Bridge

Toutes mes photos ont une liste de métadonnées, que j'utilise quotidiennement depuis plus de 6 mois pour retrouver des visuels répondant à certaines métadonnées. Depuis jeudi dernier 1er juin, la recherche avancée ne fonctionne plus. Même si je rentre 1 seule métadonnée à trouver dans un dossier, Bridge ne trouve rien "aucun élément".

Bridge 13.0.3 on iMac, latest OS.  Everything below is not normal at all for bridge; I use it a lot and am familiar with normal behavor, at least with Bridge 2022 and earlier.  These instances are random but typify what happens every 5 minutes or so while using bridge. 30 seconds to switch from filmstrip to essentials10-20 seconds to return from ACR to bridge30 sec to to move 3 images to the right in essentials10 sec to open a raw file after dble clk20 sec to move to new image after keywording an image Is there something I can do to stop these delays?>?Or is it inherent in your software?

Photoshop CC is currently busy with another task. Please finish that task in PS - open the document you want to place into and try again ..I receive this message frequently ... Is there a solution?

The magnifying glass tool screws up the part of the image I want to see. What can I do to prevent/solve this?

The Filter Panel won't display all selected filters. Some like "Labels" "Ratings" "File Type" "Keywords" won't show up on the panel at all. I use to use the "File Type" filter alot but now can't use it at all. Anyone know how I can fix this? Bridge 2023 v13.03.693

Sometimes a client, one in a hundred, complains my photos are over saturated and over contrasted. They certainly are looking at the photos in a deffective monitor. But after a few updates ago when I open Bridge I see my images as I just described, over saturated, specially yellows and reds, and with a stronger contrast. After a few seconds all images turn to normal and the original colors are set. In Photoshop, ACR or even in the internet, as Instagram or Youtube, I never see this color distortion.My adobe programs are set in Bridge for Adobe RGB and Fogra CMYK. My Benq Pro monitor is properly calibrated.My question is: where is this color distortion coming from and why does it happen on the first seconds after opening Bridge?

Hi,  Photoshop Missing From Tools in Bridge and Missing from Start Up Scripts.  I wanted to try the latest version of Photoshop the beta version, I then decided to revert to version 2023. To do this I uninstalled the beta. Then I realised that Photoshop was no longer in Bridge. I connected with customer services who remote accessed my windows 10 pc, after 45 mins of tinkering the agent couldn't find a soluction. He told me he'd call me back and didn't.  I have tried to go to an earlier version of Bridge, this hasn't worked either.  Adobe customer services have now closed my ticket on this issue depsite my efforts to keep the ticket open.  I guess the next thing is to uninstall photoshop and then have to go through adding all my actions again and preferrences?  In the bridge start up application window Photoshop is not in there, nor are any other programs.

Bridge 2023, v. 13.0.3, on Mac desktop with Ventura and M1 chip.  Bridge freezes when I open a folder labeled Portrait Various.  The folder opens, the icons populate and then the spinning beachball appears and I must force quit that folder.  It is only that one folder that appears buggy.  I now must get images from that folder outside of Bridge, that's my workaround. Any help from Adobe or others who have solved the problem?

When working with the brush tool in Camera Raw: I make adjustments, then zoom in or out. Boom, I can't use the brush tool any more. I just get the "hand" (move tool). I have found that if I click "K" 4 times (to get out of the brush tool and back twice) the brush is finally available but now I am out of the adjustment I was working on. So now I have to find the correct pin to get back to my adjustment. This is adding SO many more steps and is so agrivating. It started a couple of months ago after an "upgrade". HELP!

Photographs are no longer rated. It happened all of a sudden, I was selecting photos and the ratings simply stopped being affixed. Photos that have been rated cannot be rated. Renaming the folder with photos, it did not help. I opened it in different versions of Bridge, it didn't help either.

I can no longer, as of yesterday, resize Metadata nor Preview panels in Bridge.  Right and left adjustments work as usual.  I have uninstalled and reinstalled with no change.  Maybe a software glitch or the fault of the operator, I don't know.  

I tried to update Bridge app, but it didn't solve the issue. Any ideas?

even disabling the option in preferences, it keeps asking to compact cache on exit.I don't want to compact cache,why doesn't stop ask?

Dear all, although I'm still able to create keywords (and sub keywords) in Bridge it suddenly seems impossible to add the keywords to files. Also the files appear as "little black boxes" instead of photos (photos appear after clicking on black box). I hope someone has the answer.. Thanks a lot in advance! Cheers. 

The new update of Adobe Bridge 13.0.3.693; still has bugs for entering into the full-screen preview viewing from Spacebar and tends to freeze my desktop on Windows 10. So I have to reboot my PC to clear to this bug for me to be able to move around normally again.

Is there a mapping module in Adobe Bridge?  I see the GPS coordinates in the metadata but would love to be able to search images by Geo, preferably on a map.

Hi!I'm not the most tech savvy so please be patient. I have had issues with Bridge since November 2022, but this month (May 2023) it just freezes the moment I open it. I tried the Adobe Trouble shooting (Ctrl+Alt+Shift) several times without results. I can't purge catche cause I can't press any tabs cause it freezes up. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling, but it was no use. Please help me, I have no idea what to do and I have nobody local to help me out. I love using Bridge for my photos and artworks.I use ThinkPad (I don't know how to see model number cause it's not where my old ThinkPad had it) with Windows 10.

I have wasted numerous hours troubleshooting. Everything Adobe says needs to be updated is updated, including computer OS. I tried to purge, per one human's recommendation, but it won't do that without freezing either. This is worse than worthless. 

I have a few connected HDs on a DAS box. When I select any of my connected external disks nothing happens when clicked from the desktop down arrow. With Bridge it is impossible to open and see what's inside those HDs. This has never happened before and is a bug that is nagging me in the latest versions of Bridge. I have to go to the HDs through myPC and then I can see the content inside the external disks. Don't know why all the HDs appear in the bridge menu both in Desktop and My PC but if I click on them under the Desktop icon nothing happens, they do not open. Only doing so under my PC the HD content becomes visible  

Hi there;   I have been experiencing a recurring problem with Bridge.  It seems that everytime I "stack" thumbnails from a completed project, Bridge randomly "unstacks" them.  This is VERY frustrating when you have thousands of images to work with.  I've noticed other users have been experiencing the same issue.  Any suggestions/fixes?      Thank you.   [Note: I'm a moderator, and I removed your email from this message. Bei CAR geht Die KI / Motivauswahl von Motiven und Objekten seit Update nicht mehr. Immer wird falsch oder gar nicht ausgewählt, bei Objekt auswahl wird nach dem "Pinseln" immer ein Rechteck gezeigt!?!Bridge Version 13.03, PS 24.4
