Because one design disappeared I tried to copy the bear element with Ai again and is not working at all.

I get an error message when downloading my .mp4 file

Could someone help me sort out a problem with downloading video. Adobe Express has social media video templates. I added my text and try to download it, but it gives an error message after 20s. I have tried all download format options as well as logged out and also duplicating but nothing seems to work. I am dragging behing, wanted to start using them but I seem not to be able to download them..  

Whenever I add new images on a page, it changes into weird images or old images!!!! Please fix this bug.

Sobald ich in der Bearbeitung einer Datei bin und die Navigationsbar "Meine Inhalte" öffne, fängt die Ansicht an zu flackern. Sieht aus als ob er die Ordnerliste des Projekts immer wieder ein und ausblendet, genau wie die Dateien. Im Screenshot anbei die Fehlermeldung aus Chrome.

I am experiencing issues sharing templates with my clients, especially those using Yahoo, mxg, and iCloud email addresses. They primarily use these emails and do not have other accounts. Can you fix this error to improve the user experience? If not, could you provide a solution to make it easier for clients to access and edit the templates? There have been numerous complaints, and I am facing serious problems because of this. To clarify, this is what happens: I share the template with the email provided by the client. They receive the collaboration invite, click to access the template, and encounter an error. On my end, it shows as pending, as if the client did not accept the collaboration, but they have. They also attempt to log in through the Adobe Express platform using their email and continue to receive errors (screenshots attached). Notably, there are no issues with clients using Gmail. I have put together a video with an audio track in the background. When playing it on Adobe it works fine. When downloaded, the audio only plays for half of the video and the 2nd half is played in silence. I have tried a few times, by uploading the video again and changing the audio track, but every time, it's the same result.

Hello, I’m experiencing a problem when trying to log in to Adobe Express. Despite trying various methods such as refreshing the page, switching browsers, and toggling between mobile and PC, the issue persists. The error occurs with email providers like MXG, Yahoo and iCloud. Why is this happening? Could you please let me know if there is a solution to this problem or provide a list of other email providers compatible with Adobe Express? Hello, I:m on premium member. I've been trying to convert videos to MP4 but it doesn't work. I tried the short videos (within 30 second), long videos (more than 5 minutes) under the strongest WiFi I can have. but it keep saying in progress queue for ages. Can you please help to process it asap? Thanks

replacing images does not work as decribed - fails to recognize foreground and background image layers

Fractul is an Adobe Font, however, I cannot use it in Express. It is variable, but it also comes with set weights. Our business just rebranded and now we can't use our main brand font – this needs to be fixed. Even if I upload the font manually, Adobe says it's already available yet I can't add it.

Lots of glitches when trying to swipe back using Samsung swipe feature. Creating fonts is slow and sometimes not able to amend thickness or style after loaded I love it. But these issues keep dropping my connection and throwing me out. Auto save needs to be immediate

Guten Tag. Irgendwie ist mit meiner Variante von Adobe Express etwas gar nicht gut. Seit Wochen steht bei Brandings. "Wir laden momentan deine Brandings". Das zuweisen von Brandfarben, etc. bei der Erstellung von neuen Design funkioniert auch bei den geladenen Branding nicht. Besten Dank für Ihre unterstützung.
