I am using paid version of Adobe Express through Google Play Store. I tried to create video using stock vodeos after creating video now I am not able to download at all. I tried with removing stock videos to check if stock videos are creating problem but no success. I lost my whole design and I have no idea why. Seems like it merged with an old account?? Please help me get my projects back! Thank you. I also now cannot find the generate feature. Thanks!

I have a template created called NISHA BOWL MENU..Orange color .. When you download to gallery, there is no image..its just blank..I tried downloading from PC and cellphone..still nothing... I've attached a screenshot of my template to see the image

When loading AI image the screen will change to loading screen during selecting the option to load more

as I was editing the albums name it literally deleted some recent post. I had about 18 different pages that I was editing on and it deleted eight of them just by me editing the name please help.!

Scheduler is not working for my account. However, it is working for a colleague.

I can only see the last 4 new files and then it jumps to files from the last year and then jumps to two years ago. If I search a title I can find the file, but I can not browse and see all of my new files.

I am the account owner. The files won't upload and therefore I can't connect to any socials. We just started using AE. The other person on our account can share but I cannot.

Dear Adobe Support, I am an admin for my organization's Adobe Express account and I am experiencing a recurring issue with file sharing. One of our users, User Rim, has attempted to share an Adobe Express file with me on multiple occasions. However, User Rim receives an error message stating that the admin already has access to the file, even though I have not received any shared invitation. This prevents me from accessing the shared file. When User Rim attempts to share the file, they do not see any indication that I already have access. Other users in our organization are able to share files with me normally, and I receive the appropriate invitations. This issue seems to be isolated to User Rim attempting to share with me. I have already taken the following troubleshooting steps: Checked the admin console sharing settings to ensure there are no restrictions preventing users from sharing with administrators. Hi, I can't download my file in pdf but I can with png or jpeg. I tested on an onther browser, I cleared the cache and deleted the cookies, I signed out and signed in. It's locked at 90% and error after. Can someone help me please ? Thanks for your answers. !
