rem

안녕하세요 맥과 윈도우환경을 다 고민해야하는 작업환경인데요폰트 사용시 윈도우와 맥간에 1px차이가 동일한 파일인데도 불구하고 다르게 보입니다. 해당현상을 해결하기위해서는 폰트에따른 조치가 필요할꺼같습니다.기존 폰트 사용은 어도비 폰트가 아닌, 설치해서 사용하는 폰트를 사용했습니다. 윈도우와 맥간의 호환성이 높아진다면, 디자이너들이 더 환호하고 열광할꺼같습니다.비슷한 현상을 겪거나 조치하신 분이 있거나 조치가 가능하신 분들 모두모두 답글 기다리겠습니다!

A designer has shared a few files with me in Adobe Cloud. I no longer need to see them. How can I remove these files from the "Shared with you" folder without asking the designer to do this for me?I have a starter plan. While these old files are shared with me I can not open any new files. 

Hi Iam keep on getting Error 55:47 when i try to upload my prototype in Adobe XD kindly help me to fix this issue. 

I am designing a mobile app and I'd like to click a button that takes me to an artboard but as a changed stateexample:artboard 1 is a checklist, and you tick the first three items (interactive). To add a new goal, click the plus arrow in the corner that takes you to another artboard (2) that allows you to type the goal. Once you are finished, click 'add goal', which takes you back to artboard 1 with the added goal. I've tried duplicating the artboard and linking the 'add goal' button to the duplicated artboard however the new artboard won't include the items you clicked. Is it possible to have a toggle state of the artboard to allow the new goal to be added while still have the previous items clicked? 

When opening the Addobe Xd app a lot of my recent work was gone in the app. I can see the work on my account but when i try to open it I get this message: Creative Cloud services aren't activated, or they aren't offered in your location.I am not in a different location as I was working on these projects the last few weeks. What can I do to fix this?

Hello, Every time I try to install any plugin it gives error. Already tried to reinstall XD, create plugins folder in xd folder, already tried everything ... The error always persists. Any suggestion?   

 I'm new to Adobe XD. I tried to create a page myself, but when I add text to the page, I can't change its font. There is a yellow exclamation mark next to the text, what does this mean?

My icons (or thumbnails) for EPS images no longer show in my Finder. They are listed and can be opened but I don't see what I'm opening. Don't know if it coincides to when I updated to Ventura or not.Here's what I see in Finder.And, by the way, I've been looking through community support and saw suggestions to dump and repair Adobe XD. I don't have such a file. I don't want to rock the boat since my programs are working but, this is an inconvenience. THANKS. 

A few updates back, the Keyboard shortcut to distribute items horizontally stopped working. The shortcut should be Control Command H (^⌘H) (Ctrl + Cmd + H). Mac OS Monteray 12.6.3 The shortcut is still shown as a tooltip for the distribute icon, and listed under the XD documentation (https://helpx.adobe.com/uk/xd/help/keyboard-shortcuts.html) but no longer works.

I have a very simple interaction where one artboard auto animates to another with a time delay of .6s. The issue I'm having is the trigger only works 50% of the time. The other 50% it just remains on the previous artboard and won't auto-animate to the next. Any ideas how to fix this so that it works 100% of the time? I'm using this for a paid user test so it is not usable if it work work 100% of the time.

I have these switches on the bottom of an app that needs to be the same across all artboards. Let's say I set the Left Axle to be 1 & Right Rollers to be 3 on the Home artboard, when I go to the Faults screen, those interactivities should be the same on the Faults screen as well.

I think Behance accepts iframe code and XD is not producing that it's difficult to share prototypes on Behance now. I tried converting it but it doesn't seem to work. Is there a fix for this?Would really appreciate your reply asap.
