When pressing Download button, in order to download the video project, I get the Error code: 5, with canceling of dowload

I've moved all my social media marketing endeavours onto adobe express due to its features and easy editing abilities but it has been letting me down quite a bit recently. Why do I need to physically reconnect my instagram account everytime. this happened last month and today.. I reconnect every time I go to make new content so why does it disconnect whilst I'm away, surely this defeats the point of having a scheduling set up on the app.

When I click Publish on a Webpage in the new Web Express, I can no longer find an embed code. Is there a way to access it for my new page? The FAQ says I can but I am not seeing it.

I am unable to upload my own font to Adobe Express brand. The system only allows me to pick from the fonts available in the menu provided, but I cannot upload my own font

I am frustrated with the new version of Adobe Express. The old version was way better in terms of editing and design. One of the most annoying things is that when I convert my work from PDF to JPEG, the quality is absolutely nowhere near what it was before. Here are the two images you can compare to see the differences in qualities. The first was created with the old version, and the second with the new version. Look at the top of the "Leaders Dinner" part. Previously, it was neat and clean. And look at the second one now, which is not smooth. Why on earth has this issue not been looked into? I would require a solution to convert my work from PDF to JPEG as smoothly as possible. Please help me with this.

I have been a user for a little while and I noticed that ever since the new Adobe Express has been released, my images are now pixelated and not high quality like they used to be. I tried signing out and then back in to see if that helps, but it didn't change anything.

I've been trying to access my account settings to cancel my subscription plan but every time I try to access the page I just get a blank white void.

Ik krijg als ik een nieuw project begin de opmerking dat ik offline ben. Vervolgens kan ik niets meer. Ik heb alleen gewoon verbinding met mijn wifi.

I am not able to remove an incomplete custom TTF font I uploaded. It deletes from my Express Brand space, but its replacement font -- an OTF font -- cannot be uploaded. It identifies the OTF font as a duplicate but gives no option to replace the existing one. This is a bug. Now, I cannot use this font. (see attached images) Any solution?

Ever since the upgrade there are very limited fonts, no cursive fonts at all or I can't find them. I am very unhappy with this so-called upgrade.

hallo, ihr habt was geändert und meine stundenlange arbeit zerstört! ich brauche text in kreis form für runde Etiketten und diese funktion ist weg, sobald ich die datei öffne der text nicht mehr im kreis, heißt ich kann meine dateien auch nicht mehr abändern nach bedarf. Find ich richtig, richtig mies!!! Bitte um erklärung wie ich meinen text im kreis schreiben kann, danke!

Hey, there is a problem to download Png image. if we used to remove background and then download that image. The image is download normally. its mean's the Png image will not download yet.

will not allow me to upload font anyewhere

I have spent two days playing with this using the Ai engine to create images but when i try to save them and put them together they are not there. So I have wasted two days of my time doing nothing.

Bonjour, Suite au passage de adobe express Beta tous mes fichiers ont disparus... Les dossiers ont bien été tranférés mais ils sont vides... J'ai perdu tout le travail réalisé depuis que j'utilise adobe express. Est-il possible de récupérer mes fichiers de travail ? Merci
