there is no way to fix errors

I realized while working in Video this morning it was being strange as I kept getting error messages to reload or try again. All the elements did load and I finished the project. I was able to preview it several times as well. It took more 2 or 3 times to Publish the link, and it seemed to be taking a very long time to load. I went back into the project and added music and one last scene. I tried to update the link, but it got an error. I tried to download, but then the error said Unable to locate file. My Stuff now looks like this, and I am unable to access any of the grey projects. I hope there is just a funky glitch going on and my projects are there - especially the newest one!

Hello, I created a comedy show poster in multiple sizes per the request of the theater the show will debut in. Is there any way to fix this bug so I can reopen these files and continue editing? It hasn't worked on two separate computers.

When viewing the saved pdf file of a graphic, the graphic is missing elements and some of the other elements are distorted or different than then final graphic. This issue does not present with jpg and png. I really miss the old export settings of express as they were very beneficial. I now feel as though I might have to use a different platform in order to be able to export correctly.

I select text to be transparent but the background layers don't show through it when i add a top layer. Pretty weird to not have this feature since the update

I was building a 1080X1080 social media client video and edited for 2-3 hours. The video, including all the uploaded content are missing from the file. This has happened so many times, I cannot justify using Adobe Express anymore. I watch all the negative comments with the new launch and I now completely understand the frustration. I probably could have finished the video in less than an hour if the entire system would not freeze up. Please advise.

Hello, I created a master list of safety data sheets for my work and a QR code to access them all. The code brings you to a table of contents, and then you can click on each individual chemical that then brings you to its specific SDS. All was working well up until now, when clicking on a specific chemical, I am getting the "Server Error in '/' Application Runtime Error" message. The QR code still brings you to the table of contents but no further than that.  All of the other QR codes that I created are working the same way as the master list should and even the links for specific chemicals are working too. Is my file size just too big for the master list? I am at a loss as IT doesnt seem to know whats going on either.  If anyone has any ideas, please share. Thank you

The message: It is still loading. its been 45 minutes now. Have 2 other projects if I minimize page to work on something else but the video will disappear and I have to try to reload again. Not sure how to fix this. I need to continue to work.

I was trying to download adobe express but it was not working. Then I installed adobe express with miscosoft store and signed in. But it is not working. Just showing error message.

el video dejó de poder verse y no se puede editar

- as soon as I upload an audio, it closes the program - yesterday I was able to upload audio a few times but was never able to download video -was supposed to get a call from i.t support today, between hours 9am -5pm, never got a phone call

It will complete downloading 6 pages and that is it. I have even left it overnight and it still is not downloading the files. I have reinstalled the app and still nothing. I have used this option many times in the past and have never had a problem. Please help. ty
