Adobe Stock does not indicate the number of purchased credits, which is unfriendly.This type of sales method is illegal in Japan.The number of credits required to purchase each asset should be clearly stated on the website or Help.

The asset in question is 625062663, I downloaded it because the thumbnail looks ok, however upon opening the .ai file I can now see the image very poor quality and cannot be used in my project. I'm afraid the misleading thumbnail will cause other users the same problem, I had, please remove the asset from the library.  Here is a closeup of the asset: 

Dear Adobe Support,I am currently encountering issues with my Adobe Stock account. Although I have an Adobe Enterprise version provided by my university, which previously allowed me unlimited access to Adobe Stock, I am now unable to download any assets. Hi, I am new to Adobe Stock and was browsing to add images to my library. Unfortunately, while searching, I mistakenly clicked on the icon to license picture #235618788 instead of viewing its details. Can this picture be unlicensed, considering I have not downloaded it? Hi  I am trying to understand why the search engine returns a different number of images depending on the order in which the keywords are entered. If I search for "england cottage" I get 27,613 images, AND If I search "cottage england I get 27,613 images If I search "english cottage" I get 1,282,804 images returned, BUT If I search "cottage english" I only get 23,924 Any ideas why?   [Moderator moved the thread to the correct forum]

If I try saving a stock image in my Library, it gives me error: Something went wrong. The action could not be completed. (Red snackbar error screenshot attached). If I try accessing my libraries of stock images, I get an error for that too (screenshot attached).

I'm familar with downloading stock images and familiar with how purchased apps work within Adobe. But, my purchase of Adobe Stock has been a challenge these last two weeks!!! Our Admin purchased the Stock app for my Adobe login.  However, we were unable to figure how to access the paid versopm, we could only access the unpaid version.  I searched my Adobe login to figure out how to access the Stock addition assigned to my account. Our Admin reached back out to Adobe for additional support which didn't deliver us to the paid version. We have a shared library of bought images in our team plan. Lately the images will appear several times in the library, and sometimes the unlisenced images still stay there after purchase. The software used doesn't make difference, the same situation appears in whole team in all used softwares. Can this bug please be fixed? 

Yesterday my team was able to download images from Adobe Stock within our Pro team plan. This includes unlimited Adobe Stock images. Today, when I go to Adobe Stock I have to buy an image rather than having a download option. We have not changed our plan and each user is under the team organization. 

Hello, I'm trying to add a solid color background in Illustrator to image 541121258 – I have downloaded the transparent PNG but unfortunately the edges of the illustration are jagged. Why is this not available as vector? I may have to go back to the client and choose a different image. See screenshot attached.

Ich hab die Lizenz für Datei Nr. 178849870 erworben. In der Bibliothek wird mir die richtige Datei angezeigt, sobald ich sie öffne, ist es eine komplett andere (siehe Bilder). 

The answer is not to tag or exclude AI images from searches; the answer is to review images before they are posted. Have a look at #583461015. Hello, I always have the same error message when I want to take an image from Adobe Stock. test on several PCs and several browsersThx a lot .

Dieses Bild habe ich gerade bei Stock gekauft. Es ist nur ein Ausschnitt davon, aber man sieht, wo das Problem liegt. Es soll eine Photovoltaik-Anlage auf einem Dach zeigen und es handelt sich nicht um eine Zeichnung, sondern, um ein reales Foto. Wieso kann man nicht warten, bis die Technik ausgereift ist, bevor man das Netz mit so einem billigen Schund überschwemmt und wieso gibt es bei Adobe keine Qualitätssicherung. Das ist ja schon fast Betrug.    

Download speeds extremely slow for stock images (3kb/sec or less) and frequently "time out." Having difficulty even downloading one image of 5MB.

I download the #432090903 .ai file for the vector but the file is just a jpg saved as an .ai.   Please fix that download so I can have the vector I need for a logo.

Hello, It seems that Adobe Stock might be currently experiencing an issue with licensing assets from a user's library. I am currently unable to license any assets that I saved to my library. In addition, earlier today, when I went to my License History, I received an error message (see attached screenshot). Is there a way I can fix this issue on my end and continue to license the items in my library or is this a system's issue? 

i have the adobe stock since 2019. i never have encountered such a situation but i read that it happened ately this. i have 320 available credits, i can ,,buy,, the credetials for the photo and all stops there. i cannot downlaod it in my computer like i did before. Here is a list of the things I've tried:Cleared browser history, cache, cookies, Logged out and back into adobe account Tried using chrome and safariTried on a different computer (same network)Tried on a completely different network  does anyone experience this also? i am 100% sure is not the problem fro my side but from Adobe. can anyone recommend another site for photos like adobe? i am seriously thinking to give up this subscription because im working on a tight scheduled project and i really cannot experience such flaws in my work.  

I'm new to Stock.. I clicked on the License button assuming it would give you the details about the license... nope it'd downloaded and licensed the photo #423534119 which is of no use to me. there is no FAQ's or Guide about licenses at first level information apparent in the interface. You have to click through many layers to get to the specifics about the licenses.  I appreciate the minimal design, but.... learn by error is a little frustrating.

Hi there—I just accidentally downloaded an unwanted image on my account. Is it possible to cancel that?

Hello everyone,I bought the following Video: https://stock.adobe.com/de/video/animation-loop-of-a-burnt-forest-releasing-carbon-dioxide-on-black-background-with-alpha-channel/420553625  After the download i can open it in Quicktime, but the Video is blank - even though the file is 380mb big. Importing it to davinci gives me a weird error --> Media Offline. Importing it in media encoder shows a green screen (corrupt file, i guess). Only VLC-Media playser shows the correct video in playback, but that doesnt help me getting the video into davinci. I guess it is some type of container-codec problem. Does anybody have an answer? And Yes, i know that screencapture is a possible solution, but i payed 95 Credits for a ten second video and I expect it to work. 

This is the third day in a row I'm running into issues on the Stock Website. If I go to my libraries there is an issue and nothing will load. I can see my libraries and all assets in the apps, but just not online. Anyone else getting this issue?
