I uase SDK 33.1.98 from Harman. When i complie Air for Desktop. I cannnot install the Aopplication or Update it. Threre is the following error message from Adobe Air runtime: You need a more recent Adobe Air runtime. Please install. But  there  is no  Adobe Air runtime ?? to download. I have thousands of people outthere using my Apps. What is the solution.Please help PS: in Harman 33.0.2.281  it worked  since 33.1.1.98 it doesnt work

when I turned on the computer, the following message appears: "The entry point for the procedure GetystemMet could not be found in the dynamic calculation library USER32.dll."when I press OK it appears again suddenly.If anyone knows what I should know, tell me.

I can see I am not the first one with this problem, but no replies have been given yet. Please someone give an advice how to fix this, because it prevents us to use needful programs on the PC. Installation can not even start, because:  "An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator." I am the admin on the PC - Win 10 Pro, hidden administrator activated, still no luck -, so this is clearly not the real issue. I have tried every single idea tha can be found on various forums, but the problem persists. PLEASE SOMEONE HELP ME! Thank youTom

I can't install Adobe AIR on my Windows XP as it the error message says I need to contact the administrator.RE: "An error occurred while installing Adobe AIR. Installation may not be allowed by your administrator. Please contact your administrator."I am the owner of my PC so the amin should be myself but do not know how to do this.I tried the right-click on the Adobe icon on my desktop to access the admin log in, but I am unable to do this as it won't accept any passwords I entered.I need to by-pass the admin or find a way to access my admin. I think I read somewhere that Adobe may have an apllication for this but could not find it.Anyone have any idea how to get this application running on my PC?

Hi,I hope someone might be able to assist with the following error. On updating the SARS e@syfile application the updates stops so you will update the Adobe Air application. The Adobe Air application gives successful installation message (see fig1) but thereafter the e@syfile installation continues and suddenly the following message (fig2) is received from Adobe Air and the e@syfile stops running and installation fails..I have uninstalled Adobe Air twice and reinstalled but to no avail. I am not sure how to fix this dilemma. 

I have been trying to download Adobe Air on my MacBook Pro that is currently running MacOS Catalina version 10.15.3. The software downloads but then gives the error “Adobe AIR.framework” is damaged and can’t be opened. The application, after a "successful download", cannot be found in Finder on the computer. I was on the phone with Adobe technical support for half an hour trying to figure this out. The support person used his own techniques as well as the troubleshooting steps outlined another forum thread (https://community.adobe.com/t5/air/adobe-air-error-message-macosx-catalina/td-p/10683302?page=1). In the end, there was no resolution and the same issue persisted. The technical support person recommended posting the issue here in hopes that someone might have an answer. So if there is anything that might help, please let me know!

I'm Trying to make an .ipa for the first time w AIRSDK 33.Building my app in Flash CS5.5 and I’ve added the SDK as I always have added SDK updates up through SDK 32.When trying to publish I get a java UnsupportedClassVersionError Any ideas about this?Can I even develop with SDK 33 on Flash CS5.5?

Have purchased Adobe Suites with most of the writing programs and also separatly purchased Adobe Acrobat 8 standard. But for 3 weeks it has become impossible to print from any Adobe products. Instead the file that I would like to print appears in a Adobe sub program where files can become stored for later use BUT never on a Windows, Mac or iPhone Xs Max there are any text in menu or any function symbol that starts printing. Very annoying when making our accounting and when we are connected to our lokal bank and needs to print any receipt on demand. What can we do?KRegardsA_E_T

I need Adobe Air for a program called session.  Today it showed an error that the framework was damaged.  I tried the uninstaller but it say it cannot run.  How else can I get it uninstalled so I can install a fresh copy?  Thanks

Hello, we noticed a very strange behaviour that completly kills our game performance :  Pushing alt key on a windowed adobe air app (built with normal chrome and type) seems to switch and enable the windows system menu (like alt-space), causing massive freezes and lags. Pushing a second time alt key disable that invisible menu and stops freezing the app. Seems to happen on a large variety of apps (not only our game). So far our code is not involved...Happening from air 29 to last version released (maybe previous versions too, didn't test)Not happening on mac or windows 7 so far... Might be there since a very very long time, but no clue at the moment.Disabling alt key with soft like AutoHotKey seems to do the trick, but not a very satisfying solution... I've created a post on the bug tracker, but was wondering if someone already managed to avoid this.https://tracker.adobe.com/#/view/AIR-4198912 Thanks.

I am reading about the configuration of Adobe Flash installations with the mms.cfg file. How can we make similar configuration changes with an Adobe AIR installation ? I tried placing a mms.cfg file in dir .\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0\Resources for our application installation and the 2 location in \windows directories. Note: we have a version of the flash dll in the .\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0\Resources so we can manage our version of flash independent of the system flash version.

Using macOS and signing with eToken. Since the Air 33.1 the rtmp live video stream from one device to Android device is not working.Or the sound is broken or the Video Stream is broken, depending the rendering mode.Sent already a lot of emails to Harman but they do not answer any email. I hope here may be found a solution or my app is broken. Apple devices work fine as Receiver of the live stream, but Android devices do not work. Tried a lot of work arounds, but no chance. 

My development schedule is highly seasonal because my products are used by educators.  It is time to jump into updates, etc.  But I am concerned about the transfer of support and sales.  Is it time to abandon AIR and learn the HTML5 system?

Hi,i can't install adobe air on my macbook air with latest version of Catalina. When I try to open the installer it tells me that it is damaged ... what can I do? Thank you

I have a program that states it needs the most recent update of AIR to run. I had the latest version. I un-installed the program and re-installed a fresh copy the program from Adobe. The computer still states that it needs the latest version, so the program doesn't run. The program is running off Microsoft drive-my employer sent it that way to me. 

Hi i tried to upgrade to Adobe flash builder 4.7 by using the license key from cs5.5 but it did not work. I think i need a solution from the support team so i can use adobe flash builder 4.7 with my cs5.5 license key that worked well with both 4.5 and 4.6, kindly help

Hi! A lot of people have noted that "install application on connected iOS device" seems to be broken, with all sorts of workarounds involving reverting to an older version of iTunes etc. And the Adobe emulator has some shortcomings. I was wondering... does anyone have recommendations for iOS/iPad emulators?Something you could boot on a Windows (or Mac), point to an APK, and it'll run it? Cheers,Minty 

How can I package an iOS app using AIR v.32 and iOS SDK 13?I work with AIR under Windows but have access to Macs. Note this a packaging question, not a programming one. I'm an experienced app developer.

I did the usual thing (3rd time I'm overlaying AIR), but this time I was unable to compile Flex application - there's is a namespace error problem and pretty much any component from (s:State, etc.) will throw "Could not resolve <s:State> to a component implementation.". I've discovered that flex-config.xml that AIR 3.6 brings with is vastly different from previous and doesn't even mention Flex in descriptions. I've reverted back to previous flex-config.mxml but this did not change anything. Something's not right, clearly?

It says it is installed but I can't opene it due to "Adobe Air.framework" is damaged and can't be opened. Can anyone help? 

Hi,I just tried to install Adobe AIR on MacOS Catalina but it seems that the official .dmg file is damaged. As I was trying to uninstall it with the uninstaller in /Applications/Utilities, I only encounter "Adobe AIR Uninstaller” is damaged and can’t be opened". My OS is MacOS Catalina. Can anyone helps ? Regards, Geoffrey
