Hi to all.I'm using bridge un OS X Monterey and i have a problem: when i delete an image then bridge copy the deleted file from the folder in the disk where i saved my pictures to the trash folder located in the system disk so when i need to delete a lot of images (it is common for me to delete 400-500 images from a shooting folder ) i need to wait that bridge copy a lot of data ( each raw of may camera is abut 50 MB ) from the disk where the image folder is located to the system disk trash folderIt is possible to change this behaviour to avoid to wait for the copy of the images from shooting folder disk to the system one?Thanks, Antonio  

I have keywords set up which I have exported to a backup file.My folder contains JPEG images, and the folder is on my laptop within Onedrive. The status is Always Keep on Device for Onedrive.I have entered several meta data such as Title, Description, and ticked keywords.For some images if I tick a keyword it appears in Bridge, and also appears in Keywords column in Windows Explorer when the folder is open in Explorer.Sometimes if I add a Keyword it appears in Bridge, appears in Windows Explorer, then I click a new image, and in Explorer the status for onedrive is showing as being synchronised, then returns to a green tick and onedrive reports the file is uploaded.The keyword is still showing, however a couple of minutes later the keyword disappers from that image both in Bridge and in Windows Explorer.What is going on?

Is anyone having trouble with Bridge not being able to start up at all ?It comes up with an error saying in quit unepectadly, bit it didnt actulayy get to to start up.This is happening with 2021 and 2022 versions, but i have been able to start 2020 version.  Any information would be appreciated.

When I try the open with option in Adobe Bridge 2022, I see multiple choices for the same progam - is there any way to delete these older versions or duplicates? 

I posted in another thread that was similar, but I have some specifics about my problem.  Bridge 12.02 with Win 10.I start Bridge and the folder thumbnails start being generated and refined (2 or 3 passes).  During this time, Bridge eventually closes.  Not sure if this is critical, but the files are on my NAS. I did the whole CAS startup and check all three check boxes.  Didn't help.  Did a reinstall and that didn't help.  FWIW, I have Bridge from CS6 also installed and that works without a problem.  Also, FWIW, when I did the reinstall I first chose to not copy info from the older CS6 version.  This caused a problem where my files on the NAS had a padlock on them and I couldn't open them.  I had encountered this before with the CS6 version and somehow found a solution.  Can't remember what the true fix is, but I re-re-installed 12.0.2 and then said to copy over the preferences from CS6 and the padlocks disappeared.  Still scr

Since last update (12.0.2) Bridge Photodownloader does not download files from SD Card and iPhone; download button remains grey after clicked and download does not start.  Also sometimes the choose destination button remains grey after clicked and no window to choose destination folder appears.  Is this a known issue? Is there a solution availble? any tips? I am running Bridge on a Mac Mini (2018) with macOS 12.3.1 

Is there any way to make Bridge show one of the following image sizes 100, 50, 25, 12.5 percent before or during the slide show?The available settings, Fit to screen and Fit to fill, seem to render images - which look sharp at 100 percent - unsharp.Best,Eigil Skovgaard

Keep getting error in Bridge 12.2: The operation could not be completed. An unknown operating system error has occured.   Ideas?         {Title edited by Moderator}  

I recently formatted and installed a fresh copy of Windows and and all of my Adobe software. When I opened up Geforce Experience I noticed a strange name for Adobe Bridge. "Peculiar Ultra Humongous Cuckoo". Nothing in my adobe profile or software shares this name. Where did it come from? I am in the process of emailing nvidia about it but there initial response is its an Adobe issue. I just wonder where it originated from. Is someone messing with me? It just seems very strange. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.  

Hi Just wondering if anybody else has GeForce Experience (the NVidia app) installed--not that it's really useful for anything expect for skipping a few steps in the Display Driver update process--but wanted to check if anybody else has the same experience:Adobe Bridge shows up as "Peculiar Ultra Humongous Cuckoo". WTFThere's no way to rename it on the app list (I have 3 apps detected by the app; the others are VLC and AutoCAD and they show up fine). I've uninstalled and reinstalled GeForce Experience and the problem is still there. Currently uninstalled Bridge but not yet reinstalled as I have no use for it, really ( I only ever use Photoshop and Acrobat). Is this normal? I've done several passes with Norton and Windows Defender and both come up clean. 

Created many images in photoshop with a transparent background and I'm getting an odd checkered background in the latest verison of Bridge. The files open up fine but, it's a little concerning... so I wanted to see if anyone else has this issue? pic included. Thanks!

Hi all, I recently started working for an interior design company that hires outside photographers to shoot their projects. My job, as a marketing director, is to direct the use of these assets in collateral. I want to use Bridge, and by extension libraries, to categorize these Assets and allow third-party consultants to use our photos as needed. The problem I'm having is that historically these photographers send their assets in a .zip that contains three or four folders with the same photos in the same number of resolutions/file formats. For example, I have a folder for Project A that contains four folders that contain High Res Tif, Medium Res Tif, High Res JPG, and Low Res JPG.  Is there a way for me to simply import all existing project photography into Bridge without creating duplicates? Or will I need to dive into each of these folders and only import the highest resolution images? Thanks all!

When I try to set-up a Smart Collection using Document Type as the Criteria it only displays 3GPP as a choice, there is no pop up menu to choose any other type of file. I've deleted preferences and even reinstalled to try to remedy the issue without success.

Bridge 2020, 2021, or 2022 will not open. I am on a MacBook Air running Catalina.    I have seen this: https://helpx.adobe.com/in/bridge/kb/troubleshoot-errors-freezes-bridge.html BUT it requires Bridge to OPEN in order to try any of the suggestions.    When I click on the app, the icon will appear in the dock and start bouncing, but it never opens - the little dot in the dock never appears, the loading popup screen (with the credits, etc) never appears.. Sometimes I will get a pop-up about loading an extension but whether I select yes or no, nothing happens.    I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling. I've tried turning off Creative Cloud and the security software my employer has installed.      {Thread title edited by moderator}

Hi, All -- I had a power outage and had to repair Bridge.  Everything seems to be working except that Bridge will not accept the move of a PDF file into an image folder.  The green circle with the plus sign appear (working on a Mac), but the PFD file will not move from my desktop into Bridge.  What's up with that?  It always worked before.  Working on Mac Big Sur latest version.

 Is it possible to add labels & star ratings to a number of assets inside adobe bridge, and then access those labels and star ratings on a different computer? Or do you always need access to the hard drive where the files came from since Bridge is not cloud-based? 

When i receive emails (Outlook 2016) i drag and drop e-mails into folders on Adobe Bridge 2020.  I used to be able to click on emails that i have saved in bridge and they would open.  Within the last few weeks emails will not open i get this notification. The command line arguments is not valid. Verify the switch you are using.  Any clues on a fix?  It is really time consuming to have to switch back to email and find, or switch back to explore to open.

HalloMeine Verzweiflung ist gross, denn unser IT Support weiss seit einer Woche auch nicht weiter. Daher hoffe ich auf dringende Hilfe hier. Meine Adobe Programme kommunizieren seit dem Imac Update von Catalina, auf Bis Sur auf Monterey (innert 24h) mit der Raid Festplatte(IB-RD3620SU3) launisch.Heisst 5 Minuten ja, dann nicht mehr = MAC neustart, dann 15 minuten alles ok, = neustart. Dann gar nicht, = neustart, dann wieder für zwei Minuten alles i.O. Es gibt kein erkennbares Muster.  Fehler in Bridge, InDesign, Illustrator etc.Ordner in Bridge werden nur kurz angezeigt dann folgt *keine Elemente*, Dateien lassen sich nicht speichern Meldung *Dokument ist beschädigt*,oder auch Dokument ist zur Zeit von einer anderen Anwendung geöffnet, was nicht stimmt. Auch da ..alles was auf dem MAC ist wird immer stabil angezeigt, problemlos gespeichert und kann ohne zicken bearbeiet werden. Alle Adobe Programme laufen einwandfrei wenn ich nur auf dem Imac arbeite,

can you change which workspaces are shown? I don't use some of the workspaces but find the ones in pull down menu usefull, would love to have access as buttons

I choose one or more photographs, I add the text "bw" in the keyword field, click on some other photo, and the new text is not saved.  I added text a few minutes ago with the same method, and now it doesn't work. Can anyone tell me what I am missing? Thanks, Phil

Is there a way to edit documents in Bridge? I use bridge with Indesign. Currently I replace the documents in Bridge when they are needed to be updated. I do all the creating in Indesign. Is there a better way to do it?

My adobe program suddenly reports an error, and shuts down, in the middle of it all, and the same error comes back constantly, shortly after startup.My program is fully updated
