Getting an error preventing downloading saying to wait for an upload to complete however there are no uploads presently. Tried clearing cache and cookies, multiple wireless networks, and with wired connection. Get the same issue in all cases.

I'm stuck waiting for my file to save and cant leave without loosing it. Been 15 minutes now.

Hello everyone maybe you can help me out I have Adobe Express I've had it for a few months and all of a sudden I can't use any of the stock photos and I can't empty my collection of photos I've used. I keep getting an error message saying I didn't pay for the licenses. I was under the assumption that because I pay a monthly fee I'm allowed to use the premium Photos. I don't know how to troubleshoot this 

Very slow, buggy performance, missing or broken video files, glitches, frozen workspace, 45 minute downloads for a small hd video. A terrible day on Adobe Express. I followed instructions on restarting, clearing caches, signing out and in again. I have an average of 50mps speed. Not acceptable. I was making three 20-40 second hd videos that took ages to create. Whilst I was waiting for one of the downloads, I managed to whip up one of the same videos on Canva in two minutes and had it ready to download. What is happening?

Hi thereI am using Adobe Express App. Just signed up for Premium. Today all day I was not able to use any stock photos. It says " Image Unavailable, try a different one or try it later"I did but doesn't let me choose any. Not even a fre one. I tried re start my phone/ uninstall and reinstall the app/ tried with different networks. Nothing happened. Anyone can help how can I sort this out? Or is it just a bug/ server issue today?

Hi I am currently subscribed to Adobe Express plan with access to Adobe Stock Images within the app. I’m using it on my iPhone 14 Pro using latest software update iOS 17.0.1.I am unable to download any licensed assets as of today, where before I had no issue. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app but the problem still persist. This is so frustrating as I am way behind deadline on my social post. I attached a screenshot.Kindly advise.

I have checked my subscription, reinstalled the app. The issue seems to remain and I cannot access to Stock Images. Would anyone be able to help

I can't download this a PDF without it asking for premium account.

I tried loading my videos a dozen times.  many different videos and it says failure.  I was able to upload these videos last week.  HELP

Trying to remove background on my video. It loads (top right corner of the video on my canvas) after clicking "remove background". The loading stops and then, nothing. Nothing happens at all.

Im getting an error message saying someone else is editing my file. No one else has access. I went in to duplicate a file so I can try other edits and now I can't open any at all.

It will not let me download my work. No matter what I do it won't work. It says a file is still uploading. I tried to see if there are any files but there isn't. It's extremely frustrating because this assignment is due tomorrow. Please fix this.
