 I can't edit/finish this smart collection because the UI won't stretch propertly with added criteria. 

PLEASE.My computer runs in Ventura 13.4I cannot see the thumbnails video mp4 on Bridge 2023 library.Any suggestion?

I've read many posts about metadata on these forums but no concise answer.  Why is the metadata held in the file not displayed or imported in the corresponding fields in Bridge?  I can see the data held in the files with many other applications but not in Bridge.  What's the deal? I'm using the latest version of Bridge and the files in question are JPGs. TIA

I can't go backwards from my present folder to the one I opened before with the mouse back button. This was not a problem with Bridge 12.  

Hi, I am fairly new to Bridge scripting and look for some pointersa) can I hide specific files from the images panel (specifically backup files named like original-001.ai)b) is it possible to call a script when a file is deleted or moved (by dragging to a folder or via the move dialogue). The intention is to delete said backup files on a delete or to offer to move or delete them when the original is moved

This is new, and I think is a bug: when resetting my workspace, it ALSO goes back to the folder that was open when the workspace was being set. That's nuts. IF this is a new "feature," at the very least, please allow this to be an option, like previous versions of bridge had the option of "save sort order with workspace." There needs to be an option for "save folder with workspace." Neither option seems to exist anyore...or am I missing something? See attached video.

Hi there-  My Bridge (CC 2023) appearance suddenly changed (I'm sure I pushed something) and I wanted it back to the original display. I tried several suggestions and eventually just reset to default settings by holding the option key will opening Bridge and now all of my photos are gone. Any idea where they are and how I can recover them?  HELP!!!Thank you!

Macbook Pro 2020Ventura 13.4.1 Bridge cc 13.0.3 (up to date) 2023. I checked the preferences on the computer (allow full access to disk and files/folders), did the reset as suggested (Command, Option, Shift), reinstalled Bridge, clicked restore under theView tab - no thumbnails.  The folders are all listed on the side - same as they are listed in finder - but when I click on them, there are no files/photos and no thumbnails. (see below)The files are still on the computer and I can "open with photoshop" to access any of them from finder.  A quick note - I save photos/files to my computer, not to the cloud. A couple of peculiarities:  The thumbnail option under the View tab is greyed out (see below), and I cannot move a jpg from my desk top into Bridge (I get the circle with slash prohibiting the action).  Normally I can just drop it in. I'm at a loss.

For the life of me I can´t figure this out. Can anyone tell me how this is supposed to be done.Let´s say I am comparing two or more photos in light table or preview mode. When I click each one on the light table, the stars under the photo get brighter indicating that this photo is selected. How ever, if I want to rate this photo or say give it a yellow color, that star rating or the yellow tag comes to all of the chosen photos.Is there any way to give the rating just for one photo?It´s quite difficult to go and choose that photo separately from the library, because the light table shows the photos in the order that they were chosen. So the first photo on the light table isn´t always the first photo in the library. And anyways, doing that is just clicks that shouldn´t be needed. Why can´t I just compare the photos in a light table view and click the one that I want (as I said, it gets brighter, indicating that it is active/chosen) and the give a star rating and/or a color to that p

Hello,I have installed Bridge on a Desktop PC with Windows 11 Pro (Version 10.0.22621) and ATI Radeon HD 6450 Graphics.When starting Bridge, it shows an empty error message and after confirmation, there is no reaction in Bridge.Task Manager shows status "inactive" for Bridge. Bridge is installed in Version 13.0.2I have uninstalled and reinstalled through Creative Cloud.I have even tried Bridge Beta version but with no effects - same issue. Is there a way to at least debug the error message in order to know what the issue is?Thanks in advance

I adjust a NEF file in Camera RAW in Bridge, and instead of hitting "SAVE" I hit "OPEN" and nothing happens. .  it is supposed to open the file in Photoshop. .  so my workaround is to save the file then open in Photoshop. . can anyone suggest why "OPEN" may not work?

creating a contact sheet in bridge takes too long. After more than an hour, the progress is the same. I have about 1k shots that I want to export as a contact sheet. I tried to reduce the quality in the export setting, but it works only with the lowest resolution, which is unacceptable to me. I am using MacBook pro M1   

Minor issue when opening file in Camera Raw from Bridge:- Double Click image in Bridge launches Camera Raw with dark (default) interface color, possibly other changed settings?- Comm-O, or drag image to PS icon launches Camera Raw with my custom interface color.Not really important what the Camera Raw interface is, and either way it is still the current update for Camera Raw 15.4.0.1508But I do wonder if there are any other settings differences with the iterations of Camera raw, and why they would differ due to the launch command.This is not a new issue, but persists with recent PS/CR updates. Double click file in Bridge summons this Camera Raw Interface (possible other settings?)  Command-O, or drag file to PS icon results in this Camera Raw interface color

Hello everyone, how can I change the zoom setting in Bridge for the full screen preview? When I press the space bar it goes directly to 800% which is obviously useless. How can I bring it back to the 100% from CS6? Thanks in advance  

I am attempting to export images without metadata that are resized to Long Edge 3840. If I export with the Meta Off profile, as is, the Camera Data (Exif) is empty. If I make a copy of the Meta Off profile and change the copied profile to export with Long Edge as 3480 (and Don't Enlarge checked), the Camera Data (Exif) is included in the exported JPEG. The only solution I have found that works to both resize and remove the camera data is to export the image twice, once full size (no camera data) and then resized to 3480. While this works, it wastes a lot of time and disk space to have to do this twice. There appears to be a bug that causes export to skip removing the Camera Data (Exif) if you resize. I wish Adobe would fix this.

I see posts about this going back a few years but no concrete solutions. Neither the "stable" or beta version of Bridge will recognize that a CFE reader is attached, Win 10 and 11. Either version of Bridge will display the contents of the CFE card via the reader but the downloader does not recognize that the CFE card is attached--Schroedinger's CFE card reader Adobe style. Windows Explorer obviously can read and display the images via the CFE card reader. For years bridge has not been able to display thumbnails of NEF files from any XQD card reader (3) I've tried, just generic icons, both Win 10 and 11, while File Explorer displays thumbnails. Curiously the downloader can display thumbnails of NEF files on SD cards using the same readers. So as much as Adobe deserves praise for new AI processes in PS it is frustrating that the same bugs persist year in and year out in what should be easy, bullet proof functions: if File Explorer can access a card reader the Adobe photo downloader shoul

I have been looking at some of my old entries in Bridge and noticed that in some folders there is a lock icon in the top right corner of the icons. What does this mean?

I'm having trouble increasing the size of thumbnails in Bridge 2023. It also isn't increasing the size of the thumbnail when I press the spacebar to see it in fullscreen. Anyone else having this issue and found a fix?

I just installed Bridge CC 2019 yesterday on MacOS Sierra. On local and Network drive files, the option to perform an EDIT -> Cut the file is greyed out. Command + X doesn't work either. I can only Copy and Paste. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, didn't work. I tried running Bridge 2018 separarely on my MacOS system, and the file cut function works as is it's supposed to. It also works on my Bridge CC 2019 on Windows 10 system as it should, so this is really limited to my install of Bridge 2019 on my iMac. Anyone else having this issue or facing this problem?

I have images from various collections (123456 and 12222 in this case)I need to rearrange photos in each collection and change the sequence123456_1123456_2123456_3 (I want this to be first for this collection)122222_1122222_2122222_3 (I want this to be first for this collection)Is there a way to do this in few step?I can rearrange for each collection but doing this way takes too long. 

I just updated to Bridge version 12.0.2.252. When I view a slideslide show, the name of the image is not displayed. Earlier versions always displayed the image's file name. I can't find any option that allows the file name to be shown. How can this be done? I like to use Bridge slideshows to cull through the images, but doing so is very cumbersome if the image's file name isn't displayed.
