unable to edit the contents of the video

I have been trying to use the scheduler with Instagram and I have my account linked but I cannot get it to actually work to schedule and post my content. It works just fine for my Twitter account and it would be nice to get it to work for Instagram too.

A chaque fois que je veux importer une image en format PNG ou JPG, un carré rouge apparait pour signaler que le fichier n'est pas compatible depuis 2 jours, ce qui n'est pas possible et rend mon travail impossible, pourriez-vous réparer cela, merci d'avance.

Hi, I have been using adobe express webpage for the past 2 years and there has been no issues at all showing brand logos on the top left hand side of the page but recently, this logo does not apprear to my webpage anymore. I tried to reload and saved new file of logos again but still not working. under my stuff, i see my branding, logos are saved well. how can i fix this problem?

Why I can not download my document as a picture or pdf document ?

I love a lot about this program, but ... This version is incredibly slow, even the typing I'm doing lags. I'm about to upgrade to newer version. Hopefully that will help.

I am trying to make Instagram Reels in Adobe Express. I cannot upload or work with MP4's I edited in Premier Rush and exported. I have tried exporting them specifically sized for Instagram, and it doesn't make a difference. I repeatedly get a warning that my content cannot be uploaded. The videos are less than a minute. I even tried chopping them up and working on them clip by clip. That is not a reasonable solution. The videos upload and operate fine on other online video editing sites uncut. The tools in Express for editing video are extremely finicky as to whether they will show layering timing. I tried clearing my cache in Safari, clearing my cache and working in Chrome Incognito. I restarted my computer. My system has all the correct requirements: MacBook Pro 32 GB memory, OS Sonoma 14, Javascript enabled... etc. etc. I've looked all over the help section for Adobe Express and nowhere could I find specific size requirements for video. The only advice I have found in the Known Bug

Can not drag and drop pictures onto the template

Hi - since yesterday I"ve tried a zillion times to convert an image to SVG using your SVG converter. I had already converted a few, it worked fine. Then it just didn't. It says it has converted it & the "download" button is there but it's not activated, and there's nowhere I can find the SVG file. Help!

QUanto de limite de espaço tenho no plano gratis do adobe Express? Acusa de limite de espaço atingido mas não permite que eu exclua arquivos antigos quando eu tento, apesar de só existir pastas vazias.
