PLEASE make add a SHORTCUT for MOVE PLAYHEAD TO CURSOR!!! Premiere Pro has this shortcut, and it's AMAZING! I HATE having to click along the bar at the top of the multitrack session to move the cursor when using the cut tool or anything but the time selection tool. THANK YOU!!!

DAWs like Samplitude let you place track markers in a multitrack project (CD Track Start/End markers) and then export the entire session in one pass, producing separate files split at each marker. This is extremely useful for exporting multiple songs, cues, or deliverables from one timeline. Audition currently requires manual selection and rendering for each region.Please add support for exporting multiple files based on markers in a single render pass.

Please allow auto-scroll in the multi track editor to be disabled permanently, so it doesn't turn itself back on every time I play/pause the session.

WHENEVER I DISABLE A PLUGIN IN THE CHAIN IT STILL USES THE SAME AMOUNT OF CPU AS IF IT WAS ENABLED. CAN YOU PLEASE ADD A FIX TO LOWER THE CPU ON THE DISABLED PLUGINS I USED ON THE RACK?

I LOVE TO USE MANUAL KEYFRAMES TO CONTROL MY VOLUME AFTER I ADD PLUGINS. IT BECOMES A HEADACHE WHENEVER I DO A WHOLE BUNCH OF KEYFRAMES TO THE FIRST CHORUS, THEN I HAVE TO DO THE EXACT SAME ONES TO THE 2ND AND 3RD CHORUS. IT TAKES UP A LOT OF UNECCESARY TIME. MANY OTHER DAWS HAVE THAT ABILITY TO COPY & PASTE KEYFRAMES. IF ADOBE WOULD AT THAT TO AUDITION, TO ME IT WOULD BE THE BEST DAW EVER CREATED. I'VE BEEN WAITING YEARS FOR THIS. I'VE BEEN AN AUDITION FAN SINCE COOL EDIT LOL. THIS IS THE ONLY THING I ASK FOR. PLEASE AND THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!

Hello everyone!HOW do I increase the tempo and have the bars auto-adjust to match?I have a song that increases in tempo as we play it. I was shocked to discover that Audition doesn't (?) have a tempo track that can be adjusted incrementally (i.e. per bar, or over time, or exponentially) to exact BPM's  to speed up a song and the bars auto-adjust to match.Or... does it?This will be important for a metronome / click track to record to. It needs to speed up precisely.And also for editing to match each bar exactly.Recording a tempo beat elsewhere and drop it in as an audio track doesn't really work, because then editing across multiple tracks is less precise (if at all). Plus, then we can't track exact BPM per bar.Can someone show me *exactly* how to overcome this?  (my god who'd a thunk garageband would outbeat Audition in this way. Considering Adobe talks a lot about 'creators' I'm surprised that there is no basic function for export/import of metadata, which is key to creators getting credit for their work and royalties in this digital age.  Copying and pasting from the 6 metadata tabs is a lot of manual work but is the only current workaround that Adobe is able to provide. I was surprised that metada doesn't exist in a text based file, but is included in the audtion file itself. It's impossible to extract. Wouldn't metadata be considered xml? It seems that it would lend itself to export more, even, than markers and other objects which ARE exportable. Was there a reason this was developed this way?  I'm not sure if this is an idea or a bug. I'll be polite and put it in the idea section. Thank you.

Hi,   Would it be possible to get some kind of online environment or space in which you can record small live jam sessions or a virtual music-studio Session with several musicians directly to Adobe Audition or Premiere or some kind of "Online Studio". The goal is to then be able to record and edit the individual tracks either together or separately and prepare them for a master mix. Similar approaches, although often without DAW integration, include Jamulus, JamKazam, JackTrip, SuperConductor, etc.The challenge here will be to achieve the most accurate, or at least good, real-time recording possible without any noticeable delay, as well as the integration of webcams.  

Why can't you merge clips in different tracks with only one command? I don't mean mixing different tracks into a new file. What I mean is, for instance, I have two clips in each track and I want to make it one single merged clip in each track. If I select them all and hit Ctrl+K, Audition says it's not able to merge clips not in the same track. I have to make a selection in a single track, merge it and then move to next track and so on. That's annoying. I don't want to merge clips vertically, I want to select clips and merge them horizontally regardless of how many track I select. Is there already a way to do that? If not, there should be.

Alright, I love the enhance speech beta app, but I don't understand why it is not part of audition. And why paying members of creative cloud do not get more hours to upload and size of files? Enhance speech is fantastic; it saves me a lot of time, even though I am somewhat familiar with audition.. Idea: make enhance speech beta part of audition asap, or give paying cc members more extended/more extensive rights. And make this routine custom for future test projects.

Hey Adobe Community,  A random thought came across my mind when I was editing a podcast, and I was curious to see everyone's thoughts on this. Do you think Adobe would ever consider implementing the Enhanced Speech function into Audition (From Adobe Podcast)? I know Audition already has a vast library of effects to get the job done with out Enhanced Speech, but I think it would be a nice addition if they ever chose to integrate that AI tool within the software. I've been using the desktop version of Enhanced Speech for a while now, and I think it works great for my day-to-day workflow. I know Adobe's going heavy on AI capabilities with their other apps in the space, but I feel like Auditions get left out of that conversation. I know for sure I would gain value out of that integration, and skipping the step of going to my web broswer to upload audio and repeat that process would be a nice.  Side note: I'm not sure if Audition has that function already built into

Premiere Pro’s ability to automatically align these clips based on waveform similarity is a huge time-saver, but having to jump between Premiere and Audition just to sync audio feels unnecessarily complex for a workflow that’s purely sound-based.Audition is a powerful tool for mixing, mastering, and cleaning audio, but the lack of native multi-clip synchronization means we’re forced into a workaround that should be built into the platform. As a music producer and audio editor, I often boost bass and intentionally allow clipping (especially on drums and kicks) to achieve punchy, loud mixes. However, Adobe Audition currently lacks an easy way to *visually identify clipped samples directly on the waveform*—unlike Audacity, which marks clipped peaks in red (Show Clipping Visually).This feature is critical because:- It helps me *see exactly where clipping occurs*, enabling me to control and preserve dynamic energy without over-limiting.- It avoids over-normalization, which can result in inconsistent loudness across a track.- It enhances precision in mixing workflows, especially for genres relying on intentional clipping for impact (e.g., hip-hop, EDM, bass-heavy tracks).A waveform overlay marking clipped regions (0 dBFS) would be immensely helpful. Please consider adding this feature to Audition's waveform view.

I am dreaming of having this kind of tool in Essential Tool panel or as an "effect". There's millions of us editing podcasts with Audition and one of the most boring and time consuming tasks is to remove the uhmms and aaahhs one by one in the waveform view. Please see how they do it as Descript. It first creates a transcript of the entire interview and therefore it can highlights any filler words that we can then remove automatically in a just few clicks. It's pretty great right? Yet pretty simple.I wish that Audition aligns with what's being made this year and it's all about AI. I hope you make my dream come true. Thank you for your great work,

I've been looking all over for some kind of discussion/solution and can find nothig.It's really simple. I have a bunch of 15 year old video transfers from VHS tapes, and they are full of wow (and possibly flutter - but deffo wow). It's not music just spoken word.How do I use Audition to sort them out. Chris

I have a view different Adobe Audition files that I use on a very regular basis. Being able to PIN them to either the OPEN or OPEN RECENT menus or the toolbar (like we can in almost any other file-producing software out there) would be a real time-saver. Pretty please. 

I'd like the shuttle to work like Premiere Pro's that doesn't change the pitch when I speed up the audio playback. This would help me edit so much faster.
