Adobe XD

I've been using Fireworks since the Macromedia Studio 8 days - mostly for simple button type sidebars. Fireworks CS6 finally quit letting me use it, saying I now need a serial pass code, which I don't have and understand that even those that do are on borrowed time. So, it's time to move away from my old favorite. Snif, snif ... So, researching a best replacement candidate pushes me towards Adobe XD - never used it - and I understand its on the chopping block !. Having the press, hover, and unpressed state GIF's for my present sidebar, is there a way to simply use them in this or another program and make things work ? It's been 20+ years since I've done any of this ! Jamie

Hello,   I noticed the issue on transitions, my background item (map) was jumping : - first artboard : a video playing (zoom in on a map) - second artboard : screenshot of the viewmap (exact same place / size) where I want to add some interactions and components (roads, data, etc)   So to simplify the problem, and check if I can or cannot do or repair something in my projects, I activated "Press to Play" on the first artboard. It's not the expected behaviour for the final product, but it will be useful to explain the bug.   The initial context (context.jpg) : video is perfectly aligned on the left side and fits the entire artboard In preview mode (offset_1.mp4) : when I click to play, video shrinks about 7~8%   Please, help !   Regards   <Title renamed by moderator>

I am stuck in a problemEarlier when I use to export any artboard in Adobe XD as PDF file. Hyperlinks in that artboard works perfectly fine. But now when I am trying to export any artboard as a PDF file the hyperlinks are not working. although they are working protoype window only.Any solution for this?My Current Adobe XD version -: 57.1.12

I have a single line text, as the picture you can see,font-family: Segoe UI;font-size:42px;default line-spacing:56px;default height:56px;default type: point text;Now, I want this text become 42px height, so I set the line-spacing to 42, nothing happened.Then, I changed the text from point text to area text, and changed the height to 42pxAs you can see, can't make it vertical center.How can I get a single line text with 42px height and vertical center?

Hi all,I purchased the plugin in June last year. It was working with XD but only for some mock ups.As i tried to use the plugin this year again, it ceased to work. It caused XD even to crash.I'ved tried to contact support, till date there was no answer.I've sent a separate email which is given on the invoice - Gmail was unable to deliver the email.Did anyone else encouter the same problems with Angle SH?Are there alternative? Hi !I just got my Creative cloud subscription, and I have all the apps in the cloud appearing and ready to be installed, except for Adobe XD, I can't find it even if I search for it in the search bar..What should I do I really need it it was the reason why I subscribe in the first place.Please help.Thanks.

Hey guys . so I am struggling with this problem for a week and I cannot find any solution for that . so fonts that I installed on my computer are not showing up in XD . I checked and they show up in photoshop , illustrator and MS Office but I only have this problem in xd . My fonts are in C:/Windows/Fontsand my MS Font cache service is active as well .Its really botherig me cause when I  want to use that font , I must install that font again and restart adobe and use that font and whenever I shut down my LapTop that font is not showing up in xd again ...I really need a quick help and solution about this plssss . thanks

I am trying to share a prototype with a client for design review and it keeps asking them to sign in to an Adobe account. I have been able to share prototypes before without this problem - has something changed? Not all my clients have accounts or will want to make one. I have tried every link type. Before this was not an issue - I could create a public link for review and have my client and their teams access it with no problem. Very frustrating.

Hi, my XD just lost the work of past 10 days. Can you help me?Here's the story in short:On Dec 19th 2023, I created a Adobe XD document.I saved the file as a cloud document. Since that, I' edited it for 10 days, all the time online.On Dec 29th, I tried to close the document. Now the XD application got stuck: Mac's spinner pointer icon just rotating.After two hours of waiting, I force quit XD. I also sent the Crash Report to Adobe.Recovery attempts:I started XD again and tried to open the file. The file did open, but it was an old version of Dec 19th. Ten days of work had disappeared.Following advices found in Adobe community, I first checked my Mac’s HD for possible backups. No, none.Then I followed the steps you have given in the discussion forum for "XD file missing" / 11688509:      1. Signed out and signed back into Adobe Creative Cloud.     2. Ended all Adobe processes from Mac OS Activity Monitor.     3. Rebooted the computer.&nbs

On windows 10 running XD 43.0.12.14, there is a sub-process of XD  CreativeSDKAppServiceClient.exe that is constantly running at high CPU usage.As I sit here with adobe XD idle, it is using 3-5% of CPU doing nothing at all.I can constantly hear my CPU fan working because of it.

Hello! For years, I've been using XD's free edition on my Mac. I wanted to know whether there was a way to install the app on my brand-new MacBook, which I recently purchased. It takes me to the Creative Cloud app every time I attempt to launch the installer, after which it informs me that I am unable to install it. I'm grateful.

Yesteday, I forgot past experiences and try to use small caps in XD again.  Despite requests by users for a few years, it seems that Adobe has not yet addressed this problem.  And that makes it a big problem - Adobe is quick to advertise how seemlessly Adobe fonts integrates with the Creative Suite, but this is a significant and notable exception that makes that claim false.  XD is a design tool marketed on the basis of its ability to create realistic prototypes.  To hamstring designers by not supporting full access to all the features of an Adobe provided font is inexcusable - having full access to all the features of an adoble font should have been considered an element from version 1 of the software, not an enhancement tabled until enough requests/complaints are made. Imagine what it would be like designing "realistic" prototypes if another feature, like the spectrum of your color palette was limited to a Crayola box of 64....  I would argue t

I'm exporting some assets from XD but when I export it at 1x (300x600) as a png the image quality is significantly worse than if take the same image and export it from InDesign at the same size. Why.... I did a test with a different image and XD still has more loss of detail (left is from XD, left is from InDesign)

Hello, I cannot share any files for my clients to see my work. I have already restarted my Pc, Restarted XD, Log out and Log In again to Adobe. I dont know whats going on. I have plente space on my library and the documents are not big 

’ve been experimenting with number animations in Adobe XD and am trying to recreate a smooth counter effect similar to the one on shory,  which is insurnace provider in the uae with different products such as car, health, home and pet which each has its own designs. You can scroll down to the stats section where numbers increment dynamically as you scroll—really slick and professional looking.I've tried a few tricks using auto-animate and component states, but I can't seem to get that seamless transition and scroll-activated effect. Has anyone here managed to pull off something similar in XD?Any plugins, tips, or workarounds would be super appreciated. Thanks in advance!

My issue is resolved. I have the premium Version of Adobe, so instead of creating a Design Review link, I created a Development link, and it worked. You can do that too. My issue is resolved 

I can't update a shared link. I'm receiving Error 44:63   <The Title was renamed by moderator>

Hi everyone,I'm running into an issue when trying to create a prototype link in Adobe XD. Each time I attempt to publish, I get this error:Error 44:63I'm not sure what this means or how to fix it. I've tried restarting the app, checking my internet connection, and duplicating the file, but nothing has worked so far.Has anyone else experienced this or found a solution?Thanks in advance for any help!

I can't publish any new project. This situation has been going on since yesterday.

I found that the Share process taken too long to publish now. It takes about 10-15 minutes (1-2 minutes before) to upload ~40MB XD file with ~400 screens on 20Mbps wifi network. After publishing 100% progress, the screen appears "Something went wrong. Learn More (Error 44:63)" error. Luckily I found that the public link works normally.
