Hi,need urgent some help. After the latest camera raw and photoshop update I can't open my previously working cr2 files of my canon mk4.I can't even see the preview. So I started shooting with cr2 and jpg only to see the preview of jpg files.When I try to open the jpg file from the flashcard of the cam it appears "file can not be found"And yes, I have already reseted my old preferences of photoshop according to the instruction.

Hi,We recently updated from Adobe Bridge CC 2015 to 2017 and since the upgrade Bridge has become completely unusable.It was a completely fresh reinstall of the entire CC suite.Every other application works fine just Bridge that is constantly becoming unresponsive.Usually this happens from the start of opening the application, it will freeze straight away for anywhere between 10 seconds to a few minutes.When it becomes responsive again as soon as we click on anything (New Folder for Navigation or Options menu) it will freeze straight away again.We have use a network drive for all files that are accessed and I believed that to be part of the problem however this never happened with previous version of Bridge.We have manually cached the entire area that is accessed on a daily basis but this has not helped at all.Troubleshoot Adobe Bridge for errors and freezes I have tried all steps in the above link and this didn't improve performance at all.We also used Procmon (SysInternals) to monitor

I installed Adobe Bridge CC 2018 this morning. This new version of Bridge no longer allows me to make contact sheet pdfs. I tried installing the Adobe Output Module from this page:How to install Adobe Output Module in Bridge CC 2017Although I now have the panel to create the pdfs, nothing happens when I click the Export to PDF button. The module did say it was for the 2017 version. Does it not work for the 2018? If not, does any one know if Adobe will provide one? If not, is there another way to make contact sheets from Bridge?Thanks in advance.

Hi, I was a big fan, and frequent user, of Contact Sheet II in Bridge/Photoshop CS5 and previous versions. It gave me the option to create a page header, and it combined multi-page PDFs automatically into one document. Since "upgrading" to CS6 these Contact Sheet features no longer exist, and because I have hundreds of photos I need to create contact sheets for - I need to find a solution. What are you using to replace the formerly glorious Bridge/Photoshop Contact Sheets? Or, if Adobe has come to their senses, how do I go about fixing this problem on my installation?I look forward to your response!

My mouse scroll wheel no longer works in Bridge CC  it had however worked in CS6.  So now I'm unable to scroll quickly using my mouse scroll wheel while hovered over the folder's content area.  Please help is there a fix to this or an option I need checked somewhere??

I have downloaded the output files and added them in in the correct places but the output option is blank. I tried to delete and reinstall Bridge and reinstall the output files but nothing makes a differencePlease help

Just jumped back onto bridge for the first time in a while. I noticed that the scrolling was really laggy and with no inertia, making it look to my client that i had an underperforming computer, very unprofessional. Also, the app doesn't seem to abide by Mac OS's guidelines for scrolling, in that you can't scroll the window when the app isn't in focus. For a file browser it's not really acceptable imo, I need to be able to browse file names and details while i have a note taking window open etc. The fullscreen button also doesn't follow system behaviour circa 2013. Is this on the radar? Seems like a really useful app otherwise, but your audience make their bread and butter off polish and attention the details. Thats what we trade in. I'd really expect tighter fit and finish on these apps.

Help!!! I need output back in my Bridge.

We have just switched to Windows 10 using Bridge 2017. At start up I build tools in the tool pallet that run fine. However when the button is pressed in that pallet it takes over a minute for it to open. We have played around a little with changing the directory of where it points too with no success. I am not sure of the root of my problem. All I do know is the biggest factor was the OS change. On Mac it runs fine. I don't get errrors just over a minute of down time.I would appreciate anything that would lead me in the right direction.Thanks Brett G.

I did my culling and editing in lightroom, then during export, the external drive somehow disconnected out of the blue.    Upon opening Bridge to see where the export left off, I discovered the the folder is now EMPTY.  I've purged cache, updated Bridge and searched online for answers - finding nothing.  PLEASE HELP.  I can't find a phone number for adobe and don't know what to do.****If I open my drive in finder and click on the folder - files are there.  NOT VISIBLE IN BRIDGE.Also, in LR, if I 'search for missing files' - it brings up my exported jpeg edited version in a different folder that I exported them too ....no sign of the RAW files.

I have followed all the directions from Adobe.  I updated Bridge.  I found the extensions folder.  I moved the folders into the right places.  No output module showing.I went back to the path to check that everything was where it belonged, but now the Extensions folder is missing. What now?

Big Problem just started today. Oct 21 2017. Running Mac Pro Yosemite 10.10.5 EVERYTHING was fine in Bridge until today and I can't make it work. thumbnails load VERY slowly - NONE of the raw file thumbnails are showing the edit or crop icons (NONE meaning in all my folders ranging back to 2014 for any of my Canon raw files - 1Dx, 5DsR, 5d3 5d2) and none of the thumbnails sow any of the corrections (tens of 1000's of files) ... BUT ALL TEH FOLDERS have all the .xmp files in place with teh origianl raw files. Vertical (portrait) shots started truning horizontal in the thumbnails, then turned back to vertical when I launched Bridge again.When I open a folder to view the files within, the thumbs show and then go blank and Bridge begins building previews. With no xmp corrections. Camera Raw Preferences will not open. Regular Bridge preferences opens but NOT the Camera Raw Preferences. Its as if the camera raw moduel is missing.I have not done anything different from 3 days ago when I last

Hi thereAfter updating to 2018 my Mac extended keyboard forward and backward arrows are not working. Also, it seems that most of the menus are greyed out; creating a stack, choosing workspace, develop settings and many others. I am on MacPro Siera 10.12.3.

I can't click any directories on the left hand side of bridge. Restarting etc do not work, mouse functionality is overall broken.

The question says it all. 🙂Actually besides the answer to that I wouldn't mind if someone sent me a link to see the difference between the 2 as well.

Hi, I don’t understand what is happening, every time I open Bridge, it crashes!The first time that happened appeared a window that provides a text… something about the bridge’s cache. So I tried to clear the cache and then I updated Bridge but it’s still not working.Seriously, what do I do? It’s very urgent, I can’t work…Thank you very much!Carola

Hi,I have a 21.5" Mid 2011 iMac that I want to install Bridge on.  I noticed that in the minimum system requirements, it says "1024x768 display with 16-bit color and 512 MB of VRAM" is required.  I know my GPU has 512 MB of VRAM, but I can't find anything on 16 bit color.  Does my iMac support 16 bit color?  If not, can I still use Adobe Bridge?  Thanks.

On my laptop when I am deleting (red) or saving (yellow) on the left side of the screen it shows how many are in each category.  Then when I click on the delete box...that's what's deleted.  On my desktop, I went through a folder of 500 images...deleted what I did not want but could not see a panel on the left side showing unlabeled ...favorites or deletes.  Where is this and why are the two screens different.  Both have been updated

I have the latest version of Bridge and, to my astonishment, Output is STILL missing. Didn't this get figured out three or four years ago? I still have to add it back? What is Adobe's problem here? I know they are a monopoly and don't really have to fix anything, but this is an egregious omission even in that context. Will it ever just be a part of Bridge again at some point?
