Animate

Hi I just started learning to use Animate and I want to lip-synch an already rigged character. Inside of the head-layer everything works but on the outside it seems like the keyframes from inside of the head layer are at the completely wrong timing. It worked at first but as soon as i added a keyframe for bodymovement everything got mixed up (I rigged the character then did the facial expressions and the lipsynch and then wanted to do the bodymovements). Now when i open up the head layer from the first frame on the rigging layer then its on frame 50 or something on the head layer. It may have something to do with the loop-options but I don't know how to fix it.Thanks in advance 🙂

Please help. I'm creating a interactive book using action script. Well i have assigned each layer a movie clip symbol and inside that symbol I have several sound file. On the 1st layer (my first page) I have buttons to goto the specific layer (Page) but when I click on the button all the sounds overlapping each other. Please help me... I'm stuck on this.HELP.

I am finishing up a three minute animated music video in Adobe Animate 2020, and as soon as I'm done with this project I will never use this program again. I've experinced so many strange glitches, I feel like the program itself is trying to drive me crazy. I had a camera layer, but when I tried to add a camera movement at the end of the project, it created phantom camera bumps in other scenes, where there were no keyframs so I couldn't fix it. I decided the camera tool was unusable, and settled on exporting the project and recreating the camera in After Effects. In order to do this I expanded my document size, which caused the program to freeze up every time. Finally I was able to get the document expanded by increasing it in increments of 100 pixels at a time over and over again. Took 20 minutes. Then I turned off "advanced layers" so I could export it as an SWF archive, and lo and behold, the program has somehow deleted random pieces of drawings all throughout the project, with no s

When i use a bruh that has lowered opacity, and i draw on a shape, the brush automaticly turns to 100 percent opacity and I dont know why. but if I use object drawing mode it works and iI dont like object drawing mode.

Hello,When I'm trying to export my adobe animate sequence this "compiler error" appears and then in my exported movie the Animated camera doesn't exist and things change proportions in a way that doesn't happen when the sequence is being previewed in the application.  Not sure if the compiler error is connected to the exporting issues but desperately need help to fix this! 

In Animate I have added an audio layer to multiple layers imported from Adobe Illustrator. When in "zoomed in" Timeline view, playing what I have built, the actual audio sounds I hear don't coincide with where they are located by the amplitude for them on the audio layer -- the vertical line moving from left to right through the frames is not at the frames in the timeline with the amplitude matching the sound I hear. Whereas when playing in "mountain/zoomed out" in Timeline viewit dors coincide. The problem is that I need to be in "zoomed in" Tomeline view to align specific Illustrator graphics (on other layers) with sound cues -- which then turn out to be "wrong" when played in "zoomed out" Timeline view. How can I fix this? 

Going SVG plus coding direct on my website... Must be a reason why this app was killed a while ago... I can totally see why.. nothing but glitches and on top lack of support. 

I am used to Adobe Character Animator... I see Animate is a bit different. I imported a drawing from Illustrator into Animate and I need to animate just 2 items in the drawing, but how do you drop the time line layers so that I can create a movement for them? 

...This is really annoying.I work with adobe cs5. Recently, it started to not work. I would have to restart it over and over to get it to compile an swf properly. So I am trying cs5.5. Hello! I am doing a simple project in adobe animate and my project is working fine on my website in desktop browser, but in mobile browser when I click on the canvas the canvas shows a blue layer. That blue layer is actually the canvas itself, it turns blue as I click and it's very annoying.

Hello!I just installed Animate to try to start learning puppet animation, and I'm running into a couple of problems... the first is, whenever I draw a line on the stage, the line immeiately disappears? I can highlight it and change its color, but the moment I de-select it, it turns invisble again. So, I figure that I'll check the document settings to see if something there will be the fix, but when I attempt to go into my document settings, the entire program freezes. This... is not a great start. Any advice on how to get around both of these issues will be much appreciated. Thank you!

So I'm trying to make a sprite sheet of some animations i'm making for a mod for a game, but when i go to make the sprite sheet, it puts a little error thing next to image dimensions and says "Output frames overflow the designated sprite sheet size" I've tried every image dimensions size (including auto) and none of them are working. The sprite im making is around the same size as another sprite from the game, and I tried exporting that, and that one works fine. Hi fellow artistsPlease help, I cant export my animation from adobe animate. I have tried to export it from both actionscript 3 and html5 canvas but no luck.  I click on 'file',  'export video/media' and try to render as a 'mpeg4'  and tick the box saying queue it for media encoding but after I click 'export' again, a loading bar comes up saying 'export media: creating mov.' That box loads loads and then vanishes and nothing happens, adobe media encoder doesnt come up (i even tried without queueing for the media encoder and still nothing). Please help i am trying to export an animated logo for a client. Let me know if you need any more info to help me. I have attached pics of the process which has worked before, I am really confused.regards,EddyEddy

How can I work with dashed lines in Animate and show them properly?  I got my drawings from Illustrator, and dashed lines don't show up properly in Animate.   What would be the best way to work around this problem and be able to show dashed lines in Animate?    

** The short questions ** Do I need ActionScript to use with Animate and make interactive animations for my website?  When / Why would learning ActionScript would be useful?  Are there any video classes for ActionScript? 

how can i make a shape morphing between the 3 waves and aswell make a loop of wave movement from left side to right side, on top of the wave floor... the shapes are build in Ai and converted into symnols in An... i would need some clases with this program if someone is willing to teach. So maybe it is the camera, it's essentially a go-pro, but even when I plug my rode mic into the computer I still have to basically shout to register audio, talking at normal volume with the mic in front of my mouth still barely registers.  Anybody can help?

So, I had a full day long call with Adobe support... the guy deleted and complety reinstalled Adobe Could again because Animate kept shutting down... well.... it's shutting down again... There are some illustrator files that Animate doesn't import completely...  I tried to copy and paste an specific set of lines from Illustrator to Animate (which were not being transfer in the complete file from Illustrator to Animate), and next you know the complete Animate app is shutting down again. I don't know what else to do... Animate keeps shutting down, or transfer half files, or shuts down again when I try to copy and paste an specific item... Today another Adobe phone support guy said the items are not compatible and basically it was my fault the program kept shutting down. Are there any other ways to get this fix? 

Hi, I made an interactive html canvas with Adobe Animete 2021 with Mac OS Catalina. I have sent my client the files resulting from the publication as html and it tells me that it cannot see anything with any browser (Chrome, Edge and Firefox). I ´ve try in my Mac and always work. And another PC with Opera and work too. Dou you know what could be the problem?Thanks
