I selected the option to transfer all my projects to the new version of Adobe Express App, but none of my projects were transferred. Now I need them, and I don't know how to restore them.

Video bk grnd remove dies when mimizing app. Didn’t used to. Works Great!!! but would be nice not to stare at screen for 2 min waiting to finish

I uploaded a video yesterday and the remove background still has not become available to use. It still says processing video.... how long to process a video?

adobe express is neither allowing me to upload jpegs or pngs at various sizes.

Hello, I have been experiencing this problem with several converted files. You are able to replace the first two/three pics and then nothing else. You can add media and pin it to the background even. Basically nothing happens. Very frustrating and a waste of time.

Help I always could rotate the photos inside the shapes manually to exact pistion I wanted now that

I can not use genarative fill and other features in adobe desktop apps and adobe express web page. I get the message "Adobe Express needs to reconnect. refresh this page to resume your work. (f)". I did not get this message on Apple Mac. It works good on Mac. please help me.

LinkedIn connection only offers old job or personal profile. Have tried connecting to both of these and disconnecting to reset it but no luck. It's been a number of weeks and i've reported this a few times.

The playback feature doesn't seem to work when watching a video back. It stays frozen on the image and you can really only review the playback of video by smoothly and slowly scrubbing through the timeline. The audio track I added for music to my video also does not playback and when exported, the song was not included in the export

I had just finished working on a logo, now I go to my library and I can't load it, everything else does, please help asap

When I attempt to download my file, I repeatedly get an error code. When I added my coworker onto the file to try to download it, she had the same issue.

Ever since this sorry update I cannot Post on Instagram. This app was perfect the way it was. I have multiple instagrams that I Post on and I can no longer do it because of this stupid update. Please fix. How can I get the previous version back?

I cant use any of the apps in Adobe Express - I keep getting a white screen and a redirect to company account - see pics.

It's practically impossible to work on something when the artboard continually jumps when a new object is selected. Am I doing something wrong?

I can't download the video I created. I've tried on multiple devices, and tried clearing the cache, as was suggested. Each time it gets to 62% then says the download failed, without any explanation for what the error is specifically. It takes hours just to get to 62%, so these attempts have been over the past 2 days. I spent weeks editing the video and am really frustrated that I can't get the final product.

Hallo, folgendes Problem: Beim hinzufügen einer Verbindung, unabhängig welche, ob Instagram, TikTok, Facebook etc. kommt seit Tagen folgende Fehlermeldung:"Zusätzlicher Kanal konnte nicht erstellt werden. Bitte versuche es später erneut" Ich habe noch keinerlei Verbindungen aufbauen können. Viele Grüße
