When I trial to export my file, always show” We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon.” all day. I trial restart my phone and the program but now I still can’t export.

I’m very disappointed in your A.I. feature. I give very detailed descriptions, and half the time it generates the exact opposite of what I ask for. I ask for a male character, and get a female one, I ask for a clean shaven man, you generate a bearded one. I can’t create exciting sci Fi scenarios, because weapons are against your guidelines, and apparently so is the word alien. I understand the need for inclusion, and safety, but it’s very annoying.

When exporting, the PNG download signficiantly loses quality, appearing grainy and low-resoloution.

Hi, I have uploaded two fonts at the same time and it has uploaded the same font twice but named it incorrectly.. So I am now unable to upload the actual font needed due to the name already being taken by the corrupt font which uploaded incorrectly. Any help removing / fixing this font would be a huge help (and remove my need for using Canva still). 

I used the new presentation tool to give a talk a few weeks ago and it looked great, and loved using the timeline to animate! I just found a small display bug that didn't used to be there. I imported some black and white bitmap illustrations I'd made previously, knocked out the white background in Express, then made faux dropshadows by duplicating the images, adding blur and adding transparency to the black blurred image to look like a shadow. The blurred and knocked-out images are now displaying as ghosted white transparent boxes and the images don't display correctly ('faux' dropshadows are gone, replaced by white boxes). See screenshots -- I added some older screenshots of the original created a few weeks ago so you can see how it used to look.

I uploaded a video file (mp4) to my project what plays fine in Quicktime and played fine in Adobe Express when I uploaded a previous project. However, the video now freezes halfway through. at first the audio continued to play, but now both the video and audio freeze. I have tried re-uploading the file but it still won't work. Any ideas?

I have a TV radio program where each week I made images for each episode like I've done for over 3 years. however, this morning the REPLACE feature in Adobe Express is NOT WORKING! need to get these locked and loaded for all the 20 TV platforms NOW! Please fix!! it's the bottom right feature between TRANSFORM and DELETE buttons. REPLACE icon does not work at all. I'm trying to replace another picutre in my image. I have many to make. need fixed asap!

Ich habe mit dem Programm einiges erarbeitet, kann aber die Arbeitsergebnisse nicht herunterladen. Über lange Zeit kam der Hinweis 'Wir arbeiten an Deiner Datei', inzwischen ist der Buttom 'Herunterladen' aber nicht einmal mehr beschriftet und absolut inaktiv. Was ist los??? Das ist alles ausgesprochen ärgerlich....

Its keeps outlining older images and not maching the image uploaded. Its messing up the image compleately
