Hi Team,We are using Adobe XD plugin in our Jira application and this plugin is enabled for 2000+ Jira projects.Now we need to validate in how many and in which Jira projects this plugin is being used or it have Abode XD data associated with it.It would be great if you could help us with the required information.

Hello,I am using small XD prototypes for user testing.Prototypes run fine when played form XD software, but when played on any laptop/ phone browser using links, are extremely inconstant and slow at times.I tried test micro interactions with few XD prototypes using user testing, it was utter failure because when users viewed the prototypes the desired effect was just not there because of laggyness and unpredictable behaviour of prototypes. I cannot control test users devices/ browsers or anything else. I expect a prototype to run the way it’s designed. So far it’s been a failure. 😞 

Whew this has been a head scratcher!  If I have items with transparent fills, or images imported and opacity set lower than 100% the resulting exported PNG shows it with 100% opacity.  To be clear, I'm working with art boards with a fill set to black. Also happens if I create a black rectangle as a background.  If I export to After effects, it looks fine, UNLESS I create a black background. Then every element that was semi transparent looks twice as transparent as in XD. It's a real mess.  If I place a black rectangle behind everything in XD, everything looks great. BUT - If I export to AE, all opacities jump up. With thousands of elements (I do FUI design) - this is a daunting task to fix.  Haven't been able to find similar issues on forums etc. so I hope it's just a recent bug. Hi, I have problem to open AdobeXD . When i click on the icona the program start with the splashscreen with the logo but after that notingh appen. - no error- 0% memory usage- nothing i've tried to :- i had try reinstall adobe xd - i had try reinstall the suite- i had try to install a old version of XD ( with this i can run one time the application then the same thing)- i had try tofollow the solution at this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NVd73wFid4M- i had try to change the permission to the files vcruntime140.dll and msvcp140.dllBUT NOTHING.I don't think could be a hardware problem ( AMD ryzen 9, 32gb ram, Nvidea card, ssd) i work on a windows 10 pro and i try to open Adobe XD 55.2.12. Any solution?

For a very long time now XD has been causing a weird crash on my computer, and I don't even know where to begin troubleshooting it. This crash can happen as soon as 3 minutes into work, or it might take a few hours (usually takes from 30 min to 1hr), and the way the crash happens goes something like this. When doing an action, like moving an object, renaming a layer, or editing with a component (I observed it happens more often when dealing with components, especially when inside multiple ones), my PC suddenly freezes for a few seconds, and when it regains control, a lot of things are crashed and weird. My audio driver crashes, my internet connection is cut, my keyboard only works partially and XD becomes almost entirely unresponsive, although it doesn't closes. The only way to fix it is by forcing a shutdown, because even a regular shutdown doesn't work (it hangs on the "Shutting down" screen). So recently I started having this following problem, it happens only when I test the prototype on my mobile phone with Adobe XD app.The problem looks like this.So while working in Adobe XD as you can see , everything looks like it should be, I don´t know why is it happening, can someone tell me, because it´s important, espeacially when I want to shot the working prototype to my clients, and they see this.

Hello Adobe Xd,I am using windows os. and I am not able to view live project previews on my phone using a USB cable just like iOS. I know there is an android app for xd for project preview but every time the designer needs to update a link and refresh a project again and again in the android app. so it takes more time. and windows users troubling by this process. so is there any other way to solve this problem?

Hi Team I want to save my file in older XD version, i am facing issue while sharing the link, it will rearrange the sequence  of artbords, so i wanted to try saving this file in the older version,    I want to revert my Adobe XD to older version, but while i install the older version, the file dose not support which has already created in latest version XD, either give a option to save my file in older version, or allow to open the file in any version so that we can contineu our work by the time you will fix the mess that created in latest updates.   <Title renamed by moderator>    

Hi I own a MacBook Pro and recently added a keyboard function so I could type in Korean. And for some reason my Adobe XD app is now also in Korean and I can't change it back to English. I've already tried everything I've read on the internet but nothing works. I've looked through the 'help' menu, I've deleted the Korean keyboard function, I've un-installed and re-installed the Adobe XD app, but nothing works Please help me!

Hi all.I had a free adobe XD account since 2020, later on and because I was required for google's UX Design course I had to accept a student package proposed by them in order to complete the course and had no alternative but to change the package. Now you come and cancel the free account I had originally if not to subscribe to your services - This is not a fair procedure

how do i update an image that has been modified? I dont see an update link like in indesign?I make a slight change to a photo i expect to go back and be able to update it 

Hello !I am working on an enterprise mobile app. This app will be used on Android smartphone. This phone have physical scanning buttons to scan QRCode. In our app, the users need to scan QR code.For user testing, I want to prototype the use of these scan buttons to animate to an other artboard but I didn't succeed. Is anyone have an idea how I can do that ?

This is the latest in a never-ending stream of work destroying bugs that Adobe XD appears to excel at.Here's the process:• Right-click on a character style• Select edit• Use the eye-dropper tool to select a color from the assets thumbnail swatches. (why my saved colors are not directly accessible from the character styles edit menu is beyond me and raises numerous questions about the whole XD interface but that's another matter...)• My character style now has a colour that doesn't match what I just selected. As an example, if I use the eye-dropper to select from a saved color which is #547474, my text style becomes #4A696F. What is going on here?? It's beyond belief. HiIm trying to import an AI file, and it almost works. Except, some of the text are pushed together, and 3 images gets a weird color.Please see the 2 images attached, one is the original, the other is screenshot from how it looks in XD

Hi TeamI was trying to share the prototype link with my team, this link has arround 34 artbords. after all protype and linking done in the artbords, we found that the shared link has rearrange the artbord sequence. so it is very dificult to communicate the flow. I tried to find the possible ways by creatting new file, transfering artbotrs in new file, restarting XD, rearranging the layer sequenses, finally i reinstall adobe XD but still i am not able to find the solution Please fix this issue. Please let me know if you have any proper solution.

Hi.I've never had this problem before, but cut to the chase. Windows 11. HUAWEI BOD-WXX9.I choose English (North American) as the default install language, and yet the Italian version of Adobe XD is being installed instead. Then on opening the app, it freezes and, after 5-10 seconds, closes itself quite suddenly. Then when I try to open it again, only a white window without the logo appears, freezing and stucking like this forever. I tried to re-install it, but nothing changed.

Hi everyone, I recorded my XD file on the cloud a month ago. Today I want to modify some things, and I see that now on I can only open or delete this file ! However I can still see I m the owner, and the url is still working. Anyone know what to do ? Please help .. 

If I resize a component with multiple states, the states that are not visible at the time of resizing don't resize. This means that I have to manually go through every state of the component and adjust sizes one at a time. Am I doing something wrong? There has to be a better way!

I'm confused by a scenario that recently continues to be a problem. I create a shareable link and ensure that the share permission is set to "Anyone with a link": Meaning: Anyone with the link, can view/access/comment. Unfortunately, my clients consistently inform me that they can not access the link; it's "locked" and must "request permission" to view. This should not be the case unless I select "Only invited people". Am I misinterpreting here? Can anyone help identify if this is a bug? or operator error. Thanks!

Hello. I have been using Adobe XD for the last 4 years and I found one major issue with the update link. If I  have created a file and invited someone to edit it, the invited person not has access to update the link only the OWNER can update it right now. In the Owner's absence, it is not possible to update the link it is very difficult when two or more designer working on same file.    <Title renamed by moderator>

i am migrating finally to a mac from a pc. i have files built on pc in xd. went to open on my mac and says i do not have the most recent version of xd loaded on my machine, but i do. HELP. please tell me there is a work around, i need to get off this pc ASAP.
