Guten Tag, leider laden seit drei Wochen unsere Projekte in Adobe Express nicht . Ich hatte mich bereits an den Kundeservice gewendet. Dieser sagte mir jedoch, dass der Support nur für kostenpflichtige Angebote sei. Deshalb bitte ich um Ihre Hilfe - hat jemand ein ähnliches Problem und kennt eine Lösung? Vielen Dank.

Express is nog steeds dramatisch na de grote update. Valt niet mee te werken. Zeer ontevreden over jullie update.

Every time i try to open the media panel nothing loads, the panel has been blank for the past two days days now and the app has become basically useless to me.

Trotz hohe Auflösung der Originalbilder ist der Export in PNG pixeliert. Ist die Kompression zu gross? Wie kann mann das einstellen?

Ständig sind Dateien - trotz umbennen - einfach weg. Runtergeladen habe ich sie nur als PDF und die Konvertierung funktioniert dann ja mal gar nicht.

Why can't I access any of the files created in the last version of Adobe Express????

It doesn't matter if I use to app or browser, I can not access any media to upload my images.

How long is it going to take to fix the issue from Desktop to iPad to sync our projects. It's the main reason why I subscribed to adobe express, so I can work on my projects between my pc and ipad.

Hi there, I've been having an issue with the playback on my video taking a really long time to play. it just constantly spins even when I refresh the page. It's hard to edit when i can't at least playback the work that has been done. Is there a fix for this?

Help! I am creating an annual report in Adobe Express Webpages. When I'm in preview mode, my glideshow images are sharp and crispy. When I publish them, they are pixelated and blurry. Trying to create a document using a template. When I go to add another page, it continuously tells me that I am "offline"- but I'm NOT.

Wenn man eine Adresse ohne https:// eingibt, kann der Barcode nicht generiert werden. Es muss aber ohne https:// eingegeben werden, da sonst eine HTML-Weiterleitung nicht funktioniert. Als Beispiel: Ich möchte einen QR-Code mit der Adresse www.der-salon-weisweiler.de erzeugen. Die Domain wird automatisch an www.dersalondeniseeckl.de weitergeleitet. Die Softwarefunktion auf eexpress.adobe.com erlaubt es jedoch nur Adressen beginnend mit "https://" zu erzeugen. Dadurch kann die Seite aber nicht aufgerufen werden, wenn der QR-Code eingescannt wird, da die Weiterleitung nicht funktioniert (das wird es nur, wenn man den Barcode ohne https:// eingegeben hat. Dies lässt die Software aber nicht zu. Die Software sollte dies aber zulassen.) Bitte informieren Sie mich, sobald dieser Fehler behoben wurde!

Hello, I'm having an issues where my previous designs are not coming up, or if i create a new one it's taking so long to let me download.

How come it doesn't name the project when i press download, or tell me where to save it. Its very annoying. now I have duplicates of heaps of photos called the same thing. It's very confusing, and a waste of data since I make a tiny change, and have to save it to see how the image looks inside of another program. So I save 10 times, it saves 10 files, it should overwrite or tell me where to save it. This is just 1 image, imageine when I do 70 images. I'm going to need a big hard drive.

There's no button for me to upload fonts onto Adobe Express. Have tried both from the Brand page and the Add Text dropdown menu.

Why can't I have the option to add the caption features from the editor page, its a hassle to download the edited video then reupload again to the caption section.

Hi,I've been trying to access the left pop up menu in Adobe Expess (in Chrome). On the left menu only a few categories seems to load: Personal and Modules. Text, media, models, elements and grids are not loading at all. When I pick Grid, it looks like it's loading but I've been waiting ages and nothing is showing up. I'm supposed to do a presentation about the newest feature in Adobe Express and I'm unable to even create a doc right now. I've attached a screenshot.Thanks,L.
