When I upload a PSD, each layer or element automatically gets a white background, rendering the upload from PSD useless because I can't use it anyway. Some PSD works but most of the time the same problem occurs.

Yet again there is an issue with uploading to instagram. It keeps saying the token needs to be refreshed but it on the connections it is fine. This is causing real problems and wasting so much time. Please help Adobe!!!

I selected multiple projects to move to a folder and clicked the Move button given on the lower screen when selecting multiples. It failed to work. It did not move anything.

Dear Adobe Express Team, I have been a regular user of Adobe Express to create media for my social media accounts. However, since the recent update, the new version has become too resource-intensive for my iPhone and my internet connection, rendering it unusable. I would like to know if there is a lighter version of Adobe Express available that I can use without experiencing these performance issues. If not, I kindly request that you consider optimizing the app to cater to users with limited device capabilities and slower internet connections. Thank you for your attention to this matter. why is the replace image icon missing? It was there a few weeks ago. Also the resizing or replacing grid images not working. Can't copy/paste an image and paste on another page. See red arrow. Missing features!

いつもお世話になっております。現在AdobeExpressを使用させていただき、インスタグラムのフィード投稿やストーリーズ投稿などを制作し、インスタグラムんのアカウントと連携して予約投稿を行なっておりましたが、ここ5日ほど連続して予約投稿ができない状態です。メールで「予約投稿ができませんでした」と送られてくるので、その都度、トークンを更新、再投稿をしますがやはり投稿ができません。一度ログアウトして入り直しても予約投稿ができません。別のブラウザを使用してトークンを更新してもやはり投稿ができませんでした。 今までも何回か予約投稿ができない時がありましたが、次の日に同じようにトークンを更新して投稿をすると投稿ができるようになっていましたが、今現在では全く予約投稿ができない状態です。 これは何が原因なのでしょうか？ 予約投稿ではないインスタグラムのストーリーズなどは「今すぐに投稿する」で投稿ができます。 予約投稿だけができない状態です。 解決策をご教示いただきたいのと、次にまた予約投稿ができなかった場合の対処方法をご教示いただきたく思います。 何卒よろしくお願いいたします。

About 40 video works I made in the previous month disappeared, showing 404, only the stuff is still there, and the Express project page was quickly disconnected. Can you help me find out what the reason is and whether it can be restored?
