I'm not sure what cause the move to easily save branded templates, I had to dig to find where to save them. That's not as user friendly anymore and being the brand kits area major differentiator, its a missed opportunity. And when I tried to add the description of when to use this template, there was no way to accept the text changes.

Removed all items from file, still shows unable to download because of stock #377393175. Problem exists on duplicate file with full content items. All items were individually deleted for testing.

Hi, A frustrating experience has been trying to record voiceovers for videos. I am using a Shure SM7B with Focusrite Scarlett. The voiceover will be fine during playback then become corrupted, distorted or just not playback. The video is 4K, there are two audio tracks and one video. Original video had no audio. I am running this app on a PC Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-9900 CPU @ 3.10GHz 3.10 GHz with RTX 2060 Edition Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2 Installed on ‎12/‎17/‎2022 OS build 22631.3447 Experience Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22688.1000.0

The update has made the app unusable on my Samsung S23. Please look into this!!!

Hi there! It appears that my staff is not able to add me/my account to the brand folders that they create. They keep receiving an error message stating that "Administrators already have access. Learn More." And the learn more link does not work. How can we fix this? I've included a screenshot sent by my staff user jace@amarareps.com.

Hello, I am permitted to connect multiple Facebook pages and Instagram accounts within Adobe Express. However, each time I try to connect multiple pages then I am not provided with the option to select other pages. Thus, the same page gets re-added to Adobe Express. Kind regards, Luke. 

I can’t delete anything from my posters

I cannot upload a 48 second video.

My images that I choose from "Media" or ones that I upload from my computer keep being switched out for Ai images that were used long ago. This also happens when using the Ai generator, when I click on images that have been generated, they'll be something I created in the past rather than the thing it's actually showing. This is a super irritating bug that I cannot get to fix without logging out and back in, but fixing the image is still a hassle after logging out and back in. FRUSTRATING!! The untitled image shows what the image should look like in the editor and the screenshot shows what it was switched to.
