this happens when i add audiio, do you know why?
If you try to export Video/Media with Animate, the latest version of Media encoder will not work.Install version 15.2 instead and hope for a new update soon. A big waste of time.

Hi, i can't find the static rig that a tutorial from the program told me to use, idk where i can download some new rigs? or idk if i have to updatemy version, help pls!
it says WARNING: This movie uses features that are not supported in the Flash Player 32 playerSymbol=Noise_1.mp4, layer=Layer_1, frame=1 H.264 video will not be published.
I made a short 6 second animation, and when I tried to export as an mp4, it had the pop up that's like "creating swf, creating mov", but adobe media encoder did not open and start converting the video to an mp4. I had "start adobe media encoder immedietly" checked, and I even tried unchecking it and putting it into adobe media encoder myself, but adobe media encoder literally will not open, even if I manually click on it to open. All of my apps are up to date. What is happening and how do I fix it?
Hmm, I have this problem where after I am done animating a project, I click "Publish'. Then it says "Importing failed in Adobe Media Encoder". What does that mean? Do I have to install another application for it to work?
This has only stared yesterday. Whenever I go to export my video, I click the video/media tab, I put in the settings that I have always had, I click export, and nothing happens. No Media Encoder, nothing. This is really frustrating me. I really need some help.
I can't export my film of about 15 seconds. The media encoder doesn't open and says swf file isn't supported if I open it myself and try draggin it in. The encoder to turn it into a MP4 isn't queuing anything either after various attemps at diffrent file formats. I have uninstalled and reinstalled both programs but nothing seems to be working. I've even copy and pasted my film into a new project and nothing changes. Hopfully i'm missing something simple it's always just worked strait away before.
This happened out of nowhere!?I want to export the animation as video and Animate needs to create a SWF in advance, but can't. 😞I was able to do this several times, but now Animate fails. I tried a restart but it keeps failing. The path is short, the file is writeable etc.Any help available?Maybe a log file that might help to find the source of this issue?Thx
I use a Mac desktop and have been exporting media regularly with no problem. Now, Animate times out and Media Encoder doesn't create an .mp4 file.
So literally yesterday, I was working in Animate and it was doing just fine. But when I open it today, the toolbar, properties panel and the timeline are all gone! I soon figured out how to open the timeline and toolbar again, but the Properties panel? That's a new story. So I open up that panel, but when I do that, the timeline disappears! Then when I open up the timeline, the properties panel disappears! Turns out they're a part of the same tab. I can't have both open at the same time now, even though I literally could YESTERDAY. It just seems to have updated without my consent and done this, making the software almost unusable.
I've tried both mp3 and WAV, both fail. I've ran my files through Media Encoder and switched them to 44.1kHz 64kbps and they still fail. Oddly there are some files that do work for whatever reason (and they happen to be mp3 files). The only pattern I've noticed is that ANY audio file I had in my computer before installing Animate works fine but EVERYTHING I've downloaded since fails no matter what. I'm attaching 2 files, the first is a file I had in my computer before installing Animate, the second one is an mp3 file I ran through Media Encoder to change it to WAV. The first file I can import fine but the second one (in both the original mp3 and WAV) cannot be imported.
In Animate, i can't upload this one file even if i delete it and redownload it into Animate. Apperently it says it cant read the file because it couldnt read it. Anyone Could have any reason why? Its not the format of the audio, because it worked with an other audio on the same format (mp3)
why does it say this
Hey guys I've been fiddling around to import audio for an animated project for about an hour now. I've tried mp3s, 32 bits, 16 bits, wav files an au's but nothing seems to be working. I've been able to load the audio into other programs so I know I don't have a corrupted file and sadly I can't find anything online so far that fixes this issue. Does anyone have a solution?
I have tried coverting to wav, mp3, aiff. Every time when I try to import this audio to the stage or library, I get this message: "One or more files could not be imported because there were problems reading them." I'm really confused. With some audio files, importing does work. But this one doesn't, and I don't know why.
when I impote Audio showing "One or more files were not imported because there were problem reading them" please help me and fix ASAP. ple
Hey, when tryin g to import a file i get that message that says connot import one or more files because they coult be read. Im trying to import Wav files and have tried it in an empty document and have tried other files that i know work as i haev used them before and still get the same eroor so its nothing worng with the audio file. I made a video with Animate and wanted to export it as a mov. via Media Encoder like I have done before. But for some reason, after I hit export, Encoder does not pop up and nothing happens. Has anyone have come across similar issues and has a solution? I use a Mac and I have tried to uninstall both Animate and Media Encoder. Both softwares are up-to-date. I tested out the same file on a different Mac and it works, I haven't changed my settings on this laptop so I am really clueless. HELP?
Hello all, I seem to have a trouble exporting my fla to video lately. All menu options work like before, the waiting bar fills up nicely but my exported file is nowhere to be found. I have a not too complicated file, export it Apple Pro Res 4444 with alpha, and have Media Encoder start up when the file is added to the render queue. When exporting is finished I get no message at all (not even an error) but my file is missing. Any idea's? Thanks!
I'm using the most current version of Adobe CC (2020-2021). Recently Animate stopped allowing me to create an mp4 the way I usually do, if at all. I'm working on a 2019 iMac 5K running Mojave 10.14.6, which I would like to stick with as long as possible since my programs and hardware all work in harmony. The usual process is:Go to the File menu//select Export Video/Media//the next window allows me to select how and where I want to save the output (AME is always selected by default//I then hit Enter or Publish//A progress bar appears informing me that the video export is in progress, followed by a message that a video is being generated in AME.Usually, at this point I wait for a minute while AME is triggered to open by Animate. The file shows up in the AME queue, I hit the green Play button at the top of the AME window to start the queue and the mp4 shows up in my destination folder. This is what's happening now:1. Go to File//select Export Video/Media...and nothing happens.2.
As usual, I tried to put in a wave sound file to get the timing right. However, the following information message popped out and the function did not work properly.I've tried rebooting the computer, but it still doesn't work. For your information, there may be a problem with my sound effect file, but after checking it, it wasn't. This message is say"One or more files could not be imported because there was a problem reading the file."There was no problem just a few days ago, but I need your help.
I'm not sure if it has to do with the new update but I can't put new audio into my library. I have audio clips I made from Adobe Audition. I haven't changed any of my settings from last time I did this. I used to be able to drag and drop my flies into the library and it would work. But now it keeps saying "One or more files were not imported because there were problems reading them." This is really weird becuase I tried importing some of the files I know work, and have used before. But It says it can't read them either. I've tried changing the Sample rate and file type but nothing works. I shouldn't need to change them because it was working with these settings a few weeks ago. Typically I try to use 44100, Hz and 16-bit. I think the issue is with Animate not so much the file. I looked at all the other Posts people have made when they get this error but non of those solutions work. I think this is different than those because in my case the files used to work but don't anymore.
Exactly what it sounds like, really - I've been trying to import an audio file into Adobe Animate for about an hour now with no luck. Each time I hit 'import to library', I get an error message telling me that it couldn't get the file in or that there was trouble reading it. I downloaded the file from a YouTube to MP3 converter (as an MP3) and have tried everything to get it to work. I've converted it to a WAV, triple-checked that the bitrate is 128 kbps, fiddled with the sample rate - nothing's worked so far. It usually imports things just fine. What can I do to get the audio loaded in?
