The transparent images and logos previously uploaded to Express webpages are now showing up with white backgrounds. These webpages have been published for months. The issue happened once before on Jan 6th and was resolved. Is this an ongoing issue and is it being looked at?
Bei PDF Übersetzungen werden oft ganze Seiten nicht übersetzt, aufgrund einzelner kritischer Wörter. Nimm Bearbeitungen vor und versuche es erneut.”Es wird aber nicht markiert oder erwähnt, um welche Wörter es sich handelt.Wenn ich eine volle Seite mit wissenschaftlichen Texten habe, wie soll ich ohne Hinweis herausfinden, welche Wörter nun kritisch sind?Ausserdem möchte ich den Text grundsätzlich so lesen, wie ihn der Autor verfasst hat und nicht in meinen Worten schreiben.Wenn ich den Text Absatz für Absatz in andere Übersetzungsprogramme einfüge, meldet es keine Probleme.Wenn ihr schon nicht alle Wörter übersetzen möchtet, markiert wenigstens diejenigen die euch nicht genehm sind.
While working inside my Adobe Express account, I was attempting to update the page color swatch with a Brand Kit I use regularly. It did not appear when inside the switch. None of my Brand Kits appeared in the swatch. I check the Brand Kits tab in the project, received a notice “Easily Create on Brand” notice.I check my work account Adobe Express Brand Kits to ensure they’re not gone, thankfully still in tact.I go back to my account and check my Adobe Creative Cloud Libraries, the Brand Kits are present.Back to my Adobe Express account, inside the project, and no brand kits.I explore my Adobe Express Brand Kits home page tab, nothing was there.Tapped on “Browse Shred Brands”, my Libraries pop up, I select my Brand Kit and click ‘ADD’“Failed to Add library at this time” I cannot copy anything over, seemingly everything is stuck and not connecting. Feels isolated.

Hey, so i tried everything: update, clear cache, uninstall and install back, install an apk version, EVERYTHING. Yet when i try to install a project of mine it prepares it normally and when it downloads it it stays at 0%, i have the internet connection, it works and everything so i dont know the reason for it, please help
Using the mobile app - it seems none of my projects are opening and am just greeted with the document loading symbol, this goes for even new projects being created, it'll show them, but won't actually open them for editing. Anyone else experiencing the same problem currently?

My file does not download from Adobe Express. When I try to download it in PDF format, it keeps loading at 90%. My file has 31 pages, and I would like to download it as a single PDF file, but it is still stuck at 90% loading. Even when I try to download each page individually, only three pages can be downloaded in PDF format.I also tried clearing the cache and changing the browser, but it still does not work.Please help me fix this issue. Description:When I open Adobe Express and go to Marketing → Logos, selecting any logo template opens the editor, but the canvas remains blank and no design elements are visible.Additionally, using the browser back button does not work correctly. When I upload a video, it never loads for subtitling.
Been having isses with the app last couple weeks with the videos once downloaded in a project not loading....just the spinning icon....very frustrating when attempting to put a video project from multiple clips together...some load just fine while others don't....please advise.....screen recording attached...app is up to date....using A Samsung Galaxy Note + .... Android 12 operating system.
This app is too slow, when creating a slideshow, after 10 slides, every movement or type takes around 2 seconds to catch up. when moving images they move around the screen for 10-20 seconds to the wrong position. It needs to be faster, i expect the image to move with my mouse, and i expect the typing to show up as i type it. maybe a Google docs style, local editing, then uploaded to the cloud strategy might work, instead of working off the cloud. It is insufferable, please, please fix this issue.
I keep getting booted out of a project due to an error that says "Can't save" I’ve tried to create a new project in Adobe Express multiple times, and as soon as I upload a photo into it, I get an error message that says “Can’t save” (screenshot attached). I have tried clearing my cache, signing out and back in, and restarting my computer.
I've been trying to download the video file for an hour now and always getting the same "Download failed" message!! tried different browser, App, same thing. I also tried changing the font used, still the same error.Is it the audio/music used? Really disappointing! after spending half day wotking on a 2-minute video and can't download it, aside from the other several errors while working but what's the use of this PAID software if I can't download what I'm creating? Not sure if this is the only way to get support.
STORYTIME!Found this ‘broken’ feature this morning that was not broken a couple of weeks ago:In Adobe Express, you have the ability to upload fonts you have the license for in your brand.USUALLY, you can drag and drop the font (in this case, one or many .otf files) onto the window, and it will upload fine. It even says that file type in the guidance text in the window.HOWEVER… I think someone has been playing with drag and drop ‘accepted file type’ settings in the backend of Express recently, because you drag, you drop, you see the helpful purple that says you can add file types XYZ (that does not include .otf), and then…BANG! Computer says no. And yes, I did make sure when verifying the error I was not trying to add the files from a zipped file 😃. The error and below workaround has been tested on mine and a colleague’s devices.HOWEVER – this only applies to drag and drop. When you select the ‘+Add Fonts’ button, she works like magic. Pretty often me or my colleagues try to download a pdf from a adobe express file (web page). It shows the loading that reaches always 90% and then it gets stuck. It is happening Often and it's getting kinda annoying since we use it for work, I tried to delete the cache and even to download from a duplicate file but nothing was solved. Usually we wait the day after in order to download without incidents the pdf but as you may imagine it causes work delays. I would like to get support in order for me and my colleauges to work fluently without any hitches.

Hello Please help When I firsed signed up I logged into my facebook and it linked my instagram no problem Howwever under the instagram was an old business accound I used to manage. I had to delete myself from the admin of that page, then signed out and unlinked on adobe express. My Instagram is a business acccoutn. linked to my facebook. I signed out of express and then logged back in and tried to re link.First page says lets sign you in with facebook. then it asks permission then a you previously signed into facebook would you like to conintue. I click yes and then it brings up a connection failed witha. cloud x page. and re directs me to the help page but there is nothing on there about this error. Please help. I was just about to sign up and and Im abotu 4 hours in just trying to link my instagram and thats what I need to use it for. Do I need to delete cookies or somehow
I keep getting this error message when I try to download a MP4 on the website. I tried the mobile app as well and got the same message. I also tried downloading previous videos and got the same message. Any suggestions?
I keep getting an Error when trying to download my project on AdobeExpress. "Technical Service Outage". It worked fine this morning. But now I can't download it?
I keep getting the message that something went wrong when trying to download a PDF for print and a PNG file from Adobe Express. I have cleared the cache and restarted the computer. I have also tried from the mobile app. I have also received a message that Adobe Stock is experiencing problems. However, when I check Adobe Status, it says the problem has been resolved and closed.
When I uploaded several videos to stitch together both the video and audio became altered. From the first video the initial start of the video picture was cut off. This or another issue caused the audio to be offset enough that the merged collection video had speaking with the video not showing any mouth movement.
Hi, I spent hours editing a template on Adobe Express Web version, then it said "Download", when clicking it goes to authentication, and using my account to login, it simply throws an error and that's it. Everything's gone. You navigate back in the browser and what you get is the unedited template you stared working from. This is hugely frustrating because 3 or 4 hours of my life just went to the bin. I purchased a premium recharge from Airtel that offered a Free One Year Subscription Of Adobe Express Premium as part of the bundled offer. Now when i try to login directly to my adobe express account, it doesn’t show that my plan has been upgradedANDwhen i login via the airtel app - i.e. click Manage or troubleshoot - it opens the adobe express app but other than that there is NO updated premium subscription option PING PONG Setup of Airtel & Adobe Partnership I checked with Airtel - they said its Adobe issue as on their Airtel App, it clearly shows active..
