i'm not able to download my video or share it. when I downloaded athw first version, some scenes were blank

Hi, ich habe heute ein Bild für einen Post in 2000 x 2500 px angelegt. Nach dem geplanten Veröffentlichen, via Adobe Express, ist es mit 400 x 512 total verpixelt auf LinkedIn erschienen. Das ergibt für mich keinen Sinn und dient nicht dem Zweck.... lässt sich das irgendwo einstellen? Viele Grüße Daniel

Ich hatte gerade eine Datei in der Desktopversion bearbeitet. Es wurde mehrmals Zwischengespeichert. Nun ist sie komplett weg. Immer wieder kam eine Fehlermeldung, dass ein Fehler aufgetreten ist und ich es nochmal versuchen soll. Die Datei taucht nicht mehr auf in der Übersicht. Den "Originals"-Ordner finde ich nicht. Wo ist meine neueste Datei (Instagram-Story)? Es war soooo viel Arbeit 

Every single item I look at, whether there is a crown at the bottom or not when previewing it, says it is a premium item.

More than 5 videos in a webpage results in remaining videos converted to a button - The button is labelled "Edit Button" and the hyperlink to the youtube or vimeo video is in the hyperlink. Replacing the buttons with the video works and can be republished. If I try to re-open the video for editing, the videos are converted back to buttons. There is no "webpage" topic in the list below, so I have chosen "add-ons"

When I try to download my design I get this message.  There is no paid content in my design.  I need to be able to download this ASAP!  What is the fix?  

I can't get my brand to appear on web pages.

on screen everything looks fine, as soon as i export as a pdf, the spacing changes. Ive tried exciting and reopeing the app and it wont change.

Under Popular templates, the Poster category is currently generating an error.

Sometimes the option to change the type of post doesn't show when you are trying to publish a reel or story. Sometimes the option is there, sometimes there's nothing there at all.

A few times when I have clicked on the share button, the social media options have been greyed out. I have to refresh a few times for them to work.

Imported graphics, .eps and .pngs show up pixelated and lowquality when exporting my graphic

I have added a lot of fonts and yet they either don't show up or if I open a template, it shows it but it's greyed out with an image of a pencil with a line through it. What the heck is going on with this new version and all the font issues.

No se pueden crear temas o seleccionar, urge reparar ese problema y el de las imágenes cortadas, se tiene que actualizar la página como 3 veces para visualizar correctamente, y en el celular sucede lo mismo

When I try to download the color is not the same as the thumbnail

When I attemt to create a new file from a template in a brand, the page freezes and the file does not get created. I also tried moving the template to my library and it still does the same thing. I've noticed this is Safari, Chrome and Edge.

Your Stuff folders are still not correctly loading content. Projects transfered from the previous Adobe Express version are missing images, text or entire pages from the project are gone after opening in the new platform

Bonjour, le site est très lent sur safari. Résolu en utilisant chrome, mais ce n'est pas idéal. Merci pour vos retours, beau travail jusqu'ici !
