When you use the remove background utility on the app for Adobe Express, it will pause at 90% to prepare the download, and then when it finally goes to “download” it says download failed.  I open the photo in the editor because I don’t want to completely remove the background, just the sides. I haven’t been able to download a file since this morning. I’ve tried refreshing the app and checking for any updates, nothing.

The align options in the position menu are not working.

Can no longer configure shadows. Effects > Shadow > Classic (or any other) > tap again to configure, just launches the swatches only, can not adjust blur, position etc.Example…Add a shadow and then tap the configure option... You will only see swatches (no setting to configure shadow blur or shadow position like before etc): 

A month ago I uploaded a bunch of svg files to my brand kit and I was able to edit and choose any of my brand colors from the “edit” menu. Now when I insert one of those graphics they behave as png, I could only edit the color if I added the effect as the duotone. I need to be able to edit the color directly and put the correct hex. 

Hi Team, I’m experiencing significant performance issues when adding or modifying scenes. Every time a new scene is added to the canvas, the entire project undergoes a lengthy reloading process, even if the timeline was previously smooth. Waiting 10–15 minutes for minor changes is exhausting and completely breaks my creative workflow. Is there a fix for this constant re-rendering/loading

Created new video but unable to download from App not from browser tried in ignition mode also cleared all cookies. Feels other apps are better than adobe express

While In the app the app is telling me to get the app In Google play store. Clicking on the Google play store button to take me to the page to download the app it give me a authentication number to log in but I'm already logged in and In the app 

I’ve uploaded a video of various lengths (from 30 mins to 6 mins) and all of them start to convert to clips but get stuck at 80% and won’t go any further.

Im not sure what is going on, but I have the Adobe Express website open in Chrome (tried in others too), and when i bring an image in to remove the background, it simply stalls out. Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn’t. When it does work, it takes 5 mins to download an image post. im having to clear browser cache every single time, just to get it to workLike i say, im only struggling with background removal, but for anyone paying for this service, and having similar issues, then its unacceptable. Imagine having a really good load of apps offline, then bringing it all subscription based, and not providing the same level of service.The background removal tool is one of the best, but the fact that it barely functions means im going to have to look elsewhere if it continues

Gif Converter processes my video but the download button is greyed out and doesn’t allow for download. It remains stuck on the “hang in there - it’s taking longer than normal” progress bar. Same issue with the convert to MP4 tool.I tried in another browser, and a work colleague of mine is having the same issue.Please help! We use this for my work all the time.

I’ve been experiencing a recurring issue when trying to download video projects in Adobe Express. While I can successfully download static posts (images, graphics, etc.), videos that include footage from the Adobe Express media library consistently fail to download.The error message simply says “Download Failed” without further details.I’ve tried the following troubleshooting steps:Switching browsers (Chrome, Edge, Safari)Using incognito modeClearing cache and cookiesRestarting my deviceSigning out and back into Adobe ExpressNone of these have resolved the issue. Is anyone else facing this? Highlighted text color selection not working on Mobile App: I can no longer change the color of just a highlighted portion of text within a single text box. Even when a specific word is selected, the color change applies to the entire block or doesn't work at all. This feature worked previously but seems broken or not working. Tried reinstalling the application, cleared cache and restarted mobile but nothing works. Attached a screenshot for your reference. Please assist on fixing as soon as possible. Thank you.  

The images of the layers in the menu that I move around are often blank since the latest update. They layers are in the project I can see them all, but very inconvenient to figure out what layers is what & place them accordingly. Additionally, I can't lightly select between the layers  I now have to hold the layer for it to select, & it often duplicates the window (see attached) of the layers menu but doesn't actually duplicate it in the project. Then it ends up frozen / stuck & I have to exit & renter the app. That only fixes it 25% or less of the time.

Whenever I try to scheudle an image, it tells me that ‘something has gone wrong try again later’. It’s been going on for over 24 hours. I can post live and previously scheduled items are also okay but I can’t schedule anything new

I’m trying to tint a black and white photo, I press the button and nothing happens. The same with fonts. I press the button and nothing happens. 

I am using Adobe Express 30.0.0 on an iPhone 17 Pro Max. The outline styles have disappeared from the app, no matter which font I select. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app as well as powering off and then powering on my phone again. Is there a fix for this? Please see below.  

It just showings the options what you are providing but when I'm trying to do any project i,e back ground removing,resize e.t.c it won't work.I'm just getting a white plain screen.what do I do.i tried many times it's just lagging.

While using the Adobe Express integration within the Metricool planner, the editor has become unresponsive. I am currently "stuck" on a specific template and unable to interact with the left-hand navigation bar. Platform: Web (via Metricool Planner) Browser: Chrome OS: macOS

In Adobe Express werden meine importierten Bilder noch scharf angezeigt. Nach export (herunterladen als png und/oder jpeg) sind die Grafiken total unscharf.

Suddenly today the mobile adobe express does not open. It shows a white screen after trying to open it. After this I made sure I have the newest version of OS (iPhone 17 Pro, IOS 26.3.1.) and got the newest version of adobe express.  Still cannot open it, only white screen shows.  What’s the problem? And how to fix it fast?  

If I open the menu for fonts, then choose one, nothing happens. If I go to fx, nothing happens. 

Loading the url: (https://new.express.adobe.com/) works, but when I go to create a new design or start from my content, I keep getting the message, “Something went wrong Please wait — we’ll reconnect you when it’s fixed.” A wheel then just constantly spinning and nothing loads so I can’t do anything. I have cleared cache, cookies, and history, restarted my machine, and also tried multiple other browsers, but still encounter the same issue.
