I cannot find all the projects I have completed in the past. I wanted to adjust an older image, but I cannot find it

Layers disappearing after resize. Layer formatting f'd up the next day when i open the project - What the hell?? Losing work is not acceptabel.

I have had the same problem before. Previously, I worked how to solve the problem, but haven't been able to do so since that time.

Its not working to upload images; instead, all that comes up is a grey square.

Hello! Trying to download the document I've created, or even just a single page. Internet access is just fine. I'm just getting the error "We're working on your file. You'll be able to download/share soon" It's been over 10 minutes. Thank you!

Since I started paying for this service it is completely useless - spending hours trying to fix a 5 minute problem. Slow and mainly unresponsive. Seriously rubbish.

after editing there is not any audio on any of my clips and it keeps saying working on the download. its been 2 days at this rate I cannot get my projects off the ground. It's very discouraging. Why do I have a subscription as this app cannot keep up .I have now two videos sitting in the we are working on your video. that was two weeks ago with that project. How is this helpful if I am doing basic editing and after finally finishing the project I have to try to redo it again.

I have waited an hour to download a 30 second video

I have tried multiple times to get the text to image to read 3 am on the clock, but it never does, instead providing random times, often midnight. This does me no good since I HAVE TO have 3 am on the face of the clock.

I duplicate my newsletters weekly to not have to recreate constant content. However, the meta data is not updating to reflect the new cover photos. The four newsletters I've created all have different covers, and Adobe Express is holding on to the first newsletter I created since the platform upgrade. This makes it so I can't share the link directly on social media because the wrong cover photo pulls. Please fix this ASAP.

Hello, several projects did not transfer successfully to the new platform. The are showing up, but I can only see the title and can not open the file. I've attached an image of what the thumbnail looks like. Is there anything we can do to save them?

I cannot replace an image with another image, I cannot adjust the scale of an image that is set to the background, and I cannot find my logos.

In "Your Stuff," files do not appear and I receive the message "something went wrong." In searching for particular files from the home screen, I receive the same message, and no files load.

My projects are not loading. If they do, I cannot download them - they pause at 90% and never complete.

why aren't all of my projects appearing allowing me to get access

I have many teachers who use the Adobe Presentation template with each slide having an individual audio recording. I can no longer find this format. Many of my previous projects are missing and when I try to open one it says it is unsupported. This format was particularly good for middle schoolers. I can no longer find it, and the presentation and video options are not showing narration tools.

I opened my Bookshare (BSD) glidepage. This is a page I created for my school district. The conversion deleted a photo and added in random add in boxes. I tried to add a photo to replace the missing one. It put the image below where it should be along with a text or photo side box. When I tried to delete it, it said it was going to delete the entire glidepage. When I tried to delete it again, it said it was going to remove text boxes and four images.

In animate frm audio section on ur website I am facing this error when creating animated video frm audio. When the video is created not able to download or open in editor to edit the video because of this error.Pls check all screenshots attached. Pls remove this error as quickly as possible fr you. So that I can use this animate frm audio section to create animated videos frm audios of 2 minutes easily without any problem. Reply quickly

My logo is blurry if I change the size at all. I did originally create in this program. And even tried to recreate it thinking it may be an issue since the change over. But made no difference. I am extremely dissapointed as I use this program for my product labels and would rather stick using this. But if it cannot be fixed I will need to change programs. And will be very annoyed.

i can zoom but cannot pan around on page

Hi Team,   I created a webpage via express and named it but after publishing it:    1. it is coming as untitled, 2. Appreciate button is missing at the bottom, 3. Credit is missing   What to do? Check with Service desk agent as well but he could not help.    Regards, Kratika 

nao aparece nenhuma ferramenta para recortar as imagens. Faz tempo deixei de usar Adobe Express por isso. Hoje tentei outra vez
