Hey guys I've been fiddling around to import audio for an animated project for about an hour now. I've tried mp3s, 32 bits, 16 bits, wav files an au's but nothing seems to be working. I've been able to load the audio into other programs so I know I don't have a corrupted file and sadly I can't find anything online so far that fixes this issue. Does anyone have a solution?
I have tried coverting to wav, mp3, aiff. Every time when I try to import this audio to the stage or library, I get this message: "One or more files could not be imported because there were problems reading them." I'm really confused. With some audio files, importing does work. But this one doesn't, and I don't know why.
when I impote Audio showing "One or more files were not imported because there were problem reading them" please help me and fix ASAP. ple

I made a video with Animate and wanted to export it as a mov. via Media Encoder like I have done before. But for some reason, after I hit export, Encoder does not pop up and nothing happens. Has anyone have come across similar issues and has a solution? I use a Mac and I have tried to uninstall both Animate and Media Encoder. Both softwares are up-to-date. I tested out the same file on a different Mac and it works, I haven't changed my settings on this laptop so I am really clueless. HELP?
Hello all, I seem to have a trouble exporting my fla to video lately. All menu options work like before, the waiting bar fills up nicely but my exported file is nowhere to be found. I have a not too complicated file, export it Apple Pro Res 4444 with alpha, and have Media Encoder start up when the file is added to the render queue. When exporting is finished I get no message at all (not even an error) but my file is missing. Any idea's? Thanks!
I'm using the most current version of Adobe CC (2020-2021). Recently Animate stopped allowing me to create an mp4 the way I usually do, if at all. I'm working on a 2019 iMac 5K running Mojave 10.14.6, which I would like to stick with as long as possible since my programs and hardware all work in harmony. The usual process is:Go to the File menu//select Export Video/Media//the next window allows me to select how and where I want to save the output (AME is always selected by default//I then hit Enter or Publish//A progress bar appears informing me that the video export is in progress, followed by a message that a video is being generated in AME.Usually, at this point I wait for a minute while AME is triggered to open by Animate. The file shows up in the AME queue, I hit the green Play button at the top of the AME window to start the queue and the mp4 shows up in my destination folder. This is what's happening now:1. Go to File//select Export Video/Media...and nothing happens.2.
As usual, I tried to put in a wave sound file to get the timing right. However, the following information message popped out and the function did not work properly.I've tried rebooting the computer, but it still doesn't work. For your information, there may be a problem with my sound effect file, but after checking it, it wasn't. This message is say"One or more files could not be imported because there was a problem reading the file."There was no problem just a few days ago, but I need your help.
I'm not sure if it has to do with the new update but I can't put new audio into my library. I have audio clips I made from Adobe Audition. I haven't changed any of my settings from last time I did this. I used to be able to drag and drop my flies into the library and it would work. But now it keeps saying "One or more files were not imported because there were problems reading them." This is really weird becuase I tried importing some of the files I know work, and have used before. But It says it can't read them either. I've tried changing the Sample rate and file type but nothing works. I shouldn't need to change them because it was working with these settings a few weeks ago. Typically I try to use 44100, Hz and 16-bit. I think the issue is with Animate not so much the file. I looked at all the other Posts people have made when they get this error but non of those solutions work. I think this is different than those because in my case the files used to work but don't anymore.
Exactly what it sounds like, really - I've been trying to import an audio file into Adobe Animate for about an hour now with no luck. Each time I hit 'import to library', I get an error message telling me that it couldn't get the file in or that there was trouble reading it. I downloaded the file from a YouTube to MP3 converter (as an MP3) and have tried everything to get it to work. I've converted it to a WAV, triple-checked that the bitrate is 128 kbps, fiddled with the sample rate - nothing's worked so far. It usually imports things just fine. What can I do to get the audio loaded in?
Desperation! My Animations, which previously exported flawlessly, no longer open in Media Encoder, nor do they export in ANY format. Even exporting as .mov file is useless, as QuickTime player refuses to recognize the file! I can't make money with a program that will not export!
Unable to export to video. I selected File/export to video for my short animation on Animate cc; clicked on dialogue of how much of my animation to export and selected export at bottom . Nothing happened after that. Since AME was not opened ,I searched and opened my AME/ media encoder and went through the above process again. I selected export from the prompt. I've waited 20 minutes and there's nothing on queue in AME. No dialogue from Animate if there's a problem. What's going on and how can I export to video?
I've been having a very weird glitch for a while where the blur effect is reduced by exactly 50% throughout the file after exporting to a .mov. I cannot figure out why and it seems to happen when the file is more complicated, and tends to happen starting on the second frame. Fixing this would help me tremendiously hehe, thanks for any advice!!
I did not realize while building out my animation that a layer's opacity property was only an author tool and would not render/export out the same way. As soon as I bring the SWF or MOV file into After Effects, my shadow layers are back to 100% opacity. I've seen some solutions mentioning movie clips, but this is a traditional style animation where every key frame and inbetween is drawn, so I'm not sure if that process would work. So far I haven't gotten it to work properly with my keyframes.Does anyone know another solution to this? It seems kind of ridiculous if Animate does not have the capability to export layers at a lower opacity.
In every tutorial I'm seeing online, when you double click on a symbol, there will be a breadcrumb in the main window where you can click back up to the main scene. My version is not showing that at all (v20.5.1), the only way I can find to get back to the main scene is by opening the Scene Window. Am I missing a setting somewhere that reveals the breadcrumb bar?
I wanted to cancel my 7 day trial subcription can u tell how to do it?

Hello everyone, *Please be nice i have a bad eng* I have a simple question but i found nowehere an answer. I'll start to make amateur animations, like podcast with characters as you can see on Youtube, and i know audio is important.I have Audition with my pack so i thought it's maybe a good choice to make basic adjustements. But i definetly ask myself if it's necessary, or i just can do these adjustements in my microphone program and add it directly in Animate. My question is : In my level, is Audition is appropriate for me ? Is the software can help me to do audio works easier and faster than just import files in Animate ? Thanks in advance
I was trying Adobe Animate on my Surface Pro (5th Gen) but I realized the pen was incredibly off while drawing. I haven't found this issue in literally all other software, including Photoshop, Clip Studio Paint, OneNote, and so on. It's just Adobe Animate. I don't believe it to be a calibration issue, and I tried turning down Smoothing on the brush, but that didn't work. Here's a video showing the paintbrush, pencil, and eraser tools-https://www.dropbox.com/s/598ot3jowi5iqa1/Video%20Apr%2008%2C%2012%2002%2001%20PM.mov?dl=0I was wondering if it could be the pen, since it's the Surface Pro 4 pen, but considering it works fine will all other software, I don't think that to be the issue, especially since that would be an expensive fix.If anyone has any suggestions, please share! Thanks!
So I'm using a sprite sheet and all the keyframes for a symbol are in different spots, is there a way to set one position for all of them? Thanks!
I cannot figure out how to apply the art brush styles. I've done this a while ago, but it's not apparent to me now where it is. I looked up the Adobe help, and the brush is called "Paint brush tool". Mine is called "Classic brush". Is there a paint brush tool somewhere that is different than classic brush? I don't have the style drop down, etc.
Hi, I create a keyframe but doesn't work, I can put an image on that keyframe but I can't modify(free transform) , and when I create the keyframe appear a blank keyframe. I take a print screen to see my problem, Thanks.Update: The keyframes doesn't work anymore by the frame number 16002
so if i make an oval or a present shape thing like line tool, it doesnt let me draaw over hat on the same layer. it makes these weird cuts on the out line. other people have told me to use a different layer, (but then i cant fill since its on a sepert layer) and i cant do object mode. but when i use pen tool, it doesnt make tghe cuts but pen tool isnt very smooth even though i have smooth on. what do i do
I've been seeing this happen with Flash for at least 17 years, but now I am losing my mind because I cannot find a way to fix it my already broken curves. You would have seen this happen if you drawn shapes in Flash or Animate for any significant amount of time.. I draw a circle over another curve, and the shape of the circle becomes angled with flat edges. This doesn't happen with Illustrator. The only thing that is set to snap is the grid. Why not just use the same mechanisms behind how Illustrator makes vecotrs in Animate?? Watch it happen. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AQxP9aluoXE No one should have to be scammed $35 a month for this trash.
