Hello, I have been using adobe flash CS6 for a while and i have found that using the eraser option on my wacom pen buttons brings up a tool that works like an eraser but with pressure, like the brush tool. This tool only works if I have brush pressure turned on. Does anyone know what this tool is called or how to access it directly without using the pen button?

I wrote a simple command that needed to use an if statement to determine the condition. I checked the manual, but I couldn't find an example of judging keyframes.The ideas are as follows: //Select the current frame. //Condition judgment: if (if the current frame equals a Keyframe) { //execute Command 1 } else { //if the current frame is not a Keyframe, add a Keyframe and execute command 2 }The stupid code I wrote can run, but will make an error in the first frame of the layer.thank you very much!! 

Okay, I am trying to import an FLA file i found on discord, (i am new to animating, specifically Madness content) and whenver i try to import it to stage, it says "One or more files were not imported because there were problems reading them." Can anybody give some advice? FYI, i have the latest version of Adobe Animate and the file was posted recently.

Hi! I need help with I am trying to launch Adobe Animate but the app does not open at all. I currently have the macOS Big Sur 11.7.7. Hi all, excuse me my language is not good. I do not know if this problem is only with me. When I export the project that I am working on, it appears to me that there is a space at the edges of the project in green color. Even when I press (ctrl + enter), the same problem appears to me, knowing that when I was working on the project, the measurement was appropriate to the size of the project, but At the time of exporting the project, it shows extra spaces that I do not need. The dimensions of the project that I work with are 1080 x 1920. I hope that I have clarified the idea, and is there a solution? Thank you very much.

Hello, Does some one if with animate I can create like an "interactive" trifold brochure... What I mean, a trifold and when people view it digitally  it opens it self like it would in physically

I create the cartoon in Animate but once I run it through Media Encoder the sound of the music disappears. The sound is at 44100Hz. It doesn't make sense to me. Help! And I can't incluse the .fla file. 

I'm facing an issue in Adobe Animate where I cannot select the 'Export Audio to ActionScript' option when creating a linkage for an MP3 audio file. The section of linkage disalble to access. What could be the possible reasons for this problem, and what steps can I take to seek help from the community in resolving it?

Hello, I apologize if this question has already been posted...  I'm trying to make a basic time/date in Animate.  If I use this.tf.text = new Date();  where tf is a dynamic text field, the .fla displays what I want.  My question is, is it possible to put this in a function and then use setInterval to essentially get a real time display?  If so, can someone help with the code?  I'm a mechanic by trade and hitting it with a hammer isn't working....

When I open the editor, what should I change 128 to? I tried changing it to 512 and 1024, but it didn't make a difference when I reopened my file and tried to export a video, I just got this same message again. I tried splitting my file into smaller sections with fewer frames, but still got the same message.

When I tried to open certain flash files, I got an error message. This message happened since I was told my subscription was ending. However, even though I have fixed the subscription, I still get errors when I try to open certain flash files. And when I try to download new versions of the fla file, it still gives an error.

Hi! Trying to bind my space bar to play, because thats what it was on my older copy of Animate. Whenever I try to remap it, if i hit space it brings up the hand tool over the window. same with ctrl + space, just brings up the zoom tool. Again, this is over the window. even if i bind the hand tool to something else it just forces it back to the space bar. Any way around this? autohotkey doesnt seem to work with adobe animate 2020

Hi All,I am trying to disable 5 buttons from a movieclip timeline so they're out of use though still visable. Currently I have 1 button controling 1 movieclip, the button tells the movieclip move forward one frame and play, this plays till frame 5 and stops _this.stop(); and at this point I need to tell the _root timeline to disable 5 buttons. By clicking a close button _this.play(); the frame plays out frame 6 to 10 and I will need to enable the 5 buttons again before frame 10. Whats the best way to disable and enable a button, is it from an action or on enter frame. Hello,I have an other problem.I made fort the test a simple animation. I have tow movieClips inside (Dot1 and Dot2) a MovieClip from the library called (LineMovieClip). I trace a line between the tow "Dot" and I can move the "Dot2" with startDrag. I have a red square on stage, and  I made an hitTest. Having issues with layer parenting. Child layers seem to disappear when connected. Please help.

above gif shows issues i am having with all 3 drawing tools in aacc19.2:displaced brush strokes, which may appear slight but are very hindering when animating characters.  also shows that the paint brush is creating endless strokes once tablet pen has lifted from screen.Operating on a Cintiq CompanionCurrently AnCC 19.219.1, 19.0, and have all shared the same issue.Windows 10 Pro, 64-bit, OS 17763.437Updated Wacom driver.  issue does not occur in any other cc program.  just changed my pen nib, too.

When i export my animation it cuts off the last couple of frames, about 3-6.My animation is running at 24 fps.Anyone know a fix?

Dear Adobe team,I'm a user of Adobe Animate and I've recently encountered an issue that I would like to bring to your attention.In previous versions of Adobe Animate, such as 2021, when a symbol was flipped, it would still move in the expected direction when using the arrow keys. However, in the 2023 version, I noticed that when a symbol is flipped, the direction of movement is also reversed when using the arrow keys. This change in behavior is causing some difficulties in my work.I believe this may be a bug, or perhaps an unintended side effect of a new feature. I was wondering if there could be an option to retain the previous behavior, where the direction of movement with the arrow keys does not change after a symbol is flipped.Thank you for your time and I look forward to any possible solutions to this issue.
