We use adobe express for newsletter for my 1st grade classroom. Last year my files were anywhere from 5-11MB. This year, mine are over 100-200 MB!! Can someone help us know what is causing such a big file? We have 5 people on my team-- it's happening to 3 of us and not to the other 2.

I tried to have the platform generate an image of "Chicken breasts on a plate with green beans." The filtering blocked it.

Really buggy, broke the sync between mobile app and browser - lost hundreds of templates I used - really disappointed with the amateurish way the transition was done by the dev and UX team - will switch back to CANVA

Hej Adobe Express. Jeg oplever at siden jeres nye opdatering på appen, har alt set sådan her ud. Jeg mener det er fordi at før opdateringen, da man puttede sin tekst ind, lavede den automatisk ingen linjeafstand, alt stod samlet. Men nu, er alt fuldkommen spredt, og det er et kæmpe rod! Alle mine online opskrifter er ødelagte!

I cannot find my original documents from 2022-2023

After creating a basic photo with text I am unable to download it.

When I go to update the changes I have made on my website, a white box pops up and never goes back down unless I click the screen.

Everytime I have to go back and rewatch a clip, the video is frozen on a random scene. When I leave the project and come back, it works just fine and encounters the problem again if I rewatch a scene. It's impossible to edit this way

Difficulty expanding an image or dragging a duplicate image over the previous image. Resizing, enlarging and reducing the image is also becoming difficult to do. Did not have any problems in the previous version of adobe express. This new version is starting to ware me off because it was done badly.

Whenever I am making a longer video, a lot of clips in the video tend to freeze and stay froezen and I have to normally restart the whole clip or start from scratch

I updated my digital newsletter cover photo, but it is not updating in the cover.

I can't click the Home section on the left hand side of the screen because the Submit an idea pop up is blocking it

Can't upload fonts to my brand, I have tried everything, but there is no upload button, I can just choose from a list of fonts. Is there any way of fixing this or helping me?

the video resizer does not work as intended. I've selected to re-size my video to the standard instagram reel format. Once I upload the downloaded file to instagram it trims loads off the top and bottom

This used to be the BEST, I was gonna upgrade to the paid. But after to update, everything takes twice as long. Crazy, so im gonna spend my money elsewhere and save time. Sucks cause it was GREAT before

Si le papier agrafé est dans le cadre, impossible d'y lier le texte en vue de réorienter cet ensemble. Les calques des images et du papier ne sont pas dégroupable dans le calque des cadres ! Ce n'est pas une situation utilisable en production.

Los textos que tengo en archivos anteriores no se cargan, salen en blanco y no s pueden editar. El archivo carga muy lento y la aplicación no es nada fluida, carga todo por partes. Es muy lenta e incómoda de usar. Y NO SE PUEDEN USAR MUCHAS VECES LOS ARCHIVOS DE LA ANTIGUA VERSIÑON DE ADOBE EXPRESS. Es un desastre.

Hi, I am using the new Adobe Express and I created a webpage using Adobe Express, however, after completing that, I tried to download it as a pdf. I tried different ways to do but it is not letting me do that. As a teach, and the students have an assignment to complete and they must download and submit a copy of their work as a pdf. This going to cause an issue. Can you please assist me on how to download/export the created web page into a pdf. Thanks

Tengo actualizado el Windows 10 si embargo al querer abrir Adobe Express me sale que no es compatible. Anteriormente me salía que el navegador no era compatible. Si alguien puede ayudarme, muchas gracias.-

when I select an image from media or replace an image; AE does not do these simple actions now.

No matter how many times I refresh Instagram's token nor if I even disconnect and try again... I am met with an error saying that Instagram cannot post. It will still post on Facebook fine.
