The project keeps crashing with an Error Message to refresh page or return back to home. Went through customer support and thought I had a workaround by support creating a new project. Got off support, and it crashed again. I am unable to use your product if this keeps happening. CASE NUMBER: ADB-31775757-P6R5

Dear gentlemen May God bless your time and evening with all good things I have had a problem over the past two days, which is this attached image. You thought the problem was with the device due to the large number of files and images, but after I deleted it, I updated the device, but the problem still persists. I duplicated a project, and for some reason it didnt make a new link. Now I don't have a link to share the second project.

Hello my AdobeExpress is not working any time I try to edit a text area on one of my posts it kicks me out saying that "something has gone wrong" and will not let me edit it. Is there some sort of site wide problem going on or is it my account?

Adobe Acrobate Reader is up to date and enabled. When I try to download a PDF I have the following error : Error downloading as PDF PdfExportServiceUnexpectedResponseError: pdfEditor process exited with code: 139

I am unable to preview and present a presentation (webpage) I made in express. But when I publish to the web and use the link the presentation work as it should

1. Lately Adobe Express doesn't load the media. As much as we refresh it, delete the cookies, we even deleted the whole search history, it is not an internet problem either. It does let you edit text and change colors but just doesn't load any media or templates. This doesn't always happen, sometimes we clear out the cookies and it works, but sometimes nothing can make it work. My coworker found out that if she opens two windows of Adobe E it loads, but it doesn't happen for all the other teammates.  2. The other problem, which not allowing us to use AE at all is this error. I tried to google it but there was no information, it appears a couple of minutes or seconds after opening AE.  I would appreciate any help with this, thank you

Under Brands > Fonts > Add your Fonts > uploading a font file is not an option. It only allows for 1 previously uploaded fonts and then Adobe Font options.

Exported videos lag, making this site pretty much useless.

I am not able to connect my LinkedIn account to Adobe Express.After clicking the 'connect'-Button for LinkedIn, a new small window opens, but after inserting my login information and some loading time a "502 Bad Gateway" error message (attached) appiers in the window.Already tried to reopen, reload the site.Connecting Facebook or Instagram worked without problems. Further Details (if relevant):App: actual web version of Adobe Express (same problem in Google Chrome and Safari)System: Mac OS 14.0Language: German Is there a fix for that?Thanks for your help!

In a design there is no scroll bar available so can't zoom in to work on different parts of the design

When I create something on the web, i cannot access it via app. I can only see the projects from old version od Adobe Express there. I tried to logout and login back, no success

The new Adobe Express still has not fixed the issue I sent in 5 months ago. I create videos and websites and social media sites to not show preview of these when the url is presented. Do you even care about the customers that are locked into abobe express?

Estoy intentando crear una pagina web y primero al buscar en crear no me aparece la opción como antes hasta que pongo en el buscador "WEB" me aparece, luego al intentar cargar la foto inicial no me la carga... Alguien sabe si han eliminado esta opción de adobe?

The text animates in but it is animating out

PDF export is not working. It loads to about 90% and just stalls there, never exporting. Has been happening for two days.
