Bridge

Hallo leider finde ich keine Lösung, da ich auch erst ein komplett neuen Hochleistungs-PC gekauft habe und genügend Arbeitsspeicher vorhanden ist und alles neu installiert wurde.Meine Bridge bleibt immer nur bei der Stapelumbennenung nach der Hälfte hängen und bring alle Dateinummern durcheinander - das ist ein ganz großes Problem und sehr mühseelig das wieder in Ordung zu bringen bei 4000 Bilddaten . Bitte um Hilfe, da ich selbst nicht weß woran es liegen kann.Vielen Dank.

I have adobe DC and I am trying to organize my photos and particular my logo files,  pics for my webpages, blogs, and social media.  On doing a search it said Bridge CC was free and the best.  But I feel overwhelmed looking at this dashboard.  I think I see every folder on my harddrive.  Seems excessive.  I just want to bring my digital pic files..  word doc are showing up.    Why is my whole drive showing up every folder and I have not even selected.  I did not even ask for a search by file type etc.Is this just the intro.  Or this is how it looks like all the time.  Trying not to freak out.  Who do I segrate the files I want to use with the Bridge?Is there some video,  watched one but it did not illustrate the simple tasks  I need this for.Should I be using something else?   As I said,  I am working on mutiple social media, webpages and blogs and  I wanted everything in one place archi

Bridge opens up okay though shows no images

With latest version of Bridge CC, If you have images that you want to export a PDF for and make changes to the external images, Bridge writes out the previous version of the saved image even after you've written over it. If you right click on the image and do a "Purge cache for selection" it updates the image preview in the content tab but still writes the previously saved image out as a PDF. Only after waiting awhile does Bridge finally update the data and write the correct image out as a PDF. The timeframe for waiting can be anywhere from 30 seconds to over a minute. If the changes are minor, it's impossible to really tell when it updates. This has never been a problem before CC. Please fix this issue.

I made a custom contact sheet. I did drag images into the spaces provided within Bridge. I exported to PDF by clicking the button to do so but no images appear in the exported PDF.

I'm using OS El Capitan 10.11.6 with a late 2013 iMac.Recently I somehow managed to lose the Trash icon on Adobe Bridge CC 2018.Can you tell me how to get it back?Thanks!

I am using Photoshop Cs6. I recently downloaded new raw photos and tried to open them. A window appears saying Photoshop cannot open this file, make sure you have the latest updates installed. When I attempt to download latest update thru HELP it indicates that it is searching for updates but never connects, even after an hour or more. Anyone have any ideas?

I am running Mac OS 10.13.4Adobe Photoshop CC 2018 (19.1.3)Adobe Bridge CC 2018 (8.0.1.282)everything is up to date.The issue is, Photoshop and Bridge do not recognize each other to be installed.When I am in Bridge, there is no other software listed in the Tools menu and there is nothing to enable in the startup script.When I am in Photoshop, Browse in Bridge automatically opens the Adobe CC desktop app and scrolls to Bridge for me to install it.I have tried reinstalling Photoshop, reinstalling Bridge, and uninstalling them both and reinstalling them both at the same time.Resetting preferences, clearing Cache Nothing works.I need the batch action option in Bridge to resize and resave images with Photoshop so I don't have to open 30,000 images one by one.Thank you,Cindy

Hi Everything was working absolutely fine, but for some reason (it could be antivirus software) now double clicking on any file in Bridge gives focus to the Photoshop window, but the file is not opened. I've checked Bridge > Preferences > File Associations and everything looks correct. Resetting to defaults does not make any difference. I'm working with Bridge CC 2018 / Photoshop CC 2018 on a retina Mac running High Sierra 10.13.3 using a Wacom pen. Has anyone got a solution please?Many thanks

Got a question...  This issue happens in my CS6 and my CC Photoshop / Bridge. On certain times when I download raw files and then  go to bridge, instead of seeing a small version of the photos for that entire date, all the raw photos will only show the raw icon (not sure what to call it). When I click on any of them, it says camera raw cannot open this file. But for most of the other shooting dates, my raw photos can be seen and they open up just fine in ACR. Please see my scan below to understand what I'm seeing when this issue shows up.  This problem just started about a week ago. What is happening to cause this issue and how do I fix it ?  Thanks.

Hello,I have hundreds of photos which I need to change from (most of them) RBG to Grayscale and I want this change permanent and replace the original photos.  Also, they are all placed in individual folders...  so let's say 600 photos scattered among 100 folders.  I would like to open them all, change to greyscale and replace the originals.  Is this possible?

When a thumbnail is selected in Bridge, I usually hit the spacebar to see a full screen preview. With the latest version of Bridge, this no longer works. When I hit the spacebar, nothing happens. When I look in the menu under View, the option Full Screen Preview is greyed out.What's going on?Thank you for your help.Marsel

When copying to a folder in JPG format, how do you copy the raw format to the folder?

Hi,I use lightroom cc classic and bridge in parallel and have configured both products to make use of sidecar files so changes are reflected in the other product.Recently I tried the feature "Adjust Luminance by dragging in the picture" ("HSL / Color" tab) in lightroom classic and reduced the luminance of a blue sky.Back in bridge the preview now looks as if it was color reduced to 32 colors or so:In lightroom it looks as expected.Are previews mangled somehow in bridge and can that be configured (did not find any option for that).REgards,Stephan

Hi allHas anybody written a script or can point me in the direction of a script that will look at an image, and either tag/highlight or move that image if it has a Photoshop path (a work or saved path) and on multiple image types (.eps, .jpg)I'm sure this topic has been discussed, as I have seen a few posts, but I can't find a resolute answer. I have seen & tried to run a few scripts with little success (one was through Bridge)For us non-scripters out there, If I copy lines of code from this forum-I'm not even sure how to correctly save it.thanks in advance for any help.Dave

I recently updated camera raw and a few other programs as recommended by Creative Cloud, but right after I updated my settings in Camera Raw were not showing up under the Develop Settings features. Then I opened camera raw and they were not there either. I could load them and I could save them, but they were not showing up under the menu, so applying them has become a real hassle. Please fix this because I absolutely hate Lightroom and I want to continue using my camera raw workflow. Please fix what you broke with the latest camera raw update.

I did reboot of computer, still get this 10 sec delay from when I click keyboard to when image goes away. Any ideas? I'm on a new 27" imac.

I am using the latest version of Adobe Bridge v8.0.1.282 x64, and like all previous versions the Bridge Downloader will lockup on any SD card that has more than about 2500-3000 files on it.  You have to split those files over 2 USB drives to downloader to get the photos without locking up.Is there any workaround for this?  If you delete the file count down to something under approx 2800 or so it works fine.  the files on the SD card are all fine, they can be copied to other devices without issue.   The USB drives and the SD card all use exFat file system.It's CLEARLY a bug in the bridge downloader itself, it works fine as long as the file count remains below a certain threshold and will ALWAYS lockup when the file count is above a certain threshold, approx 2800-3000 files.I know for sure SD cards with 2500 files on them work, and those with 4500 files will NOT download.Any fix or workaround other than the time consuming process of splitting the files across 2 d

Bonjour, Avec photo élément organizer, je pouvais repérer les doublons avec une fonctionnalité qui classait les photos par % de ressemblance. Est-ce que cette fonctionnalité existe avec Bridge ? De même, la fonction de regroupement par ressemblance des visages est-celle présente dans Bridge ?Je suis un peu néophyte, et le programme bride et Photoshop sont complexe pour moi !! Given the "Open With>" dropdown in Bridge, one would assume it is possible to add external editors beyond the default Photoshop. But I don't find any means to do so. Is it possible, and, if so, how is it done?
