¡hola! necesito de su ayuda con adobe audacity, cuando intento ejecutar un guion (script) me sale una ventana que dice "guion detenido", y no puedo utilizar ese script. utilizo la versión 3.0. gracias por su ayuda de antemano

OSX - 10.14.6Au - 14.4.3.4In punch and roll mode.when I select a period of time I want to replace the audio for - and I punch and roll recordBut I didn't like the versionI use my keyboard shortcut for "Punch Again" which does 2 things. 1. it starts the punch and roll mode at 5 seconds back (the default setting which I am happy with)2. it UN-highlights my punch-and-roll selection - which leads to 2a. Having an issue atm when i playback my recording, it will cut out for a while randomly, everytime I replay it will cut out at different points. when i pause and play it will instantly come back. 😕😕 cant find anything online. when it cuts out i here a low static noise.kind regards

Pretty simple question I think. All I want to do is have active noise cancelling and whatnot active while I'm streaming/live in voice chat, but I DON'T want to hear my voice playing back. For the life of me I can't figure out how to turn off ONLY the audio I'm hearing of myself, but still keeping the effects going and audio to everything else on my computer going.How do I do this? I've tried looking it up but I can't find an answer.

It used to open up without a problem.  Now, when I click on a file from the folder (with AA open),  the window reverts to AA, but the file never opens.  Same thing if I close AA - I click on the file, AA opens, but the file does not appear!   I'm on a Windows machine with Windows 10 Pro. 

Hi everyone, I've only recently picked up podcast recording (we typically do livestreaming and video recording) So please excuse my novoice question. I have searched and tried a few solutions provided but haven't seem to find the best fix for my situation. Our studio has adaquate noise dempening equipment, but recently AC in the building has been ramping up as summer approaches, and making cleaning up the audio very difficult. This hasn't seem to be an issue with video recordings since part of the audience's attention is distracted by the visuals, but with audio alone, it sounds like you are standing by the beach with waves crashing into your eardrums. In this particular case, I have two people in the studio recordin an interview. Towards the end of the session, I failed to remind them to maintain proper distance with the microphone when the AC kicked on, one person sat too far back, and caused the microphone to take in A LOT of the AC noise in the background of her spee

Why is there no downloadable offline PDF User Guide for Adobe AudtionCC? All I can find is the useless, unsearchable web version that takes two hours to find a 15 second answer.

re: Adobe Audition    v 14.0.0.36:AA makes it possible to save your workspace but when it is closed and reopended for a new session, the panels are in their correct positions but their sizes are all wrong. They have to be tweakedeach time AA is openerd.  It has been this way for years, never been fixed.An annoying flaw in an otherwise useful Ap. Is there any way to fix this? Registry? Update? - but I don't want cloud crap.

I'm a serious newbie. I just need to pull nuggets from various videos (usually press conferences) for a radio show. What is the most uncomplicated way to do that? And when I say newbie -- NEWBIE. I'm a print journalist who now is trying to help produce a radio show they have me hosting. I purchased Audition, but not much of a clue how to do what I've been told is a simple task. Hello! I've been using audition for about 4 years, absolutely scoured the web and this forum before asking for help. I found similar issues but no real solutions.Effectively, we are trying to make mp3 exports, but can't, we found out the reason why is because our tracks are not being sent to the master track, except, there is no master track, instead there is just a mix track. Granted, I can use a random template like "full rock band" and create a new project with a master track in it by default, but this doesn't help me with my 70+ projects created with the 'default' session settings.This was all done a brand new 2022 computer with Audition 2022, perhaps audition 2022 defaults to a 'mix' track instead of a 'master' one.I've clicked just about everywhere inside of preferences, inserting options, etc. Is there anyway to either - insert a master track, turn the mix track into a master track, force the session to change template types into a template that has a master track?Really appreci

I accidentally deleted the Podcast Voice preset. How can I retrieve it? I'm on a mac running CC 11.02.02

I have two tracks in a multitrack project in Audition, I want to fade from one to the other at several places (I have about 20 cues) and to be able to control the fade speed (or fade duration), but they are both precisely synchronized and I don't want to move any of them in time (as the fade is usually demonstrated). How can I achieve this ?

Hi,I have two eight-track .w64  files that I need to combine into one 16-track file. They're each 5+ GB long, and both are 24/48.I do not want to mix them down. I simply want to combine them into one 16-track file.I've been struggling to do this in Audition for over an hour now without success.I tried using another program (Audacity) to read in the first eight-track file, add eight empty tracks to it, and then copy the eight tracks from the second file one by one to the 8 empty tracks. That worked, but when I tried to export the file, it choked and aborted.Is there any way to do it in Audition? I have Build 22.4.0.49.Thanks!

Hello, I'm working in Adobe Audition, 22.4, on a MacBook Pro.I have Auto Scroll > Centered selected in my preferences. It works for a moment or two, then switches back to Pagewise, even though Centered is still selected.I've restarted Adobe and my computer several times but still getting this issue. Anyone ideas? Thank you!

As far as I can tell, it should work the same way as gradually changing pitch. On Adobe Audition CS6 on a Mac, gradually changing pitch is as simple as using the Time and Pitch > "Time and Stretch (process)" under the Effects menu, then switching from the iZotope plugin to the Audition plugin, and adjusting the beginning pitch and final pitch over the selected audio. Why doesn't this work with the time? I'm trying to slow down a piece of audio gradually, but it doesn't seem to work.

I just set up our ProSonus AudioBox USB96 on our new MacStudio (finally!) and was aboout to record a mukltitrack session in Audition when I heard this background noise. Did a test record, it's definitely there.  I have hearf this kind of thing when a cell phone was close, or electrical cords crossed mic cables -- no wires are crossed.  -- but I moved the cell phone away, and it's still there.    I hear it in my headphones before record. I somehow managed to create this previously, but after a reinstall, my Favorites are gone. 😞I'm looking to accomplish a (pretty fast) fade-out to silence immediately followed by a fade-in to be used to eliminate hum and background noise in voice-over files. It has to work on a selection.I've tried fiddling with Fade Envelope and Gain Envelope, but it seems that I only get one of the steps with me.What the heck am I doing wrong here!?

Dear community,I have a bad voice with noise and bad sound like 'bgg bgg bgg or whatever'.I can eliminate the noise by using noise reduction or my izotope rx. Hi, I'm from Holland. I use Audition 1.5 for many many years now but recently it won't do recording internal audio from an mp3 anymore, for mixing with my guitar sounds. It's OK to import an mp3 and the audio from an mp4 but just the recording part (bottom line) won't show any audio coming in... I contacted a Dutch National Computer Forum and they advised me to open the register editor and go to Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\MMDevices\Audio\Capture\{f8bee15b-1b43-4b0d-926f-b54297c0136b}\Propertiesand look for every Microphone and then go back to DeviceState and then in REG_DWORD change every value 0x00000004 into 0x00000001.I did this but unfortunately no luck wse...How can I use my 1.5 version in WIN10 again but with recording...?rhermes@home.nl  

I have a recording from a wedding that has a stutter placed throughout the entire section involving the handheld mic. The music that is played is smooth and uneffected, but I'm hoping there is some way to clean up or smooth out the dialogue. Does anyone have any tricks or methods to cleaning up or correcting this issue? Sample Audio for testing as WAV file as attached separately.

Hello community! I am relatively new to Audition (just came from PT) and have trouble with with recordings stopping before i stop them, usually the recording stops < 1s earlier than when I press stop. Hi Since the latest version installed a few days ago, Adobe Audition on both an I-Mac (for editing) and an i-Mac mini (for recording) is losing both input and playback devices - and when I try to reset, and faced with the dreaded spinning wheel, and no playback working. Very frustrating. If I close down completely, it finds the playback device and plays, until I do anything ... e.g. delete a section of audio, clean up a section, run a process, then it crashes, and the device is lost and the audio won't play back. Any ideas? Thanks in advance.

I have an interview that I'm editing. I have 2 audio files, each from two different mics. Each mic is picking up audio from the other person. So there's waveform from each voice on both files. But obviously there's better quality on the the from each person's own mic. They're from the same recorder, so the files are exactly the same length and perfectly synced when lined up in multitrack. Is there a way to combine the two files in a way that automatically chooses the better quality audio from each track? And cutting out the bad audio?
