When I attempt to download my completed project I am met with a notification that states "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download it soon." However, no matter how long I wait, the files never becomes available to download. Furthermore, when I have attempted to close Adobe Express and reopen my project, the project will not open at all. I am able to begin new projects, however, I still am unable to download them. I have tried many common fixes such as clearing my history, cookies and cache as well as using incognito or private modes on Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Mozilla Firefox, however, the issues have persisted. Does anyone know of any fixes for these issues?

Why can I not actually publish anything? I've tried with both instagram and facebook, stories, and posts, but every time publish is disabled?

Folks, this has been an unmitigated disaster, I am teaching on Tuesday and spent all day preparing the material. I then duplicated the page and deleted half the content from the duplicate only for it to disappear from the original page too. Is there anything you can do? I do not have time to recreate everything!!!! I am so frustrated and annoyed right now, the new Express is massively inferior to the old one.

Everytime I try to download I get following error: cpf-temp-repo-ew1-prod.s3.eu-west-1.amazonaws.com unexpectedly closed the connection.

Unable to create a new file from template - the action fails repeatedly

I successfully created 2 templates within my brand today. I've been trying to create a 3rd for several hours the operation seems to fail every time. It's quite frustrating. I get the message that the template is creating in the background and nothing happens each time.

images won't upload, can't edit text, etc. Is this due to my Mac settings?

My illustrator file has a clipping mask of a cut out circle with a photo behind it. When I upload this into Adobe Express the cut out circle and photo are blended into one, which means that I cannot replace the photo anymore. Being able to replace the photo is important when creating templates for clients. Thank you.

When you go to create YouTube video then go to media and go to video and search up Igo game the left side of the screen starts to glitch. I have tried this with many other computers and it is still glitching. If you guys have any comments or questions please reach out to me at seiichi.mikhail@gmail.com . For the past month or so, whenever I type a prompt into the search bar, it says there are no results. I've been using Express for years (since Spark, etc.) and I have never had this issue. For example, when searching for a social media post or template for Valentine's Day, I type in "valentine" and there are zero results. In some cases, it will bring up something I created in the past, but nothing from templates. This doesn't make sense to me because when I browse some recent templates, there are several Valentine's Day templates that come up immediately. The best part about Express is being able to search for a template based on a key word and remixing that design to save time and resources. Now, I try to search any number of things (MLK, ocean, cupcakes, invitation, literally any word) and there are no results. Please help! Thank you!

Absolutely terrible download quality!! I get better crispness when I screenshot! Wondering why I pay for this service when it is this crap!

Embedding does not work on Adobe. I copy and paste the embed link into where I'm embedding it to and it says page not found.

There some buttons which seem unavailable like the export key and on the side when you click the background, the side panel dose not show up.

when trying to download the image an error appears asking me to replace the stock item with id: 268018529, but when cheking the file, we found there's no such stock resource, so what can I do for download the file?

I've tried various browsers but I get an error every time when I attempt to publish a file. Why is this happening?
