以前のように気に入った画像をダウンロードできない！(Android 13)

Dont know if this is a bug, maybe I am using this feature wrong but whenever I upload a drawing I did for reference I get an error/warning - your image violates firefly user guideline and was removed. I looked at the guidelines and it doesnt come close to any violation criteria. Is this image too complex?

Brush tool does not working for object I trying few day but not working any tools in my device please solve my problem....

Download doesn't work after generating an image. Says page cannot be found

Please try again or refresh the page." refreshing not work, and also waiting, wait for about 3days and get on different images the same error. I also can't safe the image becuase thats just possible after download - thanks great idea!  used chrome browser, bought on adobe stock enough images, there are no problems - have more then 100 credits left on my account. 

Hello there. Today 90% of the time i get "Something went wrong. Please edit your prompt and try again.". Really often writing something else doesn't help. I'm usign one of your image as reference for the style and i guess that's what causing the issue. Can you have a look into it? In 2 hours i manage to create 10-12 images becasue i get so many errors... thanks

When ever I use firefly brush. They are very thin and making problems in my project.

Often when I try to expand a portrait to include a whole face (starting with a partial one), I get a border around the portrait instead of more face. Any way to prevent this? I'm using the online version of Firefly in Chrome on Windows 10.

Using Firefly 3 on the web. Favourites are stored in browser but they can be lost for reasons I've been unable to discover. I haven't cleared the cache or otherwise made a change to the browser. This has just happened, has happened previously and I've noticed other users similarly affected. If there's a vulnerability  such as browser updates or something locally on our systems then let's just accept it is what it is and do what we can to compensate for a flaw.**Where are favourites stored in browser so I can back them up and recover?**

Hi,I am trying to test Firefly with an image of my own creation (hand lettering made in Ipad Procreate and exported as jpeg) which in my opinion should not be problematic but there is no way I can get Firefly to use it as a reference. What should I do to fix it?Thanks!Sergio H

I am trying to find the scroll bars in Firefly (at https://firefly.adobe.com/) when using the PC. I don't have any problems with my iPad, of course. But when I attempt to use my PC, there are no scroll bars on the Text to Image page. I cannot access the effects section. I do get scroll bars on the home, community, favorite pages. I just don't get them once I enter a prompt to take me to the page to generate images.

como reiniciar la configuración de los fondos? pues en cada prompt que uso no importa la localidad me pone una malla tejida de fondo y no me sirve no importa cuanto lo cambie no mejora el fondo  

I've tried using my own uploaded structure images and those that are already provided in Firefly. It seems that Firefly doesn't follow any image composition guidance at all. About one month ago it worked like a charm. I've tested this on both models Firefly 2 & 3.

The Language is not English and I want English

My credits are consumed when no images are generated.  I need to be refunded for 10 credits because on Aug 28 and Aug 29, I experienced a continuous string of errors that resulted in the message "Something went wrong. Please edit your prompt and try again. Replace image".

Son bir haftadadır resim oluşturma hatası alıyorum.Acaba bana özel bir hata mı var yoksa genel mi .Bu teknik sorunun  giderilmesini bende kaybolan kalitenizin tekrar iyi olmasını diliyorum.Mesajıma geri dönüş hızınız ,teknik sorunun giderilmesi gibi durumlara göre önümüzdeki yılda abone olup olmayacağımı düşüneceğim.

whenever i edit an image, and select generative fill to change a few things, the applied changes go away, there is no save or apply button. goes back to previous page and I lose all changes.

Images are not re-generating or unable to generate an mage using the selected style perameters or style references inputted into the prompts.
