I can get to adobe express but when I click on templates everything is greyed out. it has been like this for weeks. when will this issue be fixed.

I'm trying to create a template I've stored inside one of my folders on Express, and each time it errors out. The template contains video elements and other layers--but very frustrating that I can't save it in my library or brand. Only says there was an issue--no code associated with it.

doesnt work, cannot install it either, the installer gets frozen. WTF?

The sharing doesn't work, and I can't figure out where the download was saved, not in "Downloads" or desktop.

So whenever i search for items in Elements, i get items that aren't even related to the search term. for example I searched "Shield" and i got mostly computer items, swords, people, but barely any empty shields - i got over 4000+ items but barely any of it where blank shields or anything i could use. and Yes i tried server diffrent terms trying to narrow it down but to no avail. I just scrolled through all 4000+ items and still didn't find what I was looking for. This is a new issue because usually I get mostly exactly what i search for

95% of the time when I am uploading files for enhancement the upload fails. Doesn't matter what browser or time of day. I can drag drop 1 or more files or browse to and select...they start uploading and fail. Over and over and over again until FINALLY it finishes and begins processing. Its not my internet, my device, my browsers or my files. What's the deal here? I'm paying $11 a month for this and its frankly unacceptable. After being fed up I contacted support, waited 30 min for help to be told they can't help and I had to come to the forums for help. So here I am. Please help... I have deadlines

I have tried uploading several photos today that just don't show up. they are grey boxes

I have tried to edit a video clip on the timeline but I can’t even start due to the playback delay and lag. The audio seems out of sync even though the clip on laptop and phone are able to play just fine. Currently editing this on an iPhone 15 pro max. I assumed this would be able to edit smoothly on this phone.

For hours it has said "working on file" when I click to download my video

I purchased this software to remove backgrounds for photos for my listing photos on Etsy. I don't want AI anything. I just want to be able to click on the Bernese Mountain dog Remove Background and that is blurred out and inoperable. I am so frustrated with how often this software changes. I really should be done with this edit by now.

I'm trying to add a background picture, an issue I've never had problems with previously and it is not working. Tried different browsers on Windows and Mac - all not working.

Unable to insert text.

Once you come out of a design, you cannot then edit the text going forward, this is the same for templates.

Trying to add text, then amend the text to any post is a nightmare. Your software either doesn't allow the text box to be edited, or allows deletion of text only. It's so difficult to duplicate a text box, then simply amend the text, to ensure the formatting remains the same. Very unintuitive.

Uploaded files and assets are not loading

the leading is bugged on a pdf export, the png has the correct leading but the pdf doesn't match

I have never had this happen. I cannot find my project I have been working on. I received strange messages saying I had to ask to access my files? Please help.

la compression, lorsqu'on télécharge en png ou jpg rendent les logos bibliothèque ou téléchargé très pixelisé. Il est d'ailleurs aussi dommage qu'on puisse pas faire des réglage de compression.
